    Lisbon - A source from Banco Comercial Português (BCP) said today that Banco Comercial Português will launch a takeover to Durban Roodepoort Deep (DROOY).
    Banco Comercial Português (BCP), will notifie next monday the Portuguese National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it was willing to waive the condition of a 75% minimum acceptance level to which its public offer for the acquisition of Durban Roodepoort Deep (DROOY) shares was subject, taking into consideration that the response received will be sufficient to develop the business project pursued through the takeover bid.
    Banco Comercial Português (BCP) will launch a takeover bid for Durban Roodepoort Deep (DROOY) with the payment of $2.75 USD for each of the that responded to the tender offer, this initial offer could reach the limit of price of $3.15 USD for each share of the company.

    Habe eine Frage an das versammelte Expertenwissen (bin DRD Holder und lese gerne den Abtausch im Forum): vielleicht kann mir jd mit einen Rat helfen.
    Ich habe in meinem Depot eine kanadische Minengesellschaft. Jetzt, wo es mit ihr aufwärts geht und sie Gewinne macht, entschließt man sich aus Kanada wegzugehen und auf die Virgin Islands umzusiedeln. Damit ist auch der Wechsel vom Handelsplatz Kanada (Totonto) an die AIM der LSE verbunden. Allerdings: die alten Aktien müssen gegen elektronisch handelbare neue ausgewechselt werden, was eine englische Firma (Computershare) übernimmt. Meine Bank stellt sich stur, behauptet keine Kenntnis dieser Vorgänge zu haben und keinen Schriftverkehr von ihrer Seite aus führen zu wollen. Computershare möchte die Original certificates am besten per Boten zugeschickt haben, um einen Umtausch vornehmen zu können. Aber die Aushändigung der Aktien durch die Bank und der Kuriertransport nach England würde einge Kosten verursachen. Hat einer von Euch Ahnung, wie man in so einem Fall am besten vorgeht?
