    komme derzeit kaum nach hier, da ich aktuell nicht die Zeit habe. Desweiteren bin ich immer noch am recherchieren. Aktueller Schwerpunkt PGE Metalle und REE.
    Auf der Verkaufsliste stehen bei mir aktuell Canadian Palladium und Rokmaster. Mir ist das ganze Projekt insgesamt zu teuer, aber durch gute Bohrergebnisse kann der Kurs schnell Richtung ein 1 cad gehen und dann werde ich verkaufen.

    LABRADOR GOLD FURTHER CONFIRMS HIGH-GRADE GOLD TARGET AT KINGSWAY
    Labrador Gold Corp. has provided the latest high-grade assay results from samples collected near the area of visible gold at the Big Vein target, part of its 100-per-cent-controlled Kingsway project near Gander, Nfld. The Kingsway project is located within the highly prospective Gander gold district.
    Highlights

    • New rock chip assays including 184.68 grams per tonne Au, 65.9 g/t and 38.5 g/t Au confirm strong high-grade epizonal orogenic gold target at the Big Vein prospect.
    • Numerous over one g/t Au assays now define at least a 100 m strike length along the northeast-trending Big vein and associated splay structure.
    • Quartz vein now defined over a strike length of 400 m within a larger corridor of intermittently exposed quartz veining extending over 7.5 km strike northeast to southwest.

    METALLIC MINERALS ENGAGES INDEPENDENT TRADING GROUP AS MARKET MAKER AND APPLIES FOR UPLISTING TO THE OTCQB
    Subject to regulatory approval, Metallic Minerals Corp. has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group (ITG) to provide market-making services, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the TSX-V and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company's common shares.
    Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of CAD$6,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of three months and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. ITG and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and, at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Company.
    The Company further announces it has initiated the process for up listing its common shares to the US OTCQB Venture Market from the Pink Open Market. The OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group Inc. in New York, USA, is a premier market for entrepreneurial and development stage companies that are committed to providing high-quality trading and improved market visibility for U.S. investors to build liquidity and trading volumes. To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test, and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process.
    Greg Johnson, CEO and Chairman of Metallic Minerals, stated: "We believe that the up listing on the US OTCQB Venture Market along with engagement of ITG as a designated market maker will provide additional market visibility and liquidity for our shareholders and facilitate investment by long-term institutional investors and large investors in the USA and internationally. The Company's common shares will continue to trade under the symbol MMG on the TSX Venture in Canada and under MMNGF in the USA."
    The Company also announces that it has granted, effective today, an aggregate of 825,000 stock options (each, an "Option") to certain directors and officers of the Company in accordance with the Company's Long-Term Performance Incentive Plan stock option plan. Each Option is exercisable into one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Share") at a price of $0.60 per Share, being the closing price of the Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on January 11, 2021, for a period of five years from the date of grant. The Options are subject to certain vesting requirements in accordance with the Company's option plan.

    Das ist der Grund:


    Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.LN) bedauert, zwei Todesfälle in seiner Asacha Goldmine am 6. Januar 2021 zu melden. Erste Untersuchungen deuten darauf hin, dass sich ein Felssturz in der Ader 25 in der East Zone ereignet hat. Weitere drei Mitarbeiter, die in den Unfall verwickelt waren, konnten sicher aus der Mine geborgen werden.


    TSG hat sofort alle Bergbauarbeiten in der Ader 25 eingestellt und eine vollständige Untersuchung durch das Unternehmen und die lokalen Behörden hat begonnen. TSG hat die zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörden benachrichtigt und unterstützt diese in vollem Umfang bei den Ermittlungen.


    Der Bergbaubetrieb in der Hauptzone und der Verarbeitungseinheit wird fortgesetzt, während der Betrieb in der Ader 25 vorübergehend unterbrochen ist.


    Das Hauptaugenmerk des Unternehmens liegt derzeit darauf, den trauernden Familien und anderen Betroffenen seine volle Unterstützung zukommen zu lassen.


    Alexander Dorogov, Chief Executive Officer von TSG, kommentierte:

    Vielleicht hat er ja Bitcoins gekauft. Ist ja z.Zt. Ein wahrer Run darauf: 30000 $ überschritten. Es werden schon Ziele von 300.000 und gar 500.000 $ ausgegeben.
    Da müssen wir uns jetzt mal mit unseren Minen dranhalten - ist ja auch nur begrenztes Material.
