Request for Trading Halt

Berkeley Energia Limited (ASX:BKY) requests an immediate voluntary
trading halt to the Company’s securities, pending an announcement
regarding a Definitive Feasibility Study at the Salamanca project.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of
an announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of
trade on ASX on 15 July 2016.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not
be granted.

MILLROCK ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF ALASKA PENINSULA COPPER PROJECT OPTION AGREEMENT, ALASKA
First
Quantum Minerals Ltd. has elected not to renew its option to acquire a
joint venture interest in the Millrock Resources Inc.'s Alaska Peninsula
property. No mineralization of significance was discovered in drilling
at the Mallard Duck Bay prospect. Mineralization intersected at the Dry
Creek prospect, while highly anomalous, was not strong enough to
encourage further drilling. Millrock is discussing an extension of the
option to lease agreement concerning the lands with the underlying
subsurface landowner, Bristol Bay Native Corp.
Millrock president
and chief executive officer Gregory Beischer commented: "The Dry Creek
and Mallard Duck Bay prospects at the Alaska Peninsula project presented
excellent opportunities for exploration success. Although the best
targets were tested, no mineral deposit of economic significance was
discovered. This is the nature of early stage exploration. Most early
stage exploration drill targets do not result in discovery. However, if
we keep drilling quality targets we will eventually succeed in
discovering a valuable metallic mineral deposit. The Kawisgag prospect
at the south end of the Alaska Peninsula project remains a strong target
for drill testing."

The technical information within this document has been reviewed
and approved by Gregory A. Beischer, president, chief executive officer
and a director of Millrock Resources. Mr. Beischer is a qualified person
as defined in National Instrument 43-101.

EVRIM ADVANCES THE BALL CREEK PROJECT
Evrim
Resources Corp. has released the results of exploration and targeting
work on the Ball Creek project. Geological mapping, sampling and data
reinterpretation have identified a significant number of untested drill
targets as well as broadened the company's understanding of lithologic,
structural and alteration controls on mineralization. Ball Creek is an
early-stage exploration property prospective for copper-gold-molybdenum
porphyry and epithermal gold-silver deposits. The project covers a
520-square-kilometre area in the Golden Triangle in northwest British
Columbia.
Evrim acknowledges that Ball Creek is situated in the
traditional territory of the Tahltan First Nation and is committed to
open and respectful dialogue.
"The controls on mineralization
share many key characteristics with other significant porphyry
copper-gold deposits in the region and what we have learned in the main
zone can direct exploration of other mineralized zones on the property,"
commented Evrim's vice-president of technical services, Stewart Harris.
"The Golden Triangle is host to several significant copper porphyry
and gold deposits under evaluation and development including Galore
Creek, Schaft Creek and KSM. Commercial production at Imperial Metals'
Red Chris mine and mine construction at Pretium's Brucejack deposit
demonstrate that economically sound mineral deposits can be responsibly
developed in the area. The new targets at Ball Creek are drill ready
and represent an excellent opportunity for the company to add to the
mineral endowment of this productive region."

ja, muss leider sagen, dass ich in den letzten JAhren meine Prügel bezogen habe. Deshalb gab es einen Strategiewechsel, (auch weil Qualitätstitel im Moment extrem niedrig bewertet sind)!

Mit den großen Royaltycompanies kommt eine gewisse Stabilität ins Depot und über die Projectgenerators versuche ich an Discoveries teilzuhaben.

Royalties und Projectgenerators sind somit die BASIS.
