denkbar wäre auch noch ein anderes Szenario:
GCM wird übernommen von einem Dritten (Barrick z.B.) und die Anteile an Gold X, die GCM aktuell hält (20%?) werden veräußert; würde auch den Stop beider Werte erklären.Auffallend/Seltsam ist nur, dass GCM einen Tag vor dem Trading Halt noch verkündet hat, Schulden früher zurück zu zahlen:
