    COLT RESOURCES APPOINTS JOHN GRAVELLE AS INTERIM PRESIDENT AND CEO


    Colt Resources Inc.'s board of directors has appointed John Gravelle as its interim president and chief executive officer as the company reviews its strategic options. Mr. Gravelle was elected to the company's board of directors at its last annual general meeting as an independent director. He is currently the chair of Colt's audit committee.


    Mr. Gravelle has extensive experience working with mining companies in a professional service capacity. As a result of this, he has built a strong network of relationships with senior executives and board members of public and private mining companies. The company intends to work closely with its former president, chief executive officer and company co-founder, Nikolas Perrault, in some form of executive or consulting capacity during this transitional time. Terms and conditions of his role are currently under negotiation.

    Standen vor einigen Tagen bei 0,021 Euro, aktuell bei 0,029.
    Habe sie mal auf meiner Watchlist genommen.

    Warum bist du der Meinung?


    was soll KL denn machen, alle Verantwortlichen von ex NMI auf die Strasse setzen?
    Das ist doch bei so einer Fusion ganz normal, das die Chefetage mit rüberkommt
    und sich dann im Laufe der Zeit wieder gesund Schrumpft.
    Auch war der Zeitpunkt der Fusion sehr unglücklich (z.B. in einer Korrektur hinein).
    War leider nicht der beste Zeitpunkt.
    Das es den einen oder anderen nicht passt, ist doch ganz normal.


    Trotzdem denke ich, das KL sehr gut aufgestellt ist und es auch noch dieses Jahr zeigen wird.
    Es muß jetzt erst mal ein bischen Ruhe/ Normalität reinkommen nach der Fusion und dann denke ich,
    wird es schön nach vorne gehen, vorausgesetzt POG/POS stürzen nicht ab.


    Ist aber nur meine Meinung und ich bin guter Dinge hier.

    Der Chart zeigt, daß sie sich nach dem ersten Absturz ordentlich geschlagen hat. Längerfristige Anlage im Depot. Hier sollte die eine oder gute Info dafür sorgen, den Kurs wieder anzuschieben...

    GSV hat sich wirklich gut geschlagen, in den letzten Wochen, sie bleibt weiter fester Bestand im Depot.

    Following the completion of the merger with Newmarket Gold Inc., Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. has made additions to its management team that will enable the company to optimize the performance of its portfolio of gold mines in Canada and Australia.     New executive appointments


    Mr. Hall has a proven record of increasing production, reducing operating costs, improving capital effectiveness, and promoting health, safety and business excellence while maintaining a strong team working environment. Mr. Hall has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry and has proven to be a successful and trusted leader through his operational accomplishments. As chief operating officerr, Mr. Hall brings a strong reputation for managing large work forces and multiple underground and open-pit gold mines in a variety of jurisdictions. Mr. Hall joined Newmarket Gold in 2015 and was responsible for maintaining a strong foundation of quality gold production, yielding record operational results. Prior to joining Newmarket Gold, Mr. Hall worked for Newmont Mining Corp. where he held roles of increasing responsibility throughout the organization for almost 30 years. Under his leadership as group executive, operations, for Newmont Asia Pacific, Mr. Hall managed a team of 14,000 employees producing 1.8 million ounces of gold annually from six operating mines across three countries. He also worked with Newmont in Peru, Indonesia and the United States and in Australia as general manager of the Boddington gold mine where he led a team of 1,800 employees producing 750,000 ounces of gold annually. Mr. Hall graduated with a bachelor of mining engineering (honours) from the Western Australia School of Mines in Kalgoorlie.


    Mr. Federico is an experienced lawyer and business executive with over a decade of experience in corporate strategy and governance, including managing negotiations and relationships with investors, business partners and other stakeholders. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Federico was vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Lake Shore Gold Inc., from 2008 until its acquisition by Tahoe Resources in April, 2016. Prior to joining Lake Shore Gold, Mr. Federico worked for a prominent Canadian law firm in Toronto. Mr. Federico holds a bachelor of commerce from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a bachelor of laws from the University of Western Ontario.


    New management appointments


    Mr. Landmark's international career spans a diverse range of executive leadership, technical and advisory roles in exploration, mining operations, human resources and safety risk management. Mr. Landmark brings over 30 years of international mineral exploration and mining industry experience. Mr. Landmark joined Newmarket Gold in 2016 and led the company's exploration activities while being the group functional head for geology. Prior to joining Newmarket Gold, Mr. Landmark was a regional head of exploration for Anglo American PLC, where he managed exploration programs for copper-gold, iron ore and coal in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Mongolia. Prior to this role, Mr. Landmark led Anglo American's exploration activities in Brazil. His exploration and mining geology career started out in South Africa and Namibia, and he then moved on to Australia. Mr. Landmark holds a master of science in exploration and mining geology from James Cook University in Australia and a bachelor of science (honours) in geology from Wits University in South Africa.


    Mr. Gregg is an experienced senior human resources executive, renowned for the ability to connect top-quartile people practices to the financial bottom line of the organization. Mr. Gregg has over 20 years of experience as a human resource professional and successfully integrated Newmarket and Crocodile Gold into a single highly functioning organization as the vice-president of human resources and environment. Before joining Newmarket Gold, Mr. Gregg provided human resources consulting services to various mining organizations as well as other industries including forestry and technology. Prior to developing his consulting practice, Mr. Gregg worked as a human resources executive in the mining industry with Farallon Mining and Nyrstar. Mr. Gregg has also held senior-level human resource roles with HDI, International Forest Products, Canadian Forest Products and Teck. Mr. Gregg holds a masters of business administration and a bachelor of business administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.


    Mr. King brings an established approach to investor relations, with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value in the mining industry. Mr. King has over 13 years of experience in increasingly senior capacities in capital markets in the resource sector and was responsible for leading the investor relations activities for Newmarket Gold, as the company attained significant growth and completed a transformational merger with Kirkland Lake Gold. Before joining Newmarket Gold, Mr. King was involved in the acquisition of Terrane Metals in 2010 by Thompson Creek for $800-million. During his career, Mr. King has assisted in raising $250-million for previous companies. Mr. King holds a bachelor of commerce from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada.


    Ms. Meleger has worked in the resource sector as a communications professional for 10 years and was previously responsible for leading corporate communications initiatives at Newmarket Gold. Prior to that, Ms. Meleger worked for KGHM, a Polish-based mining company, responsible for internal and external communications for the North American and South American division of KGHM. In 2010, Ms. Meleger worked for Copper Mountain Mining Corp., a Canadian-based mining company, as a corporate communications and investor relations manager, supporting external communications, investor relations and media initiatives for the company. Ms. Meleger studied at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), completing a business diploma in financial management.

  • Goldkaiser, Depot und Watchlist

    Endergebnis 2016:
    Durch viele nervöse verkäufe, käufe und ausprobieren,
    habe ich mit meinem Depot nur ca. 30% Gewinn in 2016 eingefahren.
    Einige Punkte werden bzw. müssen noch verbessert werden.
    Bei CUG muß ich noch abwarten, was draus wird, leider ist CUG im moment nicht handelbar,
    also kommt sie mit nach 2017.



    Neustart für 2017:
    Nach Umschichtung/ Aufstockung in den letzten 2 Wochen,
    gehe ich mit folgenden Depot 2017 an den Start.

    Hallo Haneu,


    gebe ich dir recht, hin und her macht Taschen leer………
    Mal eine Kurze Erklärung von mir, zu meiner reaktion.


    GOM und EQT waren eigentlich ein Zock von mir, hier hatte ich mir schnelle Gewinne erhofft,
    leider ging es nach hinten los.


    CUG -70% hier glaube ich, die sind kaputt, im Moment nicht handelbar, falls doch wieder, sofortiger verkauf.


    MUX war FL, hier nehme ich einfach meine Gewinne mit.


    EDR ist ebenfalls FL, die Gewinne würden dann mit in FR einfliessen,
    FR war früher auf meine Liste, aber nach enormen Anstieg, kam sie nicht mehr in Frage.
    Ich denke unter 7 Euro ist sie wieder sehr interessant.


    GRG und PGM wurden schon im Depot erwähnt, das sie auf meiner Liste stehen,
    wobei GRG auch schon mal im Depot vorhanden war.


    Kurz gesagt, “Zockeraktien” raus, Verluste begrenzen
    und Gewinne von FL mitnehmen und versuchen auf “bessere” Werte setzen.
    Ob das der richtige Weg ist, wird sich dann zeigen.............

    Habe mich von einigen Werten getrennt
    und werde mein Depot umstrukturieren.


    Verkauf:
    GOM, EQT, GQC, PRG und MUX.
    Diese Werte sind abgestürzt, teilweise bis 40%,
    habe die Verluste begrenzt, bevor mein Depot eventuell ins Minus rutscht.


    Geplante Verkäufe:
    CUG (-70%, im Moment nicht handelbar) und EDR.


    Kauf:
    KL wurde aufgestockt und ist nun wieder größte Position im Depot.


    Geplante Käufe.
    GRG, PGM und FR.


    Da es heute mit Anstieg POG und POS aussieht, werden meine Kauforder wohl nicht ausgeführt.
    Habe eigentlich nochmal auf fallende Preise spekuliert..........

    auch EDR hatte am 13.12.2016 hochgradige Silbervorkommen gemeldet,
    scheint wohl gerade normal zu sein, das positive Meldungen einfach nicht belohnt werden.........
