Completion of Regional Mapping Program Leads to New Targets in the Mesquite-Imperial-Picacho District

Vancouver, BC March 8, 2022 - KORE Mining Ltd. (TSXV: KORE | OTCQX: KOREF) (“KORE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of data analysis for the 100+ person-day regional mapping campaign at the Imperial Gold project (“Imperial”), leading to the discovery of three new exploration drill targets (Figure 1). This brings a total of nine highly prospective drill targets identified in the Mesquite-Imperial-Picacho District (“District”); a District that captures 28 kilometers (“km”) of strike from Equinox Gold’s (TSX: EQX) operating Mesquite gold mine (“Mesquite”) to the historic Picacho gold mine (“Picacho”). Various additional stream sediment and rock chip assays and analyses are pending. The mapping program focused on establishing vectoring strategies through the Bear Canyon conglomerate, a late alluvial unit which covers most of the property.

New Discovery Highlights:

• Discovers three new target areas: Smoketree, Ironwood, and Wolverines
• Expanded Acacia target to over 1.5 km of mineralized strike with new outcrop areas
  
  
  • Highlights from surface sampling include 1.0 g/t and 0.6 g/t gold
• Expanded the existing Powerline target to over 2 km mineralized length
• Collected 123 soil and rock samples while mapping previously undiscovered mineralized outcrop between the Imperial deposit and the Mesquite mine – assays pending
• Commissioned follow-up man-portable drill program for Q2 2022

Mapping Program Highlights:

• Established new vectoring strategy for detecting gold mineralization in areas with little or no surface outcrop exposure
  
  
  • Gold mineralization detected in numerous distinct Tertiary Bear Canyon conglomerates
• Incorporated 130,000+ acres of lithologic mapping and data into regional geologic model
• Integrated regional structural model encompassing an area over 2,300,000 acres
• Established regional hand sample library to standardize regional mapping and allow high confidence identification of rock units

When I look at Matador and their projects, with the market capitalisation of just under $A64M, I can't help but think that it is not valued appropriately. They already have a 2g/t resource of 840K ounces and a project that is striking 120km. There is a great disconnect in that picture, in my opinion."

Infill drilling highlights grade continuity and opportunities for further Mineral Resource growth at Window Glass Hill

Matador Mining Limited (ASX: MZZ; OTCQX: MZZMF; FSE: MA3) (“Matador” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce infill assay resultsfrom diamond drilling completed in late 2021 forthe Window Glass Hill (“WGH”)resource at the Cape Ray Gold Project (the “Project”) Newfoundland, Canada.

Highlights:

• Mineral Resource infill drilling at WGH has confirmed grade continuity, substantiating the robustness of the resource model

• Gold mineralisation remains open and untested in multiple directions at the south-west extremity of the 232,000 ounce WGH Mineral Resource, highlighting further opportunities for growth

• Holes drilled at the periphery of the resource returned better than expected mineralised intercepts, highlighting the potential for further lateral growth of the WGH Mineral Resource

• CRD265: 1 metre at 3.9 g/t Au from 24 metres and 2 metres at 5.7 g/t Au from 46 metres

• CRD315: 17 metres at 0.9 g/t Au from 7 metres and 5 metres at 1.1 g/t Au from 100 metres

• CRD293: 2 metres at 4.0 g/t Au from 126 metres

• CRD269: 6 metres at 1.5 g/t Au from 56 metres

• Winter drilling is progressing well at PW-East, currently focused on testing the newly identified threekilometre north-eastern extension of the Window Glass Hill Granite (“WGHG”) immediately north of, and parallel to, the 526,000 oz Central Zone Mineral Resources

• Assays from 25 diamond holes from the 2021 program are expected in coming week

Our Exploration Manager Warren Potma talks here with Bill Powers on the huge upside at Window Glass Hill Granite saying that success in 2022 would be "significant growth in the WGHG-hosted resources".

Executive Chair Ian Murray also told Bill: “The opportunity presented by the large WGHG system to support significant mineral resource growth within a stone’s-throw of the proposed processing facility at Central Zone is extremely exciting. To find that the WGHG extends a further three kilometres to the north-east, immediately adjacent to the existing 519Koz Au Central Zone Mineral Resource, in an area almost completely devoid of previous drilling, represents a great opportunity for Matador to test through 2022."

Ian continued: "Matador will dedicate at least one diamond drill rig throughout the 2022 summer drilling season aiming to grow the WGHG-hosted resources footprint and continue to make new discoveries across the 85% of WGHG area and granite contact zones that are still to be effectively drill tested. • FG-21-401 confirms the continuity of Corridor 1 gold mineralization for 50 m along strike and remains open at depth:

  • 6.5 m of 9.55 g/t gold, and
  • 1.6 m of 27.1 g/t gold
• Confirmed orientation of vein corridors hosting high-grade gold mineralization identified in the 2020 drill program (see news release dated June 16, 2021, titled “Karus Gold identifies multiple gold vein corridors at FG Gold”);
• Demonstrates continuity of gold mineralization within vein corridors through 25 m spaced drill holes along trend;
• Opens the potential for stacked vein corridors with several zones of increased veining outside of the targeted corridors; and
• Project remains underexplored along a >20-km trend, providing many opportunities to expand the footprint of gold mineralization and for new discoveries on-strike and downdip.
