    Das sind Wandelanleihen, die neu ausgegeben werden.
    Fälligkeit ist 2023, außer FM kauft diese vorher zurück. :rolleyes:
    Können aber durch die Halter auch vorher schon in Aktien gewandelt werden, wenn ich nicht falsch liege.

    Q4 Highlights

    • Successful Houndé mine start-up lifted group production by 38% over Q3-2017 to 204koz and decreased group AISC by 13% to circa $784/oz
    • Group All-in Sustaining Margin increased by nearly 70% over Q3-2017 to $83m and the All-in Margin also increased by nearly 70% to $57m

    FY-2017 Highlights

    • Production up 14% over the prior year to 663koz, attaining the top half of 630 - 675koz guidance
    • AISC down $15/oz over the prior year to circa $869/oz, well within guidance range of $850 - 895/oz
    • Net Debt increased from $221m to $233m since the previous quarter-end due to growth project spend

    2018 OUTLOOK

    • Production expected to increase to 670 - 720koz and AISC to decline to $840 - 890/oz
    • Continued strong focus on internal growth:

      • Ity CIL construction progressing on-budget and on-time; first gold pour expected in mid-2019
      • Kalana intensive exploration program and updated feasibility study underway to prepare for next project after Ity CIL

    Lest euch nochmal in #408 den Artikel (+ Leserkommentare darunter) vom "wütenden Geologen" durch.
    Heutiges Thema dürften die Erzgehalte (head grades) sein, bzw deren Ungleichmäßigkeit/Unberechenbarkeit wenn ich es richtig interpretiere.
    Ich halte hier eine kleine Freiläuferposition, trotzdem ist es ärgerlich.


    PS: heute auch eine Abstufung durch Credit Suisse

    Near-surface oxide intercepts include 237.8m of 2.96 g Au/t and 141.8m of 3.32 g Au/t

    Vancouver, B.C. – Gold Standard Ventures Corp. (TSX: GSV; NYSE AMERICAN: GSV) (“Gold Standard” or the “Company) today announced results from nine Dark Star deposit infill holes and five exploration drill holes on its 100%-owned/controlled Railroad Gold Project


    Key Highlights

    • In the northern portion of Dark Star, infill hole DS17-35 intersected 8m of 2.96 g Au/t, including 93.0m of 5.06 g Au/t. The intercept is approximately 30m south of DS15-13, which intersected 97.0m of 1.56 g Au/t (announced April 18, 2017). DS17-35 ended in 0.53 g Au/t at 259.1m. Approximately 30m south of DS17-35, DS17-37 intersected 141.8m of 3.32 g Au/t, including 25.9m of 8.63 g Au/t. Results from both drill holes substantially outperform the resource block model based on three criteria: 1) mineralization begins at or near the current topographic surface and is shallower than predicted by the model; 2) higher average gold grades and; 3) gold mineralization extends 35 to 42m below the resource block model.
    • Also in the northern portion of Dark Star, infill hole DS17-36 intersected 73.0m of 1.60 g Au/t, including 25.8m of 3.25 g Au/t. DS17-36 is approximately 165m south of DS17-37. These results confirm the resource block model. Assays from the lower 130m of this hole are pending.
    • In the southern part of Dark Star, DS17-41 intersected 33.5m of 0.76 g Au/t including two higher grade zones of 1m of 1.10 g Au/t and 7.6m of 1.39 g Au/t. Mineralization in DS17-41 starts at the current topographic surface. Approximately 380m north of DS17-41, DS17-44 intersected 53.4m of 0.27 g Au/t. Results in both holes indicate thicker mineralized intervals than the resource block model in this portion of the oxide deposit.
    • In the southern part of Dark Star, infill drill hole DS17-43 intersected 80.8m of 0.47 g Au/t. Grade of the gold mineralization in DS17-43 appears to outperform the resource block model in this portion of the oxide deposit. Also in the southern part of Dark Star, DS17-40 intersected 57.9m of 0.62 g Au/t starting at the current topographic surface.
    • DS17-34, a metallurgical core hole, intersected 89.9m of 0.51 g Au/t. These results confirm the resource block model.
    • DS17-31, -33, -38, -39, and -42 were exploration holes that tested a variety of geophysical, seismic and geologic targets north and west of the known limits of the Dark Star deposit. These holes did not encounter new zones of gold mineralization.

    aufgebaut wurde und an die Yamana-Tochter Brio verkauft werden mußte.
    So kommt alles wieder zurück nach Hause.

    DR MINISTER OF MINES APPROVES EXPLOITATION PERMIT FOR THE ROMERO PROJECT


    In a press conference today in Santo Domingo, Minister Isa Conde, the Minister of Energy and Mines (MEM) of the Dominican Republic, completed his review of Goldquest Mining Corp.'s exploitation permit application for the company's 100-per-cent-owned Romero project, approved the application and sent it to the President of the republic for ratification. The minister expressed his full support for the project to go ahead.


    Exploitation permits in the Dominican Republic are for 75 years, with a tax stability agreement that freezes the tax treatment for the project for a minimum of 25 years protected under the current mining law.
    Highlights of the statement, titled "Application for approval of the resolution for the mining exploitation of Romero," include the following.
    The MEM has evaluated this application and verified that this project has complied with the legal, economic and technical conditions, and is satisfactory in the national interest. This is a highly important project for the Dominican Republic, based on the profitability of the mining activity and the social welfare of the local communities and their development.
    The granting of the exploitation concession is conditional on carrying out an environmental impact study, and subsequently obtaining an environmental licence issued by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MIMARENA).
    The state participation for any economic benefits will be 40 per cent, taking into account the royalty, income tax and municipal contributions, and a voluntary contribution that the company has committed to pay to the state, if warranted, under a formula.
    The minister expects the executive power (Office of the President) to issue its approval and authorization for the granting of the mining exploitation concession.


    "We would like to thank Minister Isa Conde for giving his full support to the outstanding Romero gold/copper project," commented Bill Fisher, Goldquest's chief executive officer. "We have reached agreement with the ministry as to the details of sharing the project's benefits in a win-win formula under the existing law, where the project's net present value and internal rate of return remain aligned with previous guidance. The company is well funded with over $20-million in treasury, and, once we receive the formal exploitation licence, we will rapidly advance towards a production decision at Romero, with the first items being the full feasibility study, outlining project financing and the environmental impact study, coupled with an accelerated exploration program."

    Habe mal wieder alte Uraner durchstöbert und kam dabei auf LTBR:US weil am 27 DEZ ohne Meldung die doppelte Stückzahl der ausgeg. Aktien umgeschlagen wurde. Hatte die Fa lange auf dem Schirm aber nie im Depot. Sie wollen durch Neue Brennstäbe die AKW Umrüsten bzw Neue bestücken um sie wesentlich sicherer und Langlebiger zu machen. Das Management besteht aus lauter Personal mit Beziehungen in Politik und zu Kraftwerksbetreiber Einzig der Kurs ist so gruselig wie EM Explorer zwischen 2011 und 16. Muß aber kein Nachteil sein. Hat jemand eine Meinung zu dieser Aktie?

    Lightbridge bei mir leider nur auf der watchlist.
    Leider, weil heute eine Patentmeldung kam und der Kurs regelrecht explodierte.
