Vox Acquires Producing & Pre-Production Gold Royalties in Western Australia

    https://www.newswire.ca/news-r…-australia-886141249.html

Vox Royalty Corp. (TSXV: VOX) ("Vox" or the "Company"), a high growth precious metals focused royalty company, is pleased to announce that it has executed a binding agreement with Horizon Minerals Limited ("Horizon") to acquire two advanced Western Australian gold royalties for total consideration of A$7,000,000. Vox will pay upfront cash of A$4,000,000. Contingent upon Vox receiving cumulative royalty payments in excess of A$750,000 from the Janet Ivy Mine, a milestone payment of A$3,000,000 is payable, in cash or Vox shares, at the Company's sole discretion (the "Transaction"). Any issuance of Vox shares in connection with the milestone payment will require the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

    Transaction Highlights

    • Provides exposure to the production stage Janet Ivy Mine with significant near-term expansion potential post construction of the 15Mtpa heap leach project at Binduli (with first production scheduled for March 2022).
    • Strong additional near-term cashflow potential from Otto Bore, which has been earmarked by former operator Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited ("Saracen") to provide additional ore feed to Northern Star's Thunderbox Mill, located 8km to the south of Otto Bore and currently being expanded from 2.5Mtpa to 3.5Mtpa production capacity.
    • Increases Vox's exposure to established Western Australian-based operating partners in Northern Star and Norton, each of which operate multiple gold mines and the Thunderbox and Paddington mills, respectively.
    • Further strengthens Vox's first-mover position as the second largest publicly traded holder of royalty interests in Australia with an expanded total of 33 Australian royalties; 80% of Vox's royalty and streaming assets are located in "Tier 1" mining jurisdictions with low geopolitical risk (Australia, Canada and USA).

Thor Explorations Announces Updated Mineral Resource And Mineral Reserve Estimates For The Segilola Gold Project And Improved Life Of Mine Plan
    https://www.thorexpl.com/news/…old-project-and-improved/
Thor Explorations Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: THX) (“Thor Explorations” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce materially positive results for the updated Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Estimate and improved Life Of Mine (“LOM”) plan for its Segilola Gold Project in Nigeria which is scheduled to commence production in June 2021.
    Highlights

    • Total Probable Reserve of 517,800 ounces at 4.02 grams per tonne (“g/t”) representing a 28% increase over the March 2019 Segilola Definitive Feasibility Study (“DFS”)
    • Segilola process plant design capacity increased to 715,000 tonnes per annum (“tpa”) representing a 14% increase to the DFS design
    • LOM plan has been optimised to support increased process plant production rate
    • LOM All-in sustaining cost (“AISC”) of $685/oz

    • Project Net Present Value (“NPV”) of $311m at a 5% discount rate and Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”) of 85%

Segun Lawson, President & CEO, stated: “We are pleased with the 28% reserve increase at Segilola which has had a materially positive effect on the project economics. It been achieved through further upgrade drilling of Inferred Resource, an increase in the design pit at a similar waste / ore ratio to the DFS and at the fixed unit rate mining costs agreed with our mining contractor. This combined with other optimisations including a 14% increase in process plant design capacity has resulted in a significant increase in project value for our shareholders at a competitive forecast all-in sustaining cost of $685/oz.”
“The Segilola project remains on schedule to pour first gold in June 2021. The increased production capacity and mine plan are being implemented within the Company’s existing project funding.”

Bin hier investiert.

Do your own research" erfolgen.

Elemental Royalties Announces Appointment of South32 Chief Development Officer as Director and Provides Asset Update

Elemental's CEO, Frederick Bell, said: "We welcome Simon to the Elemental Board after our recent acquisition of three West Australian gold royalties from South32. His business acumen and business development background in the mining industry complement our existing Board skillset and we look forward to Simon's contribution as Elemental continues to grow it portfolio of producing gold royalties."
"Meanwhile the Stage-1 PFS at Laverton confirms our expectation of the potential for the early development of higher-grade open pit, oxide deposits in the Royalty Area near to the Barnicoat Mill. We have already seen encouraging recent drilling results at Beasley Creek and Beasley Creek South, not all of which have been included in the announced mine plan and expect Focus' ongoing assessments will continue to translate to further Resource and Reserve growth on Elemental's royalty areas, underpinning a production decision at Laverton."
"Endeavour's production guidance for 2021 at Wahgnion is ahead of our expectations and the potential for ongoing Reserve and Resource growth from a substantial drilling program is very encouraging."

    • Regardless of how the situation at the mines will be resolved, the market may experience a price shock.

Abitibi Royalties Inc. (RZZ-TSX-V, ATBYF-OTC-Nasdaq): Streaming and Royalty Company Owns Royalties at the Canadian Malartic Mine, near Val-d’Or, Québec; Ian Ball is President and CEO

    [Blockierte Grafik: http://metalsnews.com/catalog/items/1347771/004.jpg]
Ian Ball: As we last reported in our news release, about four to six weeks ago, our cash and securities totaled approximately $64 million. We are debt free. We do generate cash through multiple means. One is through our royalty on the open-pit portion at Canadian Malartic. Second is through investment income that we have in various holdings and third, through the Project Generator Division that has already become profitable. We are generating cash each and every day. In terms of the share structure, there are just under 12.5 million shares outstanding. There's never been a rollback in the Company. That share account is going down, because there are no stock options, no warrants, no restricted share units. And the buyback is designed to reduce that share account, so all of our owners can increase their respective ownership in the Company.
