    The Property consists of 104 contiguous mining claims covering approximately 861 hectares (2,128
    acres) in the Arrowhead Mining District, Nye County, Nevada. Taranis acquired the Property by staking a
    100% interest in certain Gordo, Tomahawk, Sidewinder, Stealth and Cruise claims covering the entire
    Arrowhead Mining District. The Property encompasses an epithermal, volcanic hosted district that was
    explored and mined in the early 1900’s. The Arrowhead Deposit occurs in the center of the Property, and
    Taranis has found encouraging gold and silver values in this and several other areas of the Property.
    Encouraging gold and silver mineralization has been encountered on the Property over a 2.8 km long
    north-northwest trending structure (Arrowhead Lineament Fault), and includes the Whopper Junior Zone,
    Ridge Line Area, and the Arrowhead Mine. Core drilling in the Arrowhead Mine area conducted by
    Taranis identified gold and silver mineralization within highly-altered volcanic rocks. Based on review and
    interpretation of the Taranis drilling, this zone plunges shallowly to the southeast and remains open along
    strike.

    EXCALIBUR RESOURCES' DELAMAR NORTH PROPERTY, LINCOLN COUNTY, NEVADA


    Excalibur Resources Ltd. has purchased 53 claims (the Stinger claims) in Lincoln county, Nevada. (see news in Stockwatch May 17, 2007). The Stinger claims cover approximately 1.7 square miles (440 hectares) in the historic Delamar mining district of Nevada. The property is in a former mining district known for its gold production in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The claims are situated on a predominantly brecciated quartz vein system in the Caliente Caldera complex. Such vein structures are typically associated with Nevada gold deposits. Alluvial overburden covers the property to an estimated average depth of 50 feet. The claims overlie a north-northwest-trending fault line that intersects the formerly well-known, and historically important, Delamar gold mining operation.


    The Delamar mining district has produced several gold mines such as the Delamar mine and the April Fool mine. Between 1896 and 1900, the Delamar mining district is known to have produced 668,000 ounces of gold and about one million ounces of silver, amounting to a value at the time of $14.9-million. The dominant producer was the Delamar mine which produced $13.7-million of gold and silver sporadically between 1894 and 1940. The Delamar operation was located approximately four miles to the southeast of the Stinger claims. The Delamar townsite is now officially designated as a ghost town, but several rock buildings including the mill ruins are still standing. Major operations at the mine were shut down in 1909.


    Little work has been done on the Stinger claims in recent times other than a cursory grab sample undertaking in which 10 surface samples were assayed from a shaft and other prospects on the property. One sample returned greater than 138 grams per tonne (g/t) silver and 0.593 g/t gold.


    Excalibur intends to conduct a ground exploration program as soon as possible. The ground work will include the layout of a grid system, soil and rock sampling, a detailed analysis of the shaft area and a geophysics program to determine prospective drilling targets.

    dieser Zusammenstellung erst seit Anfang 2007 und im
    Management befindet sich Anthony Garson, der bereits mit
    einigen anderen Explorationswerten hervorragende Erfolge
    verzeichnen konnte. Unter anderem war er maßgeblich am
    Silberfund von COLIBRI RESOURCES beteiligt, hier konnte
    der Aktienkurs innerhalb kurzer Zeit von 0,12 CAD auf aktuell
    ca. 0,45 CAD springen. Die Projekte des Unternehmens
    befinden sich in historischen Minendistrikten in Nevada und
    die ersten Probensammlungen zeigen sehr gute Gold- und
    Silbermineralisierungen auf. Die aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung
    mit 2,6 Millionen Euro ist sehr gering und die Projekte noch in
    einem frühem Stadium. Sollte es dem Team um Anthony Garson
    jedoch gelingen, auf den beiden Projekten einen Treffer zu
    landen, kann dies schnell zu einer Vervielfachung des
    Aktienkurses führen. Diese Aktie ist hochspekulativ und mit
    erheblichem Gewinnpotential ausgestattet. Aber auch ein
    Totalverlustrisiko sollte bei der Investition in sehr junge Explorer
    nicht vergessen werden.

    Vancouver, British Columbia, June 13, 2007 – The Company is pleased to announce that, in a preliminary work program, 15 additional grab samples have been collected from the Stinger Claim Block that forms the Company’s Delamar North Property. During the program, an extension to the vein system, approximately 240 meters to the northwest and along the north-northwest trending fault that overlays the Stinger Claims, was discovered. In addition, two more prospect pits were found. There are no known historical records available on these prospect pits, nor on the first mineshaft discovered on the Property in 2003.



    This sampling program was undertaken prior to and in preparation for a ground exploration program later this summer. The ground work will include the layout of a grid system, soil and rock sampling, a detailed analysis of the shaft area and a geophysics program to determine prospective drilling targets. Assay results are pending and will be announced when available.
