maybe those dealers don't know. then they will get problems later. because we now that if you put a report at fiscus germany to late, those goes from a fine of 25 euro up to few thousand euro. this is not VAT but a fine........lost money. of course the VAT stays 0.
and one requires a bookkeeper in that country, legal advice and other stuff. it's not funny.

but, for the Germans that are close to the Dutch border. maybe you have family or friends in Holland.
coins - which are in stock - we can sent to a dutch address. and you simply pick it up there. no problems. we ship within holland. and then it goes out which is no problem anymore.

No, this is also valid for gold coins. only difference you don't pay tax in receiving country, also 0% (or taxfree).
but still, you require to setup registration at fiscus and make reports there.
you are right that no VAT has to be paid. but they DO count!!
trust us, we have seen at least 2 dealers becoming into trouble because of this.

PS> the limitation is on the turnover (incl VAT) the limitation is NOT on the VAT itself!
so, for example sell 100 gold coins of 1095 euro each, you are at 109500 euro, with tax free (not vat to be paid) but you are over the limit.

    Hello Everybody,

we hope we can write you in English.

there are two main reasons we will not deliver gold coins to germany:

    1) most important: we can deliver upto 100'000 euro to Germany , per year. If we go over this we require to setup a company and Ust-id in germany. we are working on this. So to accept gold coin orders is not possible. Silver coins no problem. the limit is not reached. any internet company has these limits of selling to other EU countries, if you go over this, you need to setup fiscal registration in the country of receiving. Some countries have limit of 100'000, others only 10'000 (!!) . so as you can imagine it is NOT always interesting to sell to another country.

If you don't follow this rule as a company, then simply sooner or later you will have to pay VAT in the receiving country over your total turn over. and then explaint he fiscus in your country why you need it back there.

we are working on a new company setup in Germany. once this is finished we will advertise this in our e-store, we hope direct after summer. then, anyone is welcome to buy.

    2) the website we try to keep up to date. but with gold coins it's allmost impossible at the moment. due to high sales. most other items are up to date. keep in mind about 20'000 products are online.

you can be 100% sure that all coins are delivered.

the only thing is not all orders can be accepted because of the reasons above. and for sure reason 1) each dealer has the same problem.

thank you for understanding. and we wish all the Germans good luck in the Soccer games!

    with best regards,
