We currently have five assets, four of which we created. Out of these five assets, one is a gold stream and the other four are royalties. Our portfolio, as it stands now, has an 83% weight in precious metals, a 99% weight in tier-one jurisdictions, which would be Canada, US, and Australia, and a 99% weight in producing and near-producing operations. Our primary asset is a gold stream on Arizona Gold’s Copperstone restart project, this is a US$18 million streaming agreement that we created and announced last November. The investment checked off many boxes for us. Copperstone is located in mining-friendly Arizona. It’s fully permitted, in fact it was a historic operation, having produced a half million ounces, so there’s significant infrastructure already on site. Arizona Gold is a Team of experienced underground mine developers and the timeline to production at Copperstone is short, with a restart expected by the end of this year. We spent over 1,000 hours of due diligence, with our technical consultants, who went to site and reviewed the reserve and resource estimations, mining methods, metallurgy, operating and capital costs. With that work, we’d expect this stream to cash flow to us for at least eight years, but above that, Copperstone has significant further high-grade exploration and expansion upside, so this could be very successful. Seit einem Jahr gebraucht die Regierung immer wieder dieselben Phrasen und Durchhalteparolen – so wie alle paar Wochen, jeweils am Ende eines „Zyklus der nachlassender Aufmerksamkeitsspanne“ der Bevölkerung, die die exakt identischen Drohungen von Epidemiologen und Untergangspropheten wiederholt, lustvoll zitiert und verbreitet – einfach wieder nur wortgleich für die nächsten paar Wochen in die Zukunft projiziert. Dieser Murmeltier-Effekt des chronifizierten Schwachsinns erfordert allerdings ständig neue akute Bedrohungsszenarien über Mutanten und Wellen, die von passenden wissenschaftlichen Studien geliefert werden.

High Priority Gold Exploration Targets Defined in Egypt

• Systematic remote sensing undertaken across four Projects totalling 1,565 km² in Egypt

Greensill: Bankenpleite wird auch Anlagen von NDR, SWR und SR verbrennen
Der britisch-australische Forderungsfinanzierer Greensill Capital ist insolvent. Und somit auch dessen Banktochter in Bremen. Nicht nur die Stadt Gießen, die dort 10 Millionen Euro angelegt hat, könnte dadurch on eine finanzielle Schieflage geraten. Auch von vielen Bürgern ohnehin nur unwillig gezahlte Rundfunkgebühren dürften verbrennen. Denn NDR, SWR und SR haben Anlagen in bisher nicht veröffentlichter Höhe getätigt.
Rundfunkgebühren garantieren keine standesgemäßen Gehälter
Die Bürger zahlen einfach zu wenig Rundfunkgebühren. Von den mageren Einkünften lassen sich weder standesgemäße Gehälter verhandeln noch ein ausgewogenes Programm produzieren. Deshalb muss das Geld anderweitig vermehrt werden. Auf normale Bankkonten gibt es ja heute ebenso wie auf Sparbücher kaum noch Zinsen. Also müssen lukrativere Anlageformen gefunden werden: Aktienpools, Staatsanleihen, Rentenpapiere.

Ob die gesetzliche Einlagensicherung von 100.000 Euro den Verlust decken kann? Ansonsten muss eben der Steuerzahler über Nothilfen des Bundes die Finanzierungslücke schließen, denn bekanntlich sind Banken prinzipiell systemrelevant. Ansonsten werden mehrere Kommunen hohe Millionenbeträge verlieren. Und eben auch Landesrundfunkanstalten der ARD. Denn im Bestreben, aus den Rundfunkgebühren mehr zu machen als den Hungerlohnbeitrag, der staatlich festgeschrieben ist, streuen nahezu alle Anstalten auf zahlreichen Konten bei Bankinstituten im In- und Ausland Anlagen.Doch wer weiß: Vielleicht handelt es sich bei den Greensill-Anlagen auch um Einnahmen aus Werbung und nicht um den Beitrag der Bürger, der zur Beschimpfung aller Konservativen, echt Liberalen, Bürgerlichen und Patrioten eingesetzt wird. Das ist auch ganz egal. Hauptsache ist, dass NDR, SWR und SR bekommen ihr Geld zurück. Die Kleinanleger sollen sich mal hinten anstellen. Und sollte wirklich nix mehr da sein, muss halt der Steuerzahler die Spekulationsgier des ÖRR finanzieren. Denn schließlich ist auch die ARD systemrelevant, oder?
