Hallo zusammen,

Dear Board Members:
I thought it might help to share a few points that the vice president and head of investor relations at MGN relayed to me today, a very nice gentleman named Doug Dobbs.
First, as you probably know, the company is moving ahead smoothly and on schedule towards announcing the pre-feasibility study in early January. And since there was already a full feasibility study done in the past, this one will be very advanced in its detail, giving a very good idea of the costs involved in building the new mine and the overall financial viability of the project. This is a very important announcement, and obviously, with silver recently moving much higher, this helps with the financial viability of the project.
Once the prefeasibility study is reviewed, management will decide if they may wish to open the old tunnel to do some mettalurgical work, etc, all of which work would be helpful to the final feasibility study but would also be a part of the total cost of the actual mine construction, thereby shortening the time to build the mine further down the road; but these decisions, if deemed prudent, and any financings relating to them, would occur sometime after the prefeasibility study has been carefully reviewed, probably in the late spring; otherwise, there will be no need for any further financing until we get to those sort of decisions or the final study itself.
Trading on the Toronto exchange should be coincident with the announcement of the pre-feasibility study, i.e., sometime in early to mid-January.
Management has had to have a strong look at where the selling has been coming from in recent days---over 1M shares in just the past couple of days plus a marked increase in short interest---and has determined three likely sources:
--short-selling of investors holding warrants at $6 from a financing done last year.
--shorting from hedge funds who see a profitable trade.
--normal end of the year tax-related selling, given that this stock has performed well this year.
With the Toronto listing, and greater daily volume--hopefully in the million share range--the company expects to see such volatility decrease over time.

I hope this helps keep many of us who believe in MGN long and strong (and also patient until January, if need be).
I kindly ask that you please excuse any minor inaccuracies (or please correct me if you see any), though I believe I have it exactly as discussed.
Best wishes to MGN traders and investors alike, and happy holidays to all.
