Intense liquidation of gold mining shares during the week of August 13, 2018 could, in our opinion, mark a trading bottom, if not the terminal point in the lengthy consolidation of the sector since the bottom of December 2015.
To support our view, we note:- Extreme bearish positioning of COMEX gold speculators;
- Extreme bullish positioning of US dollar long speculative positions
- Extreme bearishness in gold sentiment indicators;
- Extreme washout volume on downward spikes of GDX, the Van Eck gold mining share ETF; and
- Extreme improvement in broad macroeconomic and gold-specific microeconomic fundamentals.

Ich bin hier auch nur Zuschauer, aber man freut sich trotzdem über solche Erfolge.
Sieht man schließlich die Chancen, die es in diesem "ausgebombten Minenfeld" weiterhin gibt.
Und der Einstieg von McEwen ist ja auch sowas wie eine kleine Adelung (würde Walter E jetzt sagen).
Vor einigen Wochen lief es ähnlich mit Socoman Iron Corp (SIC.V).saludos

m.E. wird bei einigen potentiellen Übernahmekandidaten am Kurs geschraubt, damit der Raub möglichst günstig über die Bühne geht. Die Insider sitzen im Boot und warten ab.
Seine Position muss man überprüfen, bei größeren Insiderverkäufen von mehreren Personen.
Nicht, daß es hier ähnlich läuft wie erst neulich mit Beaufield Resources!

Rob McEwen steigt übrigens bei Great Bear Resources (GBR.V) ein.
The Company is pleased to announce that Rob McEwen has agreed to purchase $4.8 million of the Financing and that McEwen Mining Inc. has agreed to purchase $1.2 million of the Financing for a total of $6 million.
On completion of the Financing, Rob McEwen and McEwen Mining will collectively own 18.8% of Great Bear Resources on a partially diluted basis.

Aber egal, vielleicht hat der Walter ja nur eine karge Rente und wir wissen es nicht.Ich habe hier zwischenzeitlich nichts verkauft, das ist mir zu riskant, auch wenn mein Bestand
momentan unter Wasser ist. Die Ausschläge in beide Richtungen können hier extrem sein.saludos

Columbus Gold and IAMGOLD Enter into an Agreement on the Maripa Gold Project in French GuianaSUMMARY OF PRINCIPAL AGREEMENT TERMS
Two-stage option to earn up to a 70% interest in the Maripa Project:Initial option (the “First Option”) to acquire a 50% interest by incurring US$5M in expenditures within 5 years of the effective date of the Agreement, with Columbus acting as Operator:
- Firm spending commitment of US$200,000 by December 31, 2018;
- US$1.5M firm cumulative spending commitment by 2nd anniversary of the Effective Date;
- US$2.75M cumulative spending by 3rd anniversary of the Effective Date;
- US$4M cumulative spending by 4th anniversary of the Effective Date;
- US$5M cumulative spending and the completion of an internal scoping study by the 5th anniversary of the Effective Date.
Election to acquire an additional 20% interest:
- Following exercise of the First Option, the parties may form a 50/50 joint-venture (JV), or if IAMGOLD elects not to participate in the 50/50 JV, then Columbus may provide notice to IAMGOLD that it will aim to earn an additional 20% interest by completing a Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) in an additional 3 years;
- A 70:30 JV will be formed upon completion of a PFS by Columbus.
If any party’s interest in a JV falls below 10% it will convert to a 2% NSR, of which 1% can be purchased by

am Markt entsorgen. ← Das wär dann der Oberhammer, wenn in der Nähe des Tiefpunktes der Aktie eine Übernahme stattfindet.
Ich denke, Klondex wäre hier ein gutes Beispiel.
