Bei Goldmoney hat sich die Privacy Policy geändert, und zwar folgendermaßen:

GoldMoney respects your privacy. All information collected by
GoldMoney will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed
without your express consent except when GoldMoney is required to
disclose information pertaining to you under the laws and regulations
of Jersey, British Channel Islands, or by order of the Jersey courts or
any other courts of competent jurisdiction or when GoldMoney is
required, in order to fulfil its obligations in terms of the User
Agreement, to disclose information pertaining to you to its agents or
third-party business affiliates.
All customer records are kept safe and secure in GoldMoney's office
and servers in Jersey, British Channel Islands, a 700 year old
sovereign country. Jersey has become a major financial centre
because it relies upon Anglo-Saxon common law, which puts property
rights at the forefront. GoldMoney considers privacy to be an
important property right.
Privacy Policy - Neu -GoldMoney will treat as confidential information it holds in relation to a
User where that information is not in the public domain. Subject to
this Clause GoldMoney will not disclose such confidential information to
third-parties.
In order to provide its services to Users, GoldMoney shall process any
personal data it holds in accordance with applicable data protection
legislation and may use agents and other third-parties in Jersey and
elsewhere to hold or process personal data or other confidential
information. As a User and party to these terms you provide your
express consent to the transfer, holding and processing of such
personal data and other confidential information in this way.
GoldMoney will disclose otherwise confidential personal data and
confidential information if it is compelled to do so by laws and
regulations applicable to it and/or its agents, and whether in Jersey or
elsewhere.
Ich bin nicht so topfit in Englisch, aber ich meine dass diese Änderung eine Verschlechterung für den Anleger bei Goldmoney darstellt. Besonders der letzte Abschnitt gefällt mir gar nicht. Was ist Eure Meinung? Besser oder schlechter?
