irgendwer muss doch hier im gleichen Atemzug verkaufen?
Müsste dann doch auch meldepflichtig sein? Man findet aber nichts...Bleibt also nur, dass GSV selbst die Shares aus dem laufenden ATM-Programm ("at-the-market-Platzierung") verkauft:

SunValley trat erst am 21.04.2021 mit Reißen der 10%-Marke bei SEDAR in Erscheinung; das waren bereits gut 35 Millionen Aktien.
Seitdem hat SunValley rund 8 Millionen Aktien dazu gekauft (aktuell insg. 42,9mill).Angenommen, SunValley möchte sich über diesen Weg an GSV beteiligen - und GSV dies zulässt - , ist davon auszugehen, dass zwischen den beiden eine Absprache besteht. Der Wortlaut würde dann offensichtlich wohl so lauten: "wir kaufen euch die ATM-Shares ab, zahlen aber nicht mehr als 0,70-0,75CAD$ pro Stück. wenn ihr das bewerkstelligen könnt, sind wir dabei".
Der Kursverlauf würde so eine Absprache bestätigen.
Der Kurs wäre also erst wieder "frei", wenn die Shares aus dem ATM-Programm vollständig verkauft sind. Um diesen Zeitpunkt bestimmen zu können, müsste man wissen, wieviele Aktien SunValley bereits VOR dem 14.08.2020 (Start ATM-Programm) an GSV gehalten hat. So könnte man zurückrechnen, wieviele Aktien noch im ATM-Topf sind und wann der Kurs dann nicht mehr durch die o.g. "geheime Absprache" gedeckelt ist.

seit Auflage des ATM-Programms hat SunValley bislang knapp 43mill Shares erworben; sicherlich auch auf dem Markt, aber vermutlich größtenteils aus dem ATM-Topf. Da dieser wie oben erwähnt um die 30-35mill Shares hergeben würde, kann man davon ausgehen, dass dieser bald erschöpft sein dürfte.
Die Tatsache, dass im letzten halben Jahr nahezu keine Bohrergebnisse vermeldet wurden, bestätigt mich in der Annahme, dass so eine Absprache tatsächlich statt fand. Denn diese würden nur unnötig den Kurs treiben...naja, alles in allem werde ich meine Shares weiterhin behalten und hoffe, dass der Spuk bald ein Ende hat. Gut möglich, dass dann auch wieder Bohrerfolge verkündet werden...

ich habs - glaube ich - verstanden... die offizielle Inflation reißt die 5%-Marke und die FED macht das, was sie schon seit zig Jahren macht: DROHEN. Das reicht bereits um sämtliche Rationalität vom Planeten zu verbannen.

KANNST DU ES NICHT ÜBERWINDEN, UNTERWANDERE ES!(geiler Spruch, oder?)
Kann euch aber beruhigen; in der Vergangenheit waren dies nur sehr kurzlebige Stilblüten

und wieder 3,5millionen neue Shares....
kein Wunder, dass der Kurs nicht auf die Beine kommt! Viele werfen entnervt das Handtuch! Es ist genug Geld da, die Bohrrigs sind auch vor Ort, aber irgendwie tut sich nichts. Dann das Desaster mit der letzten News, bei der soagr auf der Kompanie-Seite tagelang die falschen Schnittlängen pupliziert wurden (z.B. statt der gemeldeten 35 Meter waren es nur 35 Zentimeter usw.) und nun schon wieder Verwässerung in Aussicht... auch wenn das Projekt erfolgsversprechend scheint, habe ich mittlerweile bzgl des Management so ein gewisses negatives Geschmäckle in da Gosch'n... -
