    Tschonko,

    man darf CABO nicht ganz fuer voll nehmen. Die sind nicht kriminell;

    das ist bei Explorern schon wie ne Blaue Mauritius.


    Dass die PP (teilweise) fuer die Ausgruendung der IMMC gebraucht wird,

    erstaunt mich nicht. Bei einer "Sachgruendung" muss die Werthaltigkeit

    der "Claims" bewiesen werden. Das ist unmoeglich.

    Legt man ein paar tausend Dollar in die Kasse, ist alles klar.

    Ein Dollar ist ein Dollar wert, so wie 3x Null= Null ist.


    Und Panama? Wahrscheinlich hat jemand gemerkt,

    dass da der Boden im Winter nicht gefriert:

    Highlights include:


    - Following drilling earlier this year into the Western Lodes of the Cosmo Deeps deposit, the resource estimate for the Western Lodes has been increased to comprise an indicated resource of 1.2 million tonnes (Mt) at an average grade of 3.5 grams per tonne (g/t) for 133,000 ounces of contained gold, and an inferred resource of 0.8Mt at 3.7g/t for 95,000 ounces of contained gold. This new estimate represents an increase of 87,000 ounces in the indicated resource category and 50,000 ounces overall.


    - The significance of the Western Lodes has increased with the new resource estimate. Drilling has already commenced to test for along-strike continuations and down-plunge extensions to the identified high-grade zones. Future resource increases are anticipated.


    - The resource estimate for the whole Cosmo Deeps deposit now comprises indicated resources of 4.6Mt at 4.6g/t for 690,000 ounces of contained gold, and inferred resources of 5.2Mt at 3.6g/t for 600,000 ounces of contained gold.

    Bei 570 Mio Aktien, die Optionen werden nun wahrscheinlich wertlos

    Das Deflector Vorkommen wäre z.Z. mit 0,01 A$ pro Aktie bewertet,


    insgesamt also nur noch zu 5,7 Mio A$."


    Genau darauf kommt es an.



    Die Drills waren korrekt. Es waren aber zuwenige (in tausend m Bohrlaenge),
    so dass die Bankleute nur die schwaechsten haben gelten lassen.
    Auch das ist (aus Banksicht) korrekt.

    (fuer Altkatholiken eine klassische Antigone_Tragoedie mit Beuteltieren)

    Diese Situation meinte ich mit Stabhochsprung ohne Stab.
    Der Stab sind weitere Drills. BTV ist nicht gehedgt,
    keine laufenden Kosten (ausser overheads) und hat Bares.

    Bald bohren sie wieder.

    Gemessen an der "Katastrophe" wurden mit 11 Mio Aktien Downunder
    und 1 Mio Aktien in FfM nur relativ wenige abgesetzt.
    Hier sind mittlerweile fast nur noch Hardcore_Goldbugs im Boot.

    Hochsprung reussieren zu koennen, dass ich´s nachher geglaubt hatte.


    Diese Maer hatte schon Mr. Barr (macht jetzt bei TNG als CEO seiner

    Sekretaerin Dampf) in Umlauf gebracht. Da bliebNachfolger_CEO Mr. duDack

    wohl nichts anderes uebrig, als weiter den A..... oder Kopf hinzuhalten.


    BTV muss jetzt einen Stab besorgen und kann damit Hochspringen.

    NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 23, 2006) - Cabo Drilling Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CBE - News; "Cabo" or the "Company") announces that it is carrying out a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,400,000 units at $0.375 per unit to raise gross proceeds of $2,400,000 and a brokered private placement of up to 1,600,000 units at $0.375 per unit to raise gross proceeds of $600,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one warrant, each warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional share of the Company at a price of $0.50 for a period of two years from the date of issuance of the units; provided however that should the closing price of the Company's shares on the Exchange be at least CDN$0.60 per share for 20 consecutive trading days (at any time at or following the expiry of the four month resale restriction period), Cabo may, by notice to the Subscriber reduce the remaining exercise period applicable to the warrants to not less than 20 trading days from the date of such notice. The Company expects to pay finder's fees or commissions on some or all of the private placements, payable in cash or securities, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The non-brokered and brokered placements are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

    The Company will use the net proceeds from the offerings for establishing drilling operations in Panama; up to $1,200,000 to invest in a private placement of International Millennium Mining Corp.
