Nustar Pre-Drilling Geophysics At Seal River
    ======

Launch of Pre-Drilling Geophysics at Seal River Metal and Diamond
    Properties
    Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 03, 2005 /FSC/ -
    Nustar Resources Inc.
(NTR - TSX Venture), and the directors of Candor Ventures Corp.
    ================
(TSX-V: CND - "Candor") are pleased to announce that Nustar has
retained Aeroquest Limited of Milton, Ontario to carry out a 2,272
    line-km heli-borne Time Domain Electro-Magnetic (TDEM) geophysics
survey over Nustar's claims in the Seal River Project Area, northern
Manitoba. Work is now underway. As previously announced, subject to
shareholder and final regulatory approval, Nustar and Candor will
merge in the near future to create Canstar Resources Inc.
Operating from the aboriginal community of Tadoule Lake, the survey
is utilizing Aeroquest's proprietary AeroTEM II (electro-magnetic and
magnetic) system. It is being flown on a 100 metre line spacing at a
nominal 30 metres height. Data acquisition is expected to conclude,
weather allowing, within two weeks. The principal objective of the
Aeroquest work will be to recover and precisely define the known
Fugro MegaTEM II (electro-magnetic and magnetic) anomalies previously
identified and staked by Nustar partner BHP Billiton. A secondary
objective will be to provide in-fill geophysics coverage over the
claim groups to possibly pick up additional targets of interest that
may have been missed by the earlier widely spaced MegaTEM II survey.
A minimum of five base metal and one kimberlite target (#SR02)
estimated to be at least 400 metres in diameter, will be drilled in
    April this year.
Newly encompassed by a massive 20,000 square kilometre staking
campaign carried out by diamond mining giant De Beers in December,
Nustar's Seal River properties represent an opportunity to explore
virgin terrain for large tonnage Broken Hill-type zinc-silver-lead
(+/- copper) deposits and diamondiferous kimberlite, in partnership
with the world's largest diversified resource company, BHP Billiton.
The Seal River Project Area is known to host at least fifteen base
metal targets and more than twenty anomalies interpreted to be
possible kimberlites, including the large SR02 target.
Mr. Paul Chamois, P.Geo, has reviewed and approved the technical
    information in this release.

    Right or wrong folgendes gemacht:

    -Dominion aufgestockt

    -Batavia aufgestockt

    -ganz kleine Anfangsposition Silly Sally

kein arroganter Dummschwätzer vom Schlage Superminister Clement.

Kebble liefert.

    "fundamentalen" Ideen nochmal Geld kreiert.

    Ich meine nicht Clement.

    gruss

    @GO

    @GO

    Ohne Drache kein Siegfried.

    @GO,

    fein daß Du hier reinschaust.

    Letztes Jahr kamen maßvolle Rückschläge,

    3. DRD bleibt cool, weil man soviele werthaltige Assets (vor allem Reserven u. Resourcen) hat, daß
    man es sich leisten kann.

4.KE: Wird vielleicht eine Überkreuzbeteiligung. Z. B. DRD
erhöht Kapital und legt junge Aflease ein. Aflease erhöht
Kapital und legt junge DRD ein.

    5. Kebble spielt eine große Rolle. An seinen Taten werden
    wir sein Wirken erkennen.

Artikel ist nicht so wichtig. Aber der Vollständigkeit halber:

    MINING WEEKLY vom 01.03.2005

DRDGold officially starts North West restructuring
    =======================================

South African gold producer DRDGold has taken the first steps towards launching a restructuring process at its loss-making North West Operations (NWO), a spokesperson for the company said yesterday.

James Duncan told Mining Weekly Online that management last Friday briefed employee representatives at the NWO, asking for feedback from workers.

“You could say that this was an information sharing meeting between management and labour,” Duncan said, adding that another meeting will be held today.

The company last week indicated that it had no choice but to restructure the NWO, after the operations' poor performance necessitated a full impairment of the assets amounting to R214-million. The three mines that make up these operations recorded a $13-million loss during the second half of last year, DRDGold said last week.

While it is understood that the restructuring of the operations, which already saw the completion of a similar process last year, would mean that DRDGold intends to shed jobs at NWO, Duncan said it was too early to comment on this.

“It is too early to say whether this process will result in job cuts or what the outcome of the consultations will be,” Duncan commented, adding that the company has not yet filed a Section 189 notice and it is unclear whether it would do so.

In terms of the South African Labour Relation Act, a company is obliged to file a Section 189 notice if it is to embark on a process that could have a significant effect on its workforce.

Duncan denied that the company is considering retrenchments at this stage. Some 5 600 miners are currently employed at the NWO.

However, reporting DRDGold's financial results for the six months to December 31, CEO Mark Wellesley-Wood said last week that there would be less production at the NWO following the restructuring, fewer shafts and fewer workers, adding that the estimated cost of the process could range between R30-million and R100-million.

During the second half of last year, the operations were severely affected by the strong rand and the weak rand gold price, where cash costs of R94 505/kg were substantially higher than the R83 941/kg rand gold price received during the period. Further alluding to possible job cuts, Wellesley-Wood pointed out that labour makes up 58% of total costs at the NWO.

DRDGold spent R200-million on the NWO during the last 18 months – with R100-million to fund losses, R50-million on capital development and R50-million on retrenchments during the last restructuring process.

The last restructuring programme, aimed at stopping losses at operations, was concluded in November and resulted in the loss of 3 000 jobs. DRDGold expected to drive down wage costs to 44% of total working costs, and anticipated reducing cash costs to R75 000/k, but a persistently strong rand and weak rand gold price rendered this process ineffectual.

    Schwer einzuschätzen, diese SINO GOLD:

Eine gute Geschichte allemal. Substanz weiß man nicht.

    Eine Moped hab´ich trotzdem drin.

    Sino Gold anticipates Jinfeng production
    ================================
    Dorothy Kosich
    '01-MAR-05 03:00'

RENO--(Mineweb.com) Despite an A$20.86 million loss for 2004, Sino Gold CEO Jake Klein said Monday that the company intends to seek a North American stock exchange listing by the end of this year.

In a presentation to the BMO Nesbitt Burns Conference in Tampa, Florida, he said he was mystified as to why more foreign exploration dollars are not being spent in China.

Aussie company Sino Gold is already the first and only foreign operator of a gold mine in China, according to Klein. Sino operates the Jianchaling mine in the Shaanxi Province. For the calendar year 2004, production was 42,937 ounces with cash operating costs of $234/oz. However, 2004 results included a A$10.9 million write-down of Jianchaling.

Thanks to the approval of the development permit to begin construction of the Jinfeng Project, site work has already begun on the first phase of what will be China's second largest gold mine. Klein said that Phase One is expected to yield 180,000 ounces of gold annually at an operating cost of US$183/oz at a capital cost of $70 million. Targeted gold production is anticipated in mid-2006, he added.

A scoping study has been completed by Ausenco for Phase II of Jinfeng, which is expected to add an additional 300,000 ounces of gold production annually, according to Klein. Jifeng has reserves of 2.1 million ounces as of December 31, 2004. Sino asserts that is the largest known Carlin-type deposit in China. The second phase would involve both open pit and and underground mining.

The company's major shareholders include would-be Noranda bidder MinMetals, Westpac Custodian, ANZ Nominees, Gold Fields, Citicorp Nominees, and Standard Bank London. Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG and Standard Bank of London provided a seven-year $40 million financing facility for Jinfeng.

Klein expressed his dismay that "the amount of exploration dollars going into China at the moment is minimal." After a decade of operating in the country, Klein said he believes Sino is "extremely well positioned to be one of the four-to-five large-scale producers in China. He predicted that safety and environmental issues will drive further consolidation of China's gold mining sector.

    Patrone,

    Keine Ahnung was GMX ist.

    In PEM kräftig investiert.
