Alles erstunken und erlogen, damit wir und ausgewählte Kreise nachkaufen können. George hat zudem mehr Zeitfenster, um seine NSPD 51 Direktive auf den passenden Tag zu planen.     Die USA stehen vor dem größten Börsengang ihrer Geschichte: Der Kreditkartenkonzern Visa will bei seiner Erstnotiz bis zu 19 Milliarden Dollar erlösen - so viel wie kein anderes US-Unternehmen je zuvor.


    San Francisco/New York - Es ist ein Börsengang der Superlative, den Visa plant: Umgerechnet bis zu 12,8 Milliarden Euro will der US-Kreditkartenhersteller bei seiner Erstnotiz einnehmen. Weltweit wäre das der zweitgrößte Börsengang aller Zeiten. Den bislang größten der Geschichte legte die Industrial Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) 2006 hin, die bei ihrer Erstnotiz gut 17,2 Milliarden Euro erlöste.

    GB: An Duplizität kaum mehr zu überbieten! 2000 am Höhepunkt der Dot.Com Bubble der Börsengang von AT&T und das einige Monate später folgende fulminante Platzen und nun der Rekordbörsengang von VISA, ausgerechnet DEM Kreditkartenunternehmen neben MasterCard, Die Parallelität ist beeindruckend.

    Ein Kreditkartenjongleur, welcher einige Wochen (so meine persönliche Einschätzung) vor dem Platzen sämtlicher fauler Kreditkartendarlehen noch den Schritt an die Börse wagt.

    Ein letztes Geldeinsammeln vor dem Supergau der Industrie.

    Denn: bedenkt man die Perfidität des Handelns eines Joe Sixpack (Durchschnittsamerikaner mit dem IQ einer Apfelsine), welcher mit seiner KREDITKARTE DIE HAUSHYPOTHEKENSCHULDEN abgelöst hat, so sollte es nicht wundern, wenn die ersten Kreditkarteninstitute im Sommer 2008 endgültig das "Closed" Schild vor die Filialen hängen.

    Und da die Goldbesitzer am Tag X das "natürliche" Geld haben: Gold-Hardware, und den "Preis machen", liegt ihnen auch daran, den Rest ohne Gold, soweit wie möglich "abzugrenzen", um die eigene Machtposition, sei es durch ein neues goldgedecktes Währungssystem, etc., auszubauen. Ein ganz natürlicher Vorgang.

    Warum so kompliziert?


    Man bedruckt ein leeres Blatt und schneidet 5 Scheine darauf. Jeder ist 100 Baron-Taler wert!


    Nun ist der Baron (USA) von Städtern (Marktteilnehmer am Weltmarkt) sehr geschätzt und auf Grund des Erfolges (Kolonialherrschaft, vorherrschende Kriegsmacht) ein angesehener Marktplayer. Daher wurde seine Währung als die beste Option ausgewählt.


    Über viele hunderte Jahre hat es dieses System gegeben, bis eines Tages der Ur-Ur-Ur-Ur-Enkel des Barons (George der Trinker) in Saus und Braus (Hypotheken-, Kreditkarten., Subprimeproblematik) lebend es übertrieben hat und immer mehr und mehr drucken ließ. Zur Hilfe kam ihm dabei sein bester Mann (Ben der Printer). Die Inflation nahm dadurch enorme Ausmaße - weltweit - an und irgendwann, im Jahre 2009, sagte man sich in Wut und Angst: "aus der Baronschen' Dynastie" (USA) ist ein Hort von Banausen und Dieben geworden. Lasst uns eine stabile Währung (Gold und Silber) suchen!

    Die Urväter des Talers waren der in Tirol seit 1484/86 und der in Sachsen seit 1500 geprägte Guldengroschen, wobei letztere auch Klappmützentaler hießen.

    The Company has completed exploration plans for the 2008 field season. During the month of January both drills were set up on the Railroad Cu-Mo-Au project. Due to heavy unseasonal snowfall the drills were moved off the property with one drill moved to the Dixie-Comstock gold-silver property, the second drill will be set up on the Fondaway gold property both projects are located in Churchill County, Nevada as indicated by Qualified Person, Roland M. Larsen.
    The Dixie-Comstock property core drilling program is directed toward testing selected target areas that have been previously drilled (and extension drilling into untested) zones, an epithermal system, indicating bonanza gold-silver grades. This program will acquire confirmation data for the completion of a NI-43-101 resource report. This property has been intensively drill tested by Santa Fe, Asarco, Horizon Gold Corp. and others over the past 30 years. The property has experienced some limited underground mining in the 1930's.
    RSM will drill test areas within a zone of mineralization that currently has a strike length of more than 1,000 feet and a drill tested width of approximately 400 feet that is apparently open at depth. The system has been tested with approximately 200 drill holes indicating very promising near surface mineralization that appears to deepen in a stair step manner toward the northeast that is proximal to the north-trending range front faulting.
    The Fondaway Canyon gold property drilling program is designed to expand the gold resource base within a 3,700' strike segment that is part of a more than 12,000' strike length gold mineralized trend that has been drill tested with more than 500 drill holes and approximately 200,000 feet of drilling. Within this more intensively drilled 3,700' strike length interval RSM will concentrate upon infill drilling for additional on strike drill data and down dip extension drilling in this area. A portion of this interval was included within the current NI-43-101 resource report by Strachan, 2003, contains an estimated measured resource of 390,000 tons of 0.428 opt gold and inferred resource of 372,000 tons of 0.408 opt gold. The current effort will focus upon improving upon the resource base for the bulk of the 3,700' strike length that has been previously tested and proposed for potential underground development by Tenneco Minerals Inc. The second company drill will be installed to carry out this testing as soon as the drilling permits are received.
    When the access can be achieved, hopefully in April, 2007, the company plans to return to the Railroad Cu-Mo-Au property. Another drill may be required to get this drilling program underway again when weather conditions permit. The focus of this effort will to acquire sufficient drill data to complete an updated NI-43-101 resource report.
    At Goldwedge we will continue with the operation of the plant and processing of the lower grade gold stockpiled material. Additionally, underground drifting to include the construction of cross cuts and extending the decline will be completed. The permit renewal process with the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection to include the amendment for the waste storage expansion, the rapid (water) infiltration basin construction and the flotation circuit installation will continue toward completion.
    On the Pinon gold-silver project RSM has completed the necessary drilling last year for the environmental program on the deposit and the proposed heap leach pads. The environmental consultants expect to have a second draft of the Water Pollution Control permit completed in March, 2008.

    The Company is currently in a renewal phase of its mining permit for the Goldwedge project with the State of Nevada. This renewal includes plans for the expansion of the mine dump and a surface water disposal area for water pumped from the mine and two dewatering wells that are to be drilled, hopefully in February, to dewater the mine area from the surface. These wells are expected to significantly reduce the amount of water that will have to be pumped to the surface from the underground operation. A new underground power system is currently being installed, according to qualified person, Roland M. Larsen.
    Additionally, permitting of other RSM controlled projects that contain drill indicated quality gold-silver grades within the Manhattan district will be initiated this year. These projects within less than 1-2 miles of the Goldwedge property are expected to supply additional feed material to the Goldwedge plant as soon as the mining permits are completed. The permitting process will commence after the renewal permit is achieved for Goldwedge indicated above.
    The Goldwedge development program has been operating more or less continuously during the fourth quarter, 2007. The project was closed down during the last two weeks of December, 2007, cold weather and the holiday season were factors. We have had a slow start in January, 2008 due to cold weather and unusual snow accumulation, additional winterizing of the plant water system has been completed.
    The plant throughput has not improved beyond the results achieved in early November as screen tests have indicated that the grind of the feed material needs further improvement. The current grind with the reduced throughput of 200 tons per day is approximately 80% minus 65 mesh, the objective is to achieve at least 80% minus 100 mesh result for these tests at a much higher production rate. More improvements will be made to achieve acceptable liberation of the gold from the rock and to maximize plant throughput before adding a flotation circuit.
