Santacruz Silver Reports Q3 2021 Production of 872,913 Silver Equivalent Ounces

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 20, 2021) - Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSXV: SCZ) (the "Company" or "Santacruz") reports its operating results for the third quarter 2021 ("Q3") from the Zimapan Mine located in Zimapan, Hidalgo, Mexico and the Rosario Project located in Charcas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Production Highlights:

• Consolidated silver equivalent production for Q3 2021 was 872,913 AgEq ounces; an increase of over 9% compared to Q2 2021

• Zimapan silver equivalent production for Q3 2021 was 867,215 AgEq ounces; an increase of over 14% compared to Q2 2021 that arose primarily as the result of a 20% increase in tonnes milled during the respective periods

Carlos Silva, Santacruz's CEO stated, "The production increase during Q3 arose mainly from the Carrizal and Monte mines as a result of development of new stopes at Lomo del Toro setting the stage for a strong year end." Mr. Silva added; "All underground equipment from the Rosario project is now working at Lomo de Toro and it is expected that with this additional equipment production will further increase during Q4."

2021 Ag Eq was calculated using metal prices of: Ag $25.00/oz, Au $1,925/oz, Pb $0.85/lb, Zn $1.05/lb and Cu $3.00/lb.
2020 Ag Eq was calculated using metal prices of: Ag $17.85/oz, Au $1,480/oz, Pb $0.92/lb, Zn $1.09/lb and Cu $2.80/lb.

Silver Equivalent Comparative Production
As noted in the tables above, there is a significant increase in silver equivalent ounces produced in Q3 2021 as compared to that produced in Q2 2021. This positive change in production is due to increased silver equivalent production from the Zimapan Mine. The increase in silver equivalent ounces produced was primarily due to a 20% increase in tonnes processed at the Zimapan mine over the prior quarter offset by a slight reduction in silver head grade and silver recovery of 13% and 3% respectively. It should also be noted that if the Q3 2021 silver equivalent production had been calculated using the 2020 metal price deck the reported silver equivalent ounces produced from Zimapan would have been 1,103,943 Ag Eq, an increase of 27% over the current reported balance and a 20% increase as compared to Q3 2020. On a comparative basis within any particular fiscal year or between periods in different fiscal years where the metal price decks are relatively equivalent, the computation of silver equivalent is useful for comparing production from one period to another. When the price decks are not relatively equivalent, the usefulness of this production indicator is diminished.

Naja, viel hat sich nicht getan, wenn man q1 und q2 vergleicht, nicht?

Das war ein kluger Zug, den Quartalsbericht nach Börsenschluss zu veröffentlichen. Sonst wäre die Aktie noch weiter runtergerauscht...
Wenn da nicht bald wirklich News kommen, geht es noch weiter runter. Zu viele Baustellen gleichzeitig, und keine Ergebnisse. Bin da leider ziemlich hoch rein gegangen zu einem schlechten Zeitpunkt

Bei mir geht der Gewinn bald gegen "0" und überlege raus zu gehen und später wieder einzusteigen.

Ich lese auch bei hotcopper mit. Irgendwie war mir das zu euphorisch und bin vor einiger Zeit wieder raus, mit kleinem Verlust, der aber wo anders bereits wieder rein kam.
Auf hotcopper wird gemunkelt, dass es morgen nochmals bergab gehen könnte auf 0,1 AUD.

Ich lese relativ viel über Explorer auf hotcopper, irgendwie haben da einige die gleichen Probleme: gibt's gute News endet der Tag mit rotem Kurs. Buy on Rumor, Sell on News.

Im Juli sollten News kommen, bis dahin wird der Kurs gefühlt eher noch fallen, so meine (laienhafte) Meinung.

Ist hier noch wer dabei? Es sieht derzeit so aus als ob bei 0,05AUD ein Boden gefunden wäre. Bin zu früh rein bei 0,06AUD aber derzeit schaut es stabil aus. Im Juli sollten News kommen. Bin gespannt wie es hier weiter geht, könnte vielleicht ein guter Zeitpunkt für einen Einstieg sein...

Was mir bei deinen (wirklich interessanten) Themen stark auffällt ist, dass durch die Eigenzitate es teilweise ziemlich unübersichtlich und unnötig in die Länge gezogen wird. Weiß nicht ob ich da alleine bin aber mir fällt es immer schwer, sowas zu lesen.

Santacruz Silver Commences Drilling Campaign at Lomo del Toro Zone, Zimapan Mine

Vancouver, B.C. – Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSX.V: SCZ) (the “Company” or “Santacruz”) provides an update on underground exploration activities on the Horizontes mineral zone (the historical “Lomo del Toro” zone) at the Zimapan mine, Mexico, where diamond drilling has commenced.

The 22 hole, 3,400-meter drilling program is targeting mantos-style as well as chimney- and skarn-style mineralization along the projected 200-meter strike length of the Horizontes one and Horizontes two mineral bodies. Drilling is planned from three underground drill stations situated on levels 1370 and 1380, exploring approximately 70 to 100 meters down dip from known mineralization. The intent of the underground exploration program is to identify higher silver grade zones to support the ongoing milling operation at the Company´s Zimapan Mine.

Between 2010 and 2020, Carrizal Mining S.A. de C.V. mined approximately 235,000 tonnes from the Horizontes mineral zone at an average head grade of 119 g/t Ag, 3.17% Pb, 4.48% Zn and 0.20% Cu.

Carlos Silva, Santacruz’s CEO stated, “The historic Lomo del Toro zone is a promising area where we have wide mineral bodies with significant silver grades. We anticipate exploration activities to deliver positive results which would allow us to increase our average head grades at the mine”. Ja, die Ressourcen Updates sollten Anfang April kommen. Laut Management gab es hier Verzögerungen, da die Prüflabore ziemlich ausgelastet waren (auch Corona bedingt).

Wenn die Ergebnisse stimmen und man den Leuten aus Hotcopper trauen kann, sollte hier bald ein Sprung anstehen.
Mal schauen, die Aktie wurde in der letzten Zeit ziemlich geshorted und somit der Kurs gedrückt.

Trading Halt bis nach Ostern, da gibt's neue Erkenntnisse.
