Other Events - Item 8.01. Other ItemsOn October 23, 2007, the Board of Directors of Uranium Star Corp. (the "Company") determined to adjust the exercise price of certain options that were previously granted, such that the exercise price will be more closely aligned with recent trading prices for the Company's common stock.
Pursuant to the Board's decision, all of the outstanding options that were formerly exercisable for 2,970,000 shares of common stock at a price of $1.24 per share, will now be exercisable at a price of $0.55 per share.
The Board determined to make this adjustment to the exercise price of outstanding options so as to provide an incentive to holders of outstanding options to exercise those options, as well as to permit option-holders to participate in future increases in the Company's value (as compared to the Company's current value on a per share basis).

Geht sofort online, unter Angabe der ISIN - Nr..Warum erwähnenswert: Es ist ein regionales Institut, zwergenhaft gegenüber Großbanken.

Du meinst Deine Bank ist zwergenhaft jedenfalls hat sie wohl mehr Kundenbezug als die Grossbanken - oder bist Du ein Krösus bei ihnen die CS scheint ziemlich blasiert zu sein, die verdienen eben noch besser, wenn alles über die Berater läuft, ich finde es peinlich wenn die nicht in der Lage sind so was auch online anzubieten hoffe, dass mein "Dampf machen" Früchte trägt

.....It's not like Goldman is barred from shorting the investment markets that it helps bring into being. Nor did it have any special insight; all of the big investment banks were busy creating and selling subprime junk in 2005-2006.
None of the other big banks, however, had the chutzpah to short the very market in junk they'd given birth to - not yet, at least. And few banks seem to have created bonds quite as toxic as Goldman did......
....Well, if the investment banks were now home and dry, why would Citigroup, J.P.Morgan and Bank of America have agreed to back a $75 billion "off-balance sheet" fund that will actively seek to support the value of US home-loan securities?
If the whole problem has been dealt with in one quarter, why would US Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson - a former chief of Goldman Sachs, no less! - want to bang heads on Wall Street and get this deal set up?......
.....And if the trouble in subprime were over, why didn't Goldman Sachs step up to join Paulson's bail-out baby? Does GS plan to short the mortgage-bond market - and keep shorting it - as 2007 turns into 2008... ?full story: http://www.321gold.com/editorials/ash/ash101907.html

AREVA has also advised that it plans to submit a project description to the federal and provincial regulatory agencies in early 2008 for one or two underground exploration shafts and related test mining facilities. Construction could begin in 2010 based on the outcome of regulatory procedures.

Der Spin off Fission Energy erfolgte im Juni/Juli, STM stand hier zwischen 4 und 3,5US$ gestern aktuell 2,71US$ also ein gutes Stück niedriger als zum Zeitpunkt des Spin off.
Der Spin off selber, Fission Energy wurde zum Stichtagmit 0,7US$ festgestellt und Stand gestern bei 0,73US$ also immerhin knapp 5% höher!
Fission Energy hat sich somit deutlich besser entwickelt als STM selber.STM - ist aber wirklich mühsam dieses Teil
ich habe übrigens bei den meisten spin offs in die Röhre geschaut, ausser wenn ich gleich nach Ankündigung verkauft habe linar
