    Orko Silver Announces $10.0 Million Bought Deal Private Placement

    Orko Silver Corp.
    (TSX VENTURE:OK) announces that it has entered into an agreement with a
    syndicate of underwriters co-led by GMP Securities L.P. and BMO Capital
    Markets Inc., and including Haywood Securities Inc. and Macquarie
    Capital Markets Canada Ltd. (collectively, the "Underwriters"),
    pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on an
    underwritten private placement basis, 6,100,000 common shares of Orko (the "Shares") at a price of $1.65 per Share (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,065,000.



    Orko has agreed to
    grant the Underwriters an option to sell up to an additional 1,220,000
    Shares at the Issue Price for additional gross proceeds to Orko of up to $2,013,000.



    The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for the continuing exploration program on Orko's Mexican mining properties and for general corporate purposes including working capital.



    The private placement is expected to close on or about or June 12, 2008.



    All securities issued under the private placement are subject to a
    hold period expiring four months and one day from the closing date. The
    private placement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture
    Exchange.

    Schön das du dich hier wieder einmal gemeldet hast.


    Auch ich halte meine OK schon länger und hab noch zwischen 0,92 und 0,98 Euro zugekauft.


    Ich glaube da geht noch eine ganze Menge bei OK.


    Hier einmal eine Überlegung von mir.


    OK schafft bis 31.12.08 150 Mill. Unzen Silber. Dann evtl. eine Übernahme zu 3 USD/Unze = 450 Mill. USD / 115 Mill. Aktien = 3,90 USD / 1,60 = 2,40 Euro. Das würde von heute aus ca. 100% Chance bis Ende des Jahres. ( Vor einigen Wochen wurde für eine Übernahme 4 USD/Unze bezahlt ).

    Hier etwas aus dem neuen Rohstoffspiegel:


    Wie Sie wissen, gehört Orko Silver (WKN: A0J KUL) zu unseren absoluten
    Favoriten bei den Silberexplorern.
    Die Kursentwicklung spricht hier auch Bände. Wir erfuhren,
    dass noch vor Ende März 2008 die nächste Ressourcenschätzung folgen
    wird und wir erwarten mehr als 100 Mio. Unzen Silberäquivalent.
    Anschließend sollen alle 3 Monate neue Schätzungen veröffentlicht
    werden. Bis Herbst könnten dann 150 Mio. Unzen in Reichweite
    kommen, was nach unserer letzten Analyse bei 4 USD je Unze Silber
    im Boden einen Übernahmepreis von gut 5 CAD rechtfertigt. Kürzlich
    wurde ein neuer großer Abschnitt in der Martha-Ader getroffen,
    39,66 m wahre Breite mit 257,5 g/t Silberäquivalent. Ein phantastischer
    Wert für diese Kernlänge. Die Bohrungen auf La Preciosa laufen
    wieder und Großunternehmen der Branche geben sich weiter die
    Klinke in die Hand. Wann es zu einer Übernahme kommt, kann niemand
    sagen. Dass es noch dieses Jahr passiert, ist aber sehr wahrscheinlich.
    Bleiben Sie hier auf jeden Fall investiert!

    Hier einmal meine Meinung zum Thema kann man OK noch kaufen.


    OK wird Ende März neue BE bekannt geben.


    Meiner Meinung nach wird OK auf 100 Mill. Unzen erhöhen können.


    Nun zur Bewertung:


    Pro Unze Silber rechne ich konservativ mit 3,50 US$
    ( vor kurzem gabe es eine Übernahme zu über 4 US$ )


    Also 100 Mill. Unzen x 3,50 US$ = 350 Mill. / 115 Mill. Aktien = 3 US$ pro Aktie


    3 US$ / 1,52 = ca. 1,95 Euro


    Aktuell bei ca. 1,35 Euro


    40% Chance auf 4-6 Wochen


    Also ich hab OK und ich werde weiter dabei bleiben.

    Orko Silver Hits Massive Intercept on Martha Vein

    VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 27, 2008) - Orko Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE:OK) is pleased to announce that it has received further assay results from its on-going diamond drilling program at La Preciosa Project in Durango, Mexico.


    A deepening of hole BP06-75 was performed in late 2007, from 250 metres to a new depth of 521 metres, and the extended hole name was changed to BP06-75ext. The Martha Vein was intersected at a depth of 351.22 to 393.42 metres for a true width of 39.66 metres grading gold 0.370 g/t and silver 235.2 g/t, for a silver-equivalent of 257.5 g/t.


    Hole BP06-75ext is located southeast of and adjacent to the area reported in the 43-101 compliant Resource Estimate (news release 01 October 2007) for the Martha Vein, thus will be included in the next resource estimate.


    Gary Cope, President of Orko, adds, "The massive intercept announced in the extension of Hole 75 is certainly amongst the best to date at La Preciosa. Also of particular interest is an unnamed intercept in Hole 147 over 3.82 metres true width grading 643.3 g/t silver-equivalent encountered approximately 140 metres below the Martha Vein. As this could be the discovery of a new vein, future drilling will be designed to further test this new development. The Company anticipates releasing its next 43-101 compliant resource estimate before the end of March 2008."

    Zeig mir zwei Minenwerte die sich die letzten Wochen mehr als 25% nach oben bewegt haben. Das einzige Problem im momnet ist das sich keiner traut solche Werte zu kaufen. Das hat nichts mit den einzelnen Werten zu tun.

    Du hast nicht viel Ahnung oder???


    Wo siehst du einen kontinuierlichen Abstieg???


    Im August 08 bei 0,50 Euro Hoch im November bei 1,55 Euro und jetzt bei 1,05 Euro das sind seit August 08 100% Gewinn.


    Und die neue Bohrergebnisse stehen auch an und da werde sie meiner Ansicht nach 100 Mio. Unzen Silber melden und der Kurs wird sich wieder Richtung alte Höchststände bewegen ( sover der Gesamtmarkt nicht extrem fällt ).


    OK ist meine größte Position.
