    @edel,
    ich halte VIT höchstens für lauwarm.
    Wiederhole mich gerne, es war die Bohrungen mit den höchsten Gehalten im Corteztrend.
    Mich stört da nur dass Kinross über Bema 30% hält.
    Als Investierter (bin es nicht) würd ich mir noch mal die Cortez Karte vorknöpfen und das Victoria Gebiet mit dem Fund vom januar lokalisieren.

    Weiß nicht, ob schon im US Gold Thread.

    U.S. GOLD CORPORATION
    2201 Kipling Street, Suite 100
    Lakewood, Colorado 80215-1545
    February 9, 2007

    Dear U.S. Gold Shareholder,

    You are cordially invited to attend a special meeting of shareholders of U.S. Gold Corporation, which we refer to as U.S. Gold, to be held at the Warwick Hotel, 1776 Grant Street, Denver, Colorado 80203 at 2:00 p.m., local time, on March 15, 2007.

    At the special meeting, U.S. Gold shareholders will be asked to vote on matters necessary to enable U.S. Gold to acquire three Canadian gold exploration companies, which we refer to collectively as the Target Companies. The Target Companies are White Knight Resources Ltd., which we refer to as White Knight, Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd., which we refer to as Nevada Pacific, and Tone Resources Limited, which we refer to as Tone Resources. We refer to the contemplated acquisitions as the Proposed Acquisitions. Your board of directors believes that the Target Companies are desirable because each of them is exploring in the Cortez Trend in Nevada and owns and operates exploration properties that are adjacent to or near U.S. Gold’s Tonkin Springs property and because the acquisition of any or all of them would result in U.S. Gold having a larger position within the Cortez Trend. In addition, your board of directors believes that combining U.S. Gold’s resources with one or more of the Target Companies would result in a larger exploration program, a stronger combined cash position, reduced costs, an increased marked capitalization enhancing trading liquidity, better market focus and additional technical expertise. The accompanying proxy statement and the documents and information incorporated by reference in the proxy statement contain detailed information and other important information concerning the Proposed Acquisitions.

    The Proposed Acquisitions would be undertaken pursuant to three separate offers to purchase all outstanding common shares of each of the Target Companies, in exchange for exchangeable shares of our wholly-owned subsidiary, US Gold Canadian Acquisition Corporation, which we refer to as Canadian Exchange Co., at the following exchange ratios:

    • 0.23 of an exchangeable share of Canadian Exchange Co. for each outstanding common share of Nevada Pacific;

    • 0.26 of an exchangeable share of Canadian Exchange Co. for each outstanding common share of Tone Resources; and

    • 0.35 of an exchangeable share of Canadian Exchange Co. for each outstanding common share of White Knight.

    We are effecting the offers to purchase by offering exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co. instead of shares of U.S. Gold because such exchangeable shares may provide a more favorable tax treatment to the Target Company shareholders. The exchangeable shares issued by Canadian Exchange Co. in the Proposed Acquisitions would be exchangeable on a one-for-one basis for shares of U.S. Gold common stock at any time at the option of the holder. We will implement a structure that will give holders of Canadian Exchange Co. the same voting and economic rights as holders of U.S. Gold common stock.

    At the special meeting, U.S. Gold shareholders will be asked to:

    Proposal 1 — approve an amendment to U.S. Gold’s Articles of Incorporation that removes provisions related to corporate opportunities to allow your board of directors to adopt and maintain an updated corporate opportunity policy;

    Table of Contents

    Proposal 2 — approve amendments to U.S. Gold’s Articles of Incorporation that update the Articles of Incorporation by replacing vague and outdated references to statutory provisions with references to current statutory provisions;

    Proposal 3 — approve an amendment to U.S. Gold’s Articles of Incorporation that creates a new class of U.S. Gold stock comprised of one share of preferred stock, designated as Series A Special Voting Preferred Stock, no par value, to be issued in connection with the Proposed Acquisitions and for the purposes further described in the proxy statement;

    Proposal 4 — approve the issuance of up to 21,115,593 exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co., and the issuance of an equivalent number of shares of common stock of U.S. Gold upon exchange of such exchangeable shares, in connection with the offer to purchase all of the outstanding common shares of Nevada Pacific;

    Proposal 5 — approve the issuance of up to 6,743,825 exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co., and the issuance of an equivalent number of shares of common stock of U.S. Gold upon exchange of such exchangeable shares, in connection with the offer to purchase all of the outstanding common shares of Tone Resources;

    Proposal 6 — approve the issuance of up to 23,659,640 exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co., and the issuance of an equivalent number of shares of common stock of U.S. Gold upon exchange of such exchangeable shares, in connection with the offer to purchase all of the outstanding common shares of White Knight; and

    Proposal 7 — approve the adjournment or postponement of the special meeting, if necessary or appropriate, to solicit additional proxies if there are insufficient votes at the time of the meeting to approve and adopt any of Proposals 1 through 6.

    U.S. Gold shareholders may cast separate votes on each proposal.

    Our board of directors has approved the proposed amendments to our Articles of Incorporation. We will restate our Articles of Incorporation to consolidate the amendments that are approved at the meeting and previous amendments. Our board of directors has also approved the issuance of the exchangeable shares of Canadian Exchange Co., the issuance of the U.S. Gold shares of common stock issuable upon exchange of Canadian Exchange Co. shares, and the issuance of Series A Special Voting Preferred Stock of U.S. Gold in connection with the Proposed Acquisitions, and believes that the Proposed Acquisitions are advisable, fair to you and in your best interests.

    Accordingly, our board of directors, by unanimous vote of all directors voting, recommends that all U.S. Gold shareholders vote “FOR” Proposals 4, 5 and 6. Mr. Robert R. McEwen, the Chairman of our board of directors, abstained from the vote of the board of directors on Proposals 4, 5 and 6 because of his equity interest in each of the Target Companies. Our board of directors, by unanimous vote, recommends that all U.S. Gold shareholders also vote “FOR” Proposals 1, 2, 3 and 7. A vote against Proposal 3 would have the effect of preventing us from completing the Proposed Acquisitions as currently contemplated. A vote against any of Proposals 4, 5 or 6 would have the effect of preventing us from completing the Proposed Acquisition described in the proposal that is not approved.

    VICTORIA RESOURCES CORP

    Victoria Acquires High-Grade Gold, Carlin-type, Summit Property in Central Nevada
    2/9/2007

    VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb 09, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
    Victoria Resource Corporation (TSX VENTURE: VIT) ("Victoria" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce it has acquired 100% of the high grade Summit gold property in Nye County, Nevada from a private company named Taminco Inc. The property is located within a large, NW-trending belt of gold bearing structures and consists of a core group of 26 unpatented mining claims surrounded by 245 unpatented mining claims. The Summit Mine produced 8,800 ounces at a grade of 8.23 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold in a small open-pit in the late 1980's.

    Many high-grade intercepts of gold were encountered in previous drilling campaigns (Table 1). The drilling occurred along the NW margin of a tectonic window in which pre-volcanic carbonate rocks are exposed below mostly post-mineral volcanic rocks. The carbonate rocks host Carlin-type mineralization and previous drilling indicates that the NW-striking Carlin-type gold mineralization extends under post-mineral volcanics and is open in all directions.

    Table 1: Selected High-grade intercepts from reverse circulationdrilling at the Summit Property---------------------------------------------------- From To Intercept GoldHole # (metres) (metres) (metres) (g/t)----------------------------------------------------4 3.0 30.5 27.4(i) 10.38----------------------------------------------------4 3.0 16.8 includes 13.7 20.61----------------------------------------------------7 0.0 48.8 48.8(i) 4.03----------------------------------------------------7 24.4 38.1 includes 13.7 10.65----------------------------------------------------8.2 35.1 42.7 7.6 8.77----------------------------------------------------21 86.9 121.9 32.0(i) 5.49----------------------------------------------------21 88.4 99.1 includes 10.7 6.99----------------------------------------------------21 102.1 111.3 also includes 9.1 9.66----------------------------------------------------24 100.6 106.7 6.1 6.82----------------------------------------------------51 1.5 6.1 4.6 8.66----------------------------------------------------53 1.5 9.1 7.6 11.71----------------------------------------------------54 12.2 15.2 3.0 38.39----------------------------------------------------58 7.6 19.8 12.2 14.35----------------------------------------------------59 9.1 21.3 12.2 10.47----------------------------------------------------62 9.1 24.4 15.2 8.85----------------------------------------------------64 0.0 7.6 7.6 12.02----------------------------------------------------66 1.5 10.7 9.1 15.86----------------------------------------------------68 3.0 32.0 29.0(i) 15.15----------------------------------------------------68 3.0 15.2 includes 12.2 34.57----------------------------------------------------69 3.0 18.3 15.2(i) 9.62----------------------------------------------------69 3.0 12.2 includes 9.1 11.22----------------------------------------------------70 4.6 16.8 12.2(i) 7.77----------------------------------------------------70 9.1 13.7 includes 4.6 12.42----------------------------------------------------71 9.1 13.7 4.6 16.16----------------------------------------------------74 21.3 32.0 10.7(i) 9.84----------------------------------------------------74 21.3 27.4 includes 6.1 14.23----------------------------------------------------92-2 33.5 38.1 4.6 42.67----------------------------------------------------92-3 29.0 32.0 3.0 27.47----------------------------------------------------Cut-off grade on high-grade intercepts is 3.429 g/t: (i) equals cut offgrade at 0.514 g/t.
    Victoria's due diligence mapping and sampling program thus far indicates that gold-related structures occur over a minimum structural width of 1,188.7 metres with gold-mineralized, hydrothermal dolomite occurring within that entire width. Additional old prospects and associated structures widen this to a minimum of 1,798.3 metres, with a significant strike length. The hydrothermal dolomite has replaced limestone over large areas. Overlying volcanics obscure the total length and width of the gold system. The high grade intercepts in previous holes (table above) range in depth from surface to as deep as 121.9 metres, but most were in the range of 3 to 91.4 metres deep, with the deepest hole at 213.4 metres. As a result, gold mineralization is open in all directions as many previous holes end in alteration and/or gold mineralization. Due diligence sampling of outcrop and small dumps support the grades encountered by drilling.

    The property has been acquired under an Option-Purchase agreement. After signing, the Company has paid $25,000 to enter into the option portion of the agreement for a period of 3 months with up to 3 months of extensions for $5,000 each month. At the end of the option portion of the agreement, the Company must decide whether to purchase the property. The purchase price is dependent on and will be adjusted by the then, current gold price, but will not be less than $500,000. For example, at an average gold price of $635 per ounce, the lump purchase price would be $635,000. At the Company's election, the payment can be made as a lump sum or split into yearly payments over a five-year period. The first payment is split into a $50,000 payment after 30 days of the decision to purchase the property and a second payment of $50,000 at the first anniversary of the purchase agreement. Thereafter, all yearly purchase payments in the remaining 4 years will be $100,000. If the average gold price is $670 per ounce when one of the minimum payments of $100,000 is to be made, the payment would be $134,000. All purchase payments will be subject to the then prevailing gold price and will be adjusted accordingly at the time they are paid. The property will also be subject to a 3.5% Net Smelter Royalty with Advanced Royalty payments paid as a function of then current gold prices on a monthly basis, starting with and escalating by 12 ounces of gold per year until production. An Area of Influence of 1 mile from the 26 core unpatented mining claims is included. The Company also paid $15,000 for the purchase of water rights to provide water for drilling and other exploration activities.

    The shallow drilling in previous programs, together with the width and length of the gold system indicates an excellent potential for defining larger gold targets for further exploration diamond core-drilling, which will begin as soon as the snow melts in the spring. Structural mapping will precede the drilling to establish the shallowest targets and deeper convergence zones.

    Victoria also announces that it has acquired 439 additional unpatented mining claims (100% Victoria) around its claim holdings at Cove-McCoy. At its Relief Canyon project, it has staked an additional 474 unpatented mining claims to expand its property position beyond the core group of claims it has published previously.

    Victoria is a 29.7% owned affiliate of Bema Gold Corporation (TSX: BGO)(NYSE: BGO)(AIM: BAU). The qualified person for Victoria under National Instrument 43-101 is Tom Garagan, P.Geo. Raul Madrid is responsible for on site field activities. All dollar figures are in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

    @edel,
    Endeavour tut das AMEX Listening gut.
    Bei AMC komm ich mit der Erstposition schon bald aus der Speku. 0,75C$

    Hängt zur Zeit nicht so am Silberpreis. Viele bauen sich Cashpositionen auf und kaufen tun die wenigsten.

    Ich hab YLL.V gekauft wegen der JV´s, wie hier berichtet und ein Drittel Sabina (die teuerste Position, immerhin + 60%) verkauft.

    The
    124.5km2 project consists of options from two private Mexican companies to purchase rights to various mineral concessions, operating mines and a lease on an operating processing plant as well as applications for other mineral concessions. The project is located 100km southwest of Mexico City and 25km northwest of the Taxco Silver Mine. Access is by paved highway that runs through the middle of the district. Infrastructure is good throughout the district with gravel road networks, electric power, ample water supplies and a trained work force.

    Silver mineralization at Zacualpan is of the class known as silver-rich
    intermediate sulphidation epithermal vein deposits. Many of the largest and best known silver mines in Mexico belong to this class including Fresnillo, Pachuca and Taxco. These mines also typically produce by-product gold, zinc and lead.

    Concern About Impact of Globalization Leads Germans to Use Local Currencies Like the Berliner

    BERLIN (AP) -- A 10-euro bill buys a fine organic Riesling at the Alles Fliesst wine shop in Berlin's bustling Kreuzberg neighborhood. Or, as some regular customers do, you can hand the cashier something else: 10 locally printed Berliners.
    ADVERTISEMENT

    Same goes for a jar of cinnamon honey, 4.20 euros or 4.20 Berliners, at the organic grocery upstairs, and for an espresso, 2.30 euros or 2.30 Berliners, across the street at the Cafe V vegetarian cafe, with its red ceiling, old chandelier and pipe-smoking clientele. The waitress even takes her tip in Berliners.

    The Berliner, issued by a local environmental group, is one of around 20 local currencies that have begun circulating over the past five years in Germany. Concern about the impact of globalization and distant multinational corporations on their communities and locally owned businesses is one of the motivations behind making local money that will stay at home, community activists say.

    About 10,000 Berliners have been issued -- printed by the Bundesdruckerei, the privatized former state printer, which also produces euros for Germany's central bank -- and they're accepted in 190 Berlin shops, many of them in Kreuzberg, a stronghold of Berlin's counterculture and the environmental Greens Party.

    The Berliner is issued by the Gruene Liga, or Green League, environmental organization, at the wine shop, a cafe, a church, and a local alternative school. One Berliner costs one euro, and the League keeps the euros in the bank so shops that get Berliners from customers can turn them in for euros.

    But the shops get only 95 cents back for each Berliner, with 3 percent going to local causes such as children's farm, a playground, and a church program for teens overcoming drug problems. Two percent funds a slightly better exchange rate to spur people to buy larger amounts of Berliners such as 50 or 100.

    Activists have compared the slice taken by the issuer to the fees credit card companies charge -- the price paid for winning the business. Berliners come only in ones, fives and tens, so uneven sums can mean change in euros.

    The principle behind a neighborhood currency is that it will be spent to support locally owned businesses and strengthen the community, said Suzanne Thomas, who leads the volunteer-run Berliner project.

    "My outlook would be that you should obtain as many of the things you need every day from the local region, because if I have small shops in the street where I live, this adds to the quality of life," she said. "I can walk out the door and get what I need and not drive to some super shopping center."

    She said the currency isn't a protest against the euro notes and coins, which some people blame for higher prices on some goods and services after they were introduced in 2002: "We think you should have both in your pocket, euros and Berliners."

    The practice of locally issuing micro-currency has been catching on in Germany since 2001, when the Roland was issued in Bremen. It has been joined by the Carlo in Karlsruhe, the Cherry Blossom in Witzenhausen, and the Chiemgauer -- one of the largest with more than 400 participating businesses -- in Bavaria's Chiemgau region; others have popped up in Basel, Switzerland and in Schrems, Austria.

    The practice itself isn't new. Alternative or counterculture communities such as the Christiania hippie enclave in Copenhagen and the Damanhur group in outside Turin, Italy, issued their own money years ago. The Web site http://www.complementarycurrencies.org lists many different examples of currencies meant to be used alongside national currencies the world over.

    In Germany, local notes equal to $388,000 have been issued, according to Regiogeld e.V., an association of regional currency issuers -- infinitesimal compared to the amount of euros in circulation and so small that it can't affect the euro's value, the Bundesbank says.

    Even multi-culti, green Kreuzberg isn't exactly awash in Berliners.

    At the Cafe V, owner Inci Cemil, 25, said the cafe might take in 10 Berliners a day. "We don't get any added profit, but we wanted to take part in the project," he said.

    He said the Berliner could help boost local business such as the organic grocery, a valued neighbor where the cafe gets pasta, flour and bread. "I think people in Kreuzberg tend to support each other," he said.

    A key feature of the Berliner -- and several other regional currencies -- is that it expires after six months and can be exchanged for a new one -- but minus 2 percent. That pushes people to spend it quickly and give an added kick to the local economy.

    That idea, dubbed "schwundgeld," or "depreciation money," is based on the writings of Silvio Gesell, a German social and economic theorist who died in 1930. A 2006 analysis for the Bundesbank argued that the schwundgeld idea is seriously flawed and that the local currencies are economically inefficient.

    Nonetheless, the Bundesbank said in a statement that the local notes do not violate German law so long as they are not intended to replace legal currency and don't look like a banknote.

    People use the community-issued currency to support a cause, Gerhard Roesl of the Regensburg University of Applied Sciences wrote in his 63-page Bundesbank analysis. "These currencies offer a chance for the holder to demonstratively support the local region and to make a statement against globalization," he wrote.

    He noted that several have appeared in German areas with low unemployment: "There, it seems, people can afford the luxury of 'disappearing money' more than in structurally weak areas."

    Der FR.V Bericht von gestern gefällt mir immer besser, je öfter ich ihn lese. :D

    Aus einem kan. Forum zu Yale (YLL.V) von dem User Geo Dale, der mit dem Ceo telephoniert hat.

    Conversation with Ian Foreman, President Yale Resources, 02/01/07

    Regarding the Zacetecas JV with Impact Silver, (IPT) I had asked if it would be possible to generate some immediate revenue by hauling the material from the dump piles to Impact’s processing plant. I was also curious about the depth to the water table, and the condition of existing tunnels on the JV properties.

    Mr. Foreman had the following comments:

    There are four prospects, the San Jose' prospect is the closest to IPT’s processing plant, about 3 km. away.

    The roads to all the JV properties are in very good shape.

    Using a low side estimate of 250 grams per ton of silver from the dump piles at San Jose’ as an example, Ian figured it would cost about $50 per ton for a truck and driver. The ore would have a cash value of $180 per ton, including processing fees. There are 3-4000 tons of ore on the dump piles. The main reservation about doing this at present, is that Yale would be basically hauling away real estate that they did not own yet. Yale needs to earn into their JV with IPT first by doing the exploration work. Secondly, IPT is just getting their processing plant and assay lab up to Canadian standards. It will take some time for them to fine tune the recovery process.

    While Ian thought this was a good idea, it would have to be deferred until later, where it might be possible to finance a second round of drilling with toll processing of the dump pile material. Regarding the drilling, a man-portable drill from Energold Drilling is now clearing Mexican Customs, and Ian anticipated that work could begin on exploration drilling at the Zacetecas JV in about two weeks.

    The water table is at 40 meters, depth of the shafts at the JV prospects is unknown. My notes are not clear if this was the depth to water at San Jose’ or at some other prospect.

    Some people at SH have speculated that YLL has some sort of agreement not to compete with IPT. Ian indicated that YLL has the first right of refusal on any new prospects that IPT controls within the entire district. Basically, IPT has so much on their plate right now, they can’t do all the exploration work alone. So, IPT still retains a carried interest forward in any JV.

    In summary, I was satisfied with the answers given to my email enquiry...Mr. Foreman tried to call me three times at the hour I had indicated, but there were problems with the phone connection. I called him back, and on the second try, reached the receptionist, who put me through. Mr. Foreman is very knowledgeable and accessible, and I highly recommend that anyone with questions about the company to give him a call.

    One final postscript, there is an excellent report by Geologist Helen Grond at Impact’s website. This report, on the “Royal Mines of Zacualpan” is entirely applicable to the JV with Yale. It is a good read, and I humbly recommend it to anyone interesting in learning more about both companies prospects. I have briefly summarized this report in the following paragraphs.

    According to the report by Ms. Grond, the water table in the Guadalupe mine is below the 195 meter level. Historic mining by the Spanish waned in the late 1600's when most of the mines reached the water table. When the district was first discovered, there was a supergene enriched zone of oxide rich metallic ore near the surface, this zone has since been mined out.

    The subsurface epithermal vein deposits are similar to those at Fresnillo, operated by Penoles and now the focus of a JV with MAG. The sulfide minerals are found in a predominately quartz and carbonate rock matrix, which is in turn hosted by mafic volcanics and andesite. The epithermal vein deposits are best developed in northwest and north striking vein structures, which reach their greatest thickness where the veins intersect, averaging 2-6 meters in horizontal width, 30-150 meters in length, and 230-300 meters in length. The metallic ore content of the epithermal veins exhibits vertical zoning....with silver values increasing towards the top, and lead-zinc values increasing towards the bottom. Gold values are less predictable in their ocurrence.

    Energold Announces Record Number of Metres Drilled and Expansion of Drill Fleet

    VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 6, 2007) - Energold Drilling Corp. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:EGD) is pleased to announce that it drilled a record number of metres for both the fourth quarter and the full year 2006. Energold's rapid expansion of its drilling capacity led to these new records. Metres drilled in the fourth quarter were in excess of 49,000. For the full year, 190,000 metres were drilled, up over 61% from 2005.

    Summary of Quarterly (Q) and Full Year Metres Drilled

    December 31, 2006 Q4 2006 Q4 2005 Change 2006 2005 Change ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Metres Drilled 49,000 29,000 69 190,000 118,000 61---------------------------------------------------------------------------

    The first quarter of 2007 has commenced with four new drills, the largest number of new drills ever simultaneously added. These new additions should result in significantly higher levels of activity for the full year as compared to prior years in which new rigs typically came on-stream mid summer.

    Expansion of Drill Fleet

    As of this date, the Company has a total of 30 drills either jointly or wholly-owned as compared to 23 drills in the comparable period of 2006, an increase of 30%. Two additional wholly-owned drills are currently under construction. The drills added during both the fourth and first quarters are all wholly-owned. Over the next 12-18 months, the Company anticipates the addition of approximately 6-8 of its Series II and Series III wholly-owned drill rigs.

    Energold Drilling Corp. is an environmentally and socially sensitive diamond drilling company that services the mining industry. The Company fully consolidates the total meterage drilled by its 50.01%-owned Pac Rim Drilling S.A.C., 50%-owned subsidiary Kluane International Drilling and its affiliates. FEBRUARY 6 2007 1:15PM PDT - Somebody out there seems to be shining a spotlight on Silver Valley stocks today as Silver Fields (a couple of smaller projects in and around Northern Idaho) and U.S Silver (acquired the Galena mine formerly operated by Coeur) are the big winners at the close, each up more than 10%. The move by Silver Fields was on huge volume over 2 million shares (on approx. 30 million shares outstanding) on top of a similar large move on massive volume on Monday. Something is definitely up with this stock which still has a market cap around US$5 million, making it a rather painless speculation if done in minimal doses. In the meantime, current Silver Valley darling and uber-promoter Strategic Nevada was up around 5%, heavy hitter Hecla was up 1% and underdog Sterling was down 2%.

    Premier - Drilling expands gold zones in Red Lake - Major exploration program underway
    Tuesday February 6, 9:27 am ET

    Shares Issued: 58,941,992
    THUNDER BAY, ON, Feb. 6 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED (PG:TSX) is pleased to announce results from an ongoing diamond drilling campaign on the CP-Zone of the Bonanza Deposit and Rahill-Bonanza Project in the Red Lake Mining District of Ontario. Premier is excited by the progress made on the SW-trending structure, which confirms the following:

    - The CP-Zone is contained within a well-developed, strongly altered
    deformation corridor, implying the host structure will continue to
    extend to the southwest and at depth.
    - Multiple-mineralized shoots occur within the corridor, characteristic
    of the Bonanza Deposit signature.

    Significant results from the program, active earlier in 2006, and again between mid-October and Christmas in 2006 where a total of 8 holes (06WB-116 to 123) and 4,188 metres of drilling was completed, are listed in Table 1.

    This drilling has identified multiple mineralized sub-zones within the corridor. Highlight intersections include 12.2g/t Au across 12.0 metres and 14.3g/t Au across 5.0 metres (CW06019 and CW06022) from Goldcorp drilling earlier in 2006, and 11.56 g/t Au across 3.0 metres within a larger interval grading 4.29 g/t Au across 14.0 metres from hole 06WB-117. Other intercepts were variable, with grades up to 8.50 g/t Au and mineralized intervals up to 8.0 metres along the core length. True widths are estimated to be between 50% and 60% of the core length.
    The CP-Zone is contained within the Rahill-Bonanza Project, being explored under a joint venture with Goldcorp Inc. (G:TSX, GG:NYSE), and subject to a "Letter of Intent" released on December 4, 2006. Under the terms of a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement, that is expected to close shortly, Premier and Goldcorp will explore the combined project area on a 50/50 basis. The JV property is strategically located along the prolific "Mine Trend", host to nearly 30 million ounces of gold (mined + reserves + resources) and sandwiched between the world class Red Lake Gold Mines (RLGM) to the east and the recent high grade discovery of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. to the west.

    2007 Update

    -----------

    Diamond drilling is currently active with two drills on the Rahill-Bonanza Project (RBP) however, the project team is seeking to activate up to four, including one underground drill. Two drills will be mobilized onto the ice of Red Lake to extend the CP-Zone further to the southwest and to test deeper targets proximal to the historic Wilmar Gold Mine workings.

    The Joint Venture has earmarked a total of C$5 million for the RBP in 2007. Premier's portion of the commitment is C$3 million. The project team has identified 5 key target areas on which to explore during the year including:

    1. Test the CP-Zone progressively to the southwest with cross section drilling on approximately 75 m centres.

    2. Test targets related to and/or proximal to Goldcorp's Red Lake Gold Mines (RLGM) property situated immediately east of the JV property boundary.

    3. Test the main regional contact that hosts the Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. discovery and also migrates through the western portion of the JV property.

    4. Test targets related to the North Contact and Wilmar/West Granodiorite Zones.

    5. Provide a National Instrument (NI) 43-101 compliant resource estimate on the Bonanza Deposit.

    Premier Gold Mines Ltd. is fully-funded to meet all exploration commitments on the Rahill-Bonanza Project during 2007.
    Underground Drilling

    --------------------

    The JV has been informed that underground diamond drilling should begin during late Q1 or early Q2 from a deep (~1,875 m or 6,150 feet below surface) platform situated at the Campbell Complex (formerly Campbell Mine) of Red Lake Gold Mines. Two holes are planned to be drilled toward the southwest some 1,300 m each, the final 650 m of each hole passing through the JV property. These holes are being drilled immediately west of, and along strike from, the current mine zones to identify possible extensions and/or repetitions of fault structures, key rock-types and vein-material known to be related to mineralization at the RLGM, including the prolific high grade zones (HGZ).

    Definition drilling required on the Bonanza Deposit to upgrade the mineralization in compliance with NI 43-101 is earmarked to begin during Q2, later than originally planned, due to warm winter weather and availability of additional diamond drills. This will push the completion of the resource estimate into Q4 of 2007.

    Hallo gutso,
    thanks, erweist sich als gute Spielerei.
    Das wird sowieso noch gehörig geschüttelt. Aber bisher erfreulich, weil auch real.
    Hab ja noch einen tag vor Schluss ALMI raus u. GOG rein und mich über den klugen Schachzug gefreut.
    Seit vorgestern beginne ich zu zweifeln, ob das so klug war. :D

    Was mich erstaunt, ist, dass bisher, wenn man den letzten kauft, der immer anschiebt. wird bei FR auch so sein nach der Meldung.

    Hab zu SRLM noch was abgelassen im Sterling thread.
    Die Korrelation eigene Unsicherheit in Bezug auf eine Aktie und häufiges Posten würd mich auch mal interessieren...... :D

    Grüße
    Tschonko

    PS.: Edel, Premier Gold hat heut einen sauguten Bericht rauslassen.
    Wo hintun?

    @alle,
    siehst, den link hatte ich schon fast vergessen.
    Der ist ein Hammer!

    Das Folgende alles nur meine Meinung:
    SBB, HL u. MFN haben den Umbruch schon geschaftt.

    Ich würd MGN u. SRLM nicht vergleichen:
    MGN braucht noch permits etc.
    SRLM ist producer in Mexico u. wird 08 die ersten oz aus der Sunshine holen. Also ist SRLM um Häuser weiter.
    Producing Sunshine nur ein bisserl promoted gibt schon ausreichend Potential. Außerdem Produktion mit niedrigen Kosten.
    Nur die oz. im Boden ist zu wenig.

    Also ist die SRLM zur Zeit ziemlich idiotensicher, wenn nicht irgendwer wieder was verbockt. :D (z.B. Atlas Faulsett in der Mine.... :D :D :D)

    Als Vergleich FR.V:
    die haben die Resourcen seit Sept 06 verdoppelt, aber keine inferred, nur indicated and measured, auf über 20 Mill oz. und wollen 07 5 Mille oz fördern. (siehe Bericht silber companies von heute!)
    das ist mir halt um´s Arschlecken lieber. :D

    Grüße
