Mal sehen was dann passiert...

Matsa Resources (ASX: MAT) has confirmed a 1.6 kilometre long nickel-copper soil anomaly at its Symons Hill Project in the Fraser Range region of Western Australia through infill sampling.

The company has now received 417 additional soil sample assays for Symons Hill which strongly support the potential for nickel-copper mineralisation.

To date 664 samples have been assayed, covering about 80% of the project.

The infill sampling has now clearly identified a nickel anomaly up to 67 parts per million with coincident elevated copper values up to 50 parts per million copper located over a 1.6 kilometre zone on the eastern margin of the interpreted mafic intrusive.

Und dass wird heute mit 30% belohnt! :)

Nächste Woche wird sehr spannend, da Sirius Conductor4 Results veröffentlichen will (siehe News SIR heute)

    NOVA DRILLING UPDATE
Sirius Resources NL (ASX:SIR) (“Sirius” or the “Company”) advises that
drilling continues to expand its Nova nickel-copper deposit.
A second hole drilled on the northernmost (800N) line, SFRD0065, has intersected sulphide mineralisation as follows:
    ï‚· 13 metres of mainly massive sulphides from 406.2 metres, and;
ï‚· 3.8 metres of stringer sulphides from 421.6 metres.
This hole is approximately 40 metres up dip from SFRD0059, the first hole drilled on this line, and as Figure 1 shows it extends the known sulphide mineralisation to over 500 metres down plunge (in a southwest to northeast direction) along the axis of the electromagnetic (EM) conductor.
Drilling to date has only tested the southern 500 metres of the 1,200 metre long Nova EM anomaly.
At conductor 4 (Nova West), the target depth has not yet been reached due to slow progress with reverse circulation (RC) drilling. RC drilling is continuing.
Diamond drilling is ongoing at Nova, with rigs on the 650N, 700N and 800N lines. Induced polarisation (IP) geophysical surveying is continuing over the entirety of the Eye and regional exploration over other targets is underway.

    Mr. Gregory Hahn reports

CANAMEX INTERSECTS 172 FEET (52.4 METERS) AVERAGING 0.064 OPT (2.21
GPT) AU IN CORE HOLE B-1207C AT BRUNER GOLD PROJECT, NYE COUNTY,
    NEVADA

Canamex Resources Corp. has released assay results from core hole
B-1207C drilled in late August. The hole intersected two zones of
gold mineralization: an upper zone of 52 feet at 188-240 feet
grading 0.060 opt (15.85 meters of 2.07 gpt) Au, and a lower zone
of 120 feet at 564-684 feet grading 0.066 opt (36.58 meters of 2.27
gpt) Au. The upper interval included a 4-ft. intercept grading
0.537 opt (18.4 gpt) Au and the lower zone included a 4-ft.
interval grading 0.983 opt (33.7 gpt) Au.

Interpretation of these intercepts along with previous drill
results on the same section suggests these two layers are
relatively flat-lying, being 30-50 feet and 100-150 feet true
thickness respectively, and they may merge and come together on the
section to the south that contains the intercept in discovery drill
hole B-1201 announced July 18, 2012. The new section showing the
intercept in core hole B-1207C and the interpreted gold zones has
been posted to the Company's website at http://www.canamex.us. A reverse
circulation drill rig is currently on site and drilling a hole 100
feet below the intercept in hole B- 1201 at -60 degrees to test
continuity of that intercept with depth. A second hole will be
drilled on that section at -75 degrees inclination to further test
continuity of the higher grade intercept, and then -60 and -75
degree inclination holes will be drilled beneath hole B-1207C to
test continuity of the intercepts reported herein.

Matsa Resources’ Symons Hill shows potential for nickel sulphide
    mineralisation

Tuesday, September 18, 2012 by Angela Kean

Matsa Resources (ASX: MAT) has completed first pass soil sampling
on 40% of its Symons Hill Project, with elevated copper, nickel,
chromium and cobalt assays indicating a possible mafic
    intrusive.

The 96 square kilometre Symons Hill Project is located just 2
kilometres from Sirius Resources’ (ASX: SIR) new Nova deposit in
Fraser Range, Western Australia that delivered a discovery
intercept of 4 metres at 3.8% nickel and 1.42% copper.

The Symons Hill tenement is bisected by a south-southwest trending
fault, known as the Symons Hill Fault, which can be seen on
aeromagnetic images to continue towards the Nova discovery

Widely spaced, reconnaissance scale soil samples at intervals of
400 metres were recently completed at the project.

A number of elevated coincident values for copper, nickel, chromium
and cobalt define a topographic depression 3 kilometres by 2
kilometres in extent, which is located within the interpreted
Symons Hill Fault corridor about 10 kilometres south of Sirius’
    Nova discovery.

The results and their topographic expression are believed to be
indicative of a concealed mafic intrusive body at shallow
    depth.

This interpretation supports Matsa’s view that the Symons Hill
Fault corridor is important in controlling the emplacement of mafic
intrusions which have the potential for associated nickel sulphide
    mineralisation.

Matsa is continuing its first pass soil sampling program to cover
the remaining 60% of the tenement, and will also undertake a
program of infill soil sampling and geological mapping within the
    newly interpreted mafic intrusive.

The company plans to carry out electromagnetic surveying once soil
sample results have been received and interpreted.

The application for the granting of the Symons Hill tenement is
progressing and Matsa does not expect the application approval
process to delay any proposed drilling programs.
