Der Verkäufer macht hier nichts falsch bzw handelt mMn völlig legal. Wenn der Käufer in Deutschland eine Privatperson ist, müsste MwSt abgeführt werden. Dies zu tun ist nicht unbedingt Aufgabe des Verkäufers, sondern obliegt dem Käufer. Wenn er das nicht tut und der Import ohne den Zoll durchgeht, sollte es keine Probleme geben. Der Händler informiert bestimmt nicht freiwillig das deutsche FA. Was aber wenn dort irgendwann mal eine reguläre Steuerprüfung des Betriebs stattfindet? Man könnte sich evtl vorstellen, dass dann auch das deutsche FA informiert werden könnte...
z.B. durch Kauf einer SteuerCD von einem sehr zuverlässigem Mitarbeiter des Händlers...

alles in Allem nichts Neues, der Widerstand gegen Escobal ist enorm. Geld allein wird hier nicht helfen... bei der Bewertung von PAAS muss man wirklich ohne Escobal kalkulieren. Sollte natürlich eine Lösung gefunden werden, dann steht ein massiver Kurssprung an, schließlich ist Escobal eine der größten Silberminen der Welt (vom Vorkommen her sogar wohl die größte)
