(a) the minimum price (threshold price) at which Crystallex will sell
common shares is C$1.00 rather than C$2.50; and

(b) the maximum draw down amount for a draw down where the threshold
price is $1.00 - 2.49 is as follows:

A pricing supplement setting out, among other things, the number of shares issued to Azimuth pursuant to the exercise of the draw down and the purchase price per share will be filed on SEDAR within two business days after the end of the draw down pricing period.

DENVER, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Crystallex International Corp. (KRY.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said it expects it will be able to mine gold at the Las Cristinas site in Venezuela, despite remarks by President Hugo Chavez last week that the government is moving to revoke mining concessions.

Crystallex President and Chief Executive Todd Bruce said the project's final environmental permit was at an "advanced administrative processing stage" and looked to be moving forward.

Authorities in Venezuela "want to get the permitting process concluded sooner rather than later," he said in an interview with Reuters on the fringes of the Denver Gold Forum.

"We have a perfectly valid contract and there has been no indication" that Venezuela will not honor it," he said.

Speculation has been rife about the future of the Las Cristina project for Crystallex since last week. Indeed, some gold analysts at the conference said they were concerned that the project will not get off the ground.

But the company said it was assured by a statement late Friday by Pedro Jimenez, head of Venezuela's National Energy and Mines Commission. Jimenez said said Venezuela has not mentioned "the possibility of terminating those contracts that have fulfilled their obligations correctly."

Jimenez added in the statement: "All citizens know that this company of Canadian origin :D.. has made efforts to alleviate the social tensions in the area, but these will only finally disappear when the project starts."

Crystallex insists that the actions of the populist leader Chavez had little to no effect on their rights to Las Cristinas, since their arrangement with the state was and always had been a contract rather than a concession.

"They're not terminating valid contracts, they're not chasing foreign investors away," Bruce said in briefing earlier in the day. "They are going to be delivering mining title in a different form."

DOUBLING PRODUCTION AT LAS CRISTINAS?

Venezuela's gold riches have drawn investment from foreign companies such as U.S.'s Hecla Mining (HL.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and Crystallex, which now awaits an environmental permit to build a mine.

Two gold analysts at the conference said they were wary of the project going ahead for Crystallex after the action last week by Chavez fanned fears about growing political risk for mining companies.

"I think they are in trouble," ?(said one. Both analysts spoke on condition of anonymity.
Crystallex estimates has reserves of 12.5 million ounces of gold, calculated at an assumed gold price of $350 an ounce and cash costs over the life of the mine of $221 per ounce, including taxes and royalties.

Earlier in the day, the company said it has completed a study on doubling production at its Las Cristinas site in Venezuela once the gold mine goes into operation.

Under the new plan, production would be 40,000 tonnes a day, up from an originally planned 20,000 tonnes. The Canadian company had estimated the 20,000-tonne operation would cost $293 million. It said doubling output would cost $153 million more.

The company also claimed it would have the world's fourth largest proven and probable gold reserves net of recoveries factoring in Las Cristinas, even with the prospective licensing changes.

"In some ways we're the poster child, the blueprint for the entire mining industry," Bruce said during the briefing. He added that the mine operating agreements Venezuela wants to make standard across the industry are similar to the ones it already uses in the oil industry.

Each (Venezuelan) citizen knows that this company, from Canada, has made great strides to relieve the zone's social tensions which will only disappear when the project begins (for real),” said Jimenez.

Wollte trotzdem kurz erklaeren wie ich es berechnet habe:

Ich bin noch nie gut gewesen in Bilanzen lesen, troztdem ein wenig Geld verdient.

Nehme an 12.5 Millionen Unzen zu Kostpreis 221 USD sind

2762,500,000 USD

Nun kriegt man zu 500 USD 6250,000,000
Gewinn 3487,000,000

3.487 Mrd minus 300 millionen Startkapital bleibt 3.187 Mrd USD

So und jetzt machen die nochmal 187 Millionen Schulden fuer weiss ich was.

3000 Millionen Dollar durch 214 Millionen Aktien fully diluted sind ca. 14.00 USD pro Aktie.


Fuer mich ist KRY min. 10 Dollar wert wenn die Produktion beginnt.

Edel Man da hast du vollkommen Recht was du sagst, jeder glaubt was anderes,der kurs wird aber die Sache richtig stellen denn hundert tausende Anleger werden sich nicht irren. Bis zum Ende der Woche kommt der Tag der Wahrheit, bis dort hin blickt keiner durch wie er sich nun verhalten soll. Meiner Meinung sind da einige Typen die streuen Salz in die Suppe um fuer sich selber dann den Vorteil zu holen.

Ich halte erstmal weiter die Aktie und schmeisse so schnell nicht das Handtuch, sammle eher welche auf von den Leuten mit Zweifeln.

Ich weiss nicht was ihr habt, vielleicht denkt ihr hier zu konservativ oder ich mach hier einen Fehler. Nun reden wir haben die einen Contract oder keinen und von wo nehmen sie die 300 Mille her. Der ganze Zweifel war doch schon vor Wochen da aber der Kurs stand anders.

Typischer Fall von "Stampede" Cowboys, da renne ich bestimmt nicht weg und mache das Gegenteil.

Ich bin zwar nicht so gut wie Tambok und Ulfur um die Bilanzen zu durchleuchten aber ich komme bei 12.5m Unzen bei 500 USD auf ca. 14 Dollar pro Aktie. Kry wird nun fuer ein Zehntel gehandelt.

Das verdaechtige ist das kurz nach dem Massaker der letzen Woche noch ein paar Analysten mitschreien und die Mies machen und im selben Moment Goldman Sachs sagt "outperform".

Ja wen soll man nun glauben ?

Ich gehe nach meinen Gefuehl hier und die Sache stinkt bis jetzt zum Himmel was da auf beiden Seiten veroeffentlicht wird.

Wie auch immer, heute wird wieder die Aktie gehandelt und gestern stiegen ein paar wieder aus mit Gewinn die mit 1.10 oder so mutig gekauft haben.

Wenn KRY keinen ruettelfesten Vertrag hat dann hat GBC und GRZ auch nichts in der Hand und muessten ebenso baden gehen.

Venezuela (Staat) wird vielleicht noch der groesste Shareholder und diese Minen werden die mit Gold versorgen ohne das importiert wird.

Chaves moechte wahrscheinlich das die bereits ansaessigen Firmen enger mit dem Staat zusammenarbeiten und keine weiteren Auslaender ins Land bringen die stoeren koennen. Der ist eher sauer auf die Amis als auf die Kanadier.

Die Regierung laesst das Projekt bestimmt nicht sausen und irgendeiner muss es bewirtschaften, wer ist denn sonst noch da der es kann ?

Indien und China ???? :D..... laut dem Analyst von gestern.

Wie auch immer , Angsthasen und Zweifler sollen davon die Finger lassen, den Salsa tanzen kann nicht jeder.
