    Golden Predator Consolidates 3 Aces District

    Vancouver, BC, February 13th, 2017


    Golden Predator Mining Corp. (TSX.V: GPY; OTCQX: NTGSF) (the “Company” or “Golden Predator”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a mineral property option agreement with Precipitate Gold Corp. (TSXV: PRG) pursuant to which Golden Predator may acquire Precipitate Gold’s 100% interest in certain mineral claims known as the Reef property located adjacent to the northern boundary of the 3 Aces Project in the southeast region of the Yukon Territory.


    The right to acquire the Property combined with the previously announced option agreement to acquire the
    Hy-Jay property from Bearing Resources Ltd. (see GPY NR 17-01 for additional information) will, on completion of these acquisitions, expand the 3 Aces Project to a total of 357 km² consisting of 1,734 contiguous quartz claims.

    McEwen Mining Inc. ("McEwen Mining") (NYSE:MUX) (TSX:MUX) and Lexam VG Gold Inc. (the “Company” or “Lexam”) (TSX:LEX) (OTCQX:LEXVF), have entered into an agreement pursuant to which McEwen Mining would acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of Lexam by way of plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") and Lexam would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of McEwen Mining. The proposed arrangement is subject to approval by the shareholders of Lexam.


    Pursuant to the Arrangement, each Lexam common share (a “Lexam Share”) would entitle the holder to receive 0.056 of a McEwen Mining share (the "Exchange Ratio"). Lexam shareholders would receive a premium of 30% to the 30-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the Lexam Shares.

    Monarques Gold Intersects 8.41 g/t au Over 25 Metres (83 Feet) on Gold Bug (Croinor Gold)

    MONARQUES GOLD CORPORATION
    is pleased to report the results of Hole CR-16-521, which has returned anomalous to economic grades from a shear zone
    at least 170 metres long vertically on the Croinor Gold property, 70 km east of Val-d’Or, Quebec.
    The hole was drilled in the Gold Bug area, which lies less than 500 metres from the Croinor Gold deposit.


    The largest intersection returned 8.41 g/t Au over 25 metres (see plan view), including 36.1 g/t Au over 3 metres and 39.35 g/t Au over 2 metres. The intersection is shallow, from 29 to 54 metres down the hole.


    The hole also returned other notable intersections, with 0.47 g/t Au over 28 metres (from 82 to 110 metres),
    1.13 g/t Au over 15 metres (from 141 to 156 metres) and 1.81 g/t Au over 3.15 metres (from 165.85 to 169 metres).
    The reported lengths are core lengths, as the true lengths cannot be estimated.
    High grades were cut to 70 g/t Au, the same grade used in the Croinor Gold deposit resource estimate.

    Heute kommen die mit einer Meldung über:
    4440 g/t Gold, 10.25% Kupfer, 24.7% Zink und 347 g/t Silber über 0.9 Meter



    Mir ist aufgefallen, daß Robert Friedland (Ivanhoe Mines) mit denen unterwegs ist, Ivanhoe läuft derzeit auch gut
    dank dem Kipushi-Projekt im Kongo ...

    Ja, wundert mich auch etwas, kann unsereins eben weiter "preiswert" aufstocken. ;)

    GOLD STANDARD FINDS NORTHERN EXTENSION OF NORTH BULLION HIGH GRADE DEPOSIT


    January 23, 2017 – Vancouver, B.C.


    Gold Standard Ventures Corp. announced today that 2016 drilling has extended the North Bullion gold system 180 meters to the north of previous drill holes on its 100%-owned/controlled Railroad-Pinion Project in Nevada’s Carlin Trend.
    Four more core holes were completed in the 2016 program at North Bullion.


    Drill hole RR16-05 returned
    19.8m of 4.40 grams gold per tonne (g Au/t) which includes ahigher grade interval of 5.3m of 7.02 g Au/t.


    This result follows RR16-01 (announced on August 30, 2016) which intersected 65.6m of 3.17 grams gold per tonne (g Au/t) including a higher grade interval of 8.5m of 11.16 g Au/t located west-northwest of previous drilling.

    The primary objective of the 2016 North Bullion drill program was to test for extensions of the Lower Breccia Zone to the west-northwest and north. With RR16-01 and RR16-05, both orientations have proved to be successful. West-northwest and north-striking structural zones are an important control for gold mineralization throughout the Carlin Trend.


    The Saddle (780,000 oz @ 19.6 g Au/t) and Tess (1.5 Moz @ 12.7 g Au/t) deposits occur along the west-northwest-striking Rain fault, located just 7 km to the north of the North Bullion deposit (Longo, et al., NBMG Bulletin 111, 2002). North Bullion exhibits all the classic characteristics of large, high-grade collapse breccia hosted gold deposits on the Carlin Trend. Unlike GSV’s Dark Star and Pinion deposits which are highly oxidized, gold-bearing rock at North Bullion is refractory in nature but the additional cost of processing this material is commonly offset elsewhere on the Carlin Trend by increased grade.

    MONARQUES GOLD CORPORATION is pleased to report new results from the current 10,000-metre drilling program on its Croinor Gold project, 70 km east of Val-d’Or, Quebec.
    Hole CR-16-506 was drilled on Section 770W (see section), and intercepted three shear corridors containing goldveins. One of the veins returned 3.95 g/t Au over 3.2 metres, including 15.7 g/t Au over 0.7 metres at a depth of 230 metres, which would appear to support the presence of multiple high-grade gold structures in the western part of the Croinor Gold deposit.
    Historical hole CR-11-395 had returned values of 21.7 g/t Au over 1.0 metres and 14.69 g/t Au over 2.0 metres in gold structures located at 18 metres southeast of Section 770W.
    All lengths are identical to core length.

    One of the best economic intersections of the current program


    Hole CR-16-512 was designed to achieve the second objective.
    It returned 12.71 g/t Au over 9.9 metres (33 feet), confirming the high grades obtained in historical holes
    CN-89-135 (24.30 g/t Au over 2.7 metres) and CR-15-431 (15.12 g/t Au over 4.0 metres).
    The mineralization consists of multiple quartz-tourmaline veins within a shear zone, with visible gold. 8o
    Visible gold was also reported in historical drilling.
    Lengths are expressed as measured along the core axis.
    True thickness has not been determined, and high grades are cut to 70 g/t.

    Insoweit ist, wenn ich es richtig sehe, kein Superprofit entstanden, sondern seit Umfirmierung eine Kurshalbierung, sh. den Chart, vermutlich, nachdem die erste Euphorie verflog....

    So ist es, es gab im September 2016 einen Reverse Split im seltsamen Verhältnis 18,164 zu 1.
    Ich bin mit meinen ESM-Aktien auch noch tief unter Wasser, habe irrsinnigerweise das ganze Trauerspiel in Brasilien
    mitgemacht ...
