In connection with the Offering, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited (the "Stabilising Manager"), or any of its agents, may (but will be under no obligation to), to the extent permitted by applicable law, over-allot GDRs or effect other transactions with a view to supporting the market price of the GDRs at a higher level than that which might otherwise prevail in the open market. The Stabilising Manager is not required to enter into such transactions and such transactions may be effected on any stock market, over-the-counter market, stock exchange or otherwise and may be undertaken at any time during the period commencing on the date of the commencement of conditional dealings of the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange and ending no later than 30 calendar days thereafter. However, there will be no obligation on the Stabilising Manager or any of its agents to effect stabilising transactions and there is no assurance that stabilising transactions will be undertaken. Such stabilising measures, if commenced, may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. In no event will measures be taken to stabilise the market price of the GDRs above the Offer Price. Save as required by law or regulation, neither the Stabilising Manager nor any of its agents intends to disclose the extent of any over- allotments made and/or stabilisation transactions conducted in relation to the Offering.
In connection with the Offering, the Stabilising Manager may, for stabilisation purposes, over-allot GDRs up to a maximum of 15 per cent. of the total number of GDRs comprised in the Offering (excluding the portion sold in the AIX Offering). For the purposes of allowing it to cover short positions resulting from any such over-allotments and/or from sales of GDRs effected by it during the stabilising period, it is expected that Samruk-Kazyna will grant to the Stabilising Manager on behalf of the Banks, an option, pursuant to which the Stabilising Manager may purchase, or procure purchasers for, additional GDRs up to a maximum of 15 per cent. of the total number of GDRs comprised in the Offering (excluding the portion sold in the AIX Offering) (the "Over-allotment GDRs") at the Offer Price. The over-allotment arrangements may be exercised in whole or in part upon notice by the Stabilising Manager at any time on or before the 30th calendar day after the commencement of conditional dealings in the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange. Any Over-allotment GDRs made available pursuant to the over-allotment arrangements will rank pari passu in all respects with the GDRs, including for all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid on the GDRs, will be purchased on the same terms and conditions as the GDRs being issued or sold in the Offering and will form a single class for all purposes with the other GDRs.

Entscheidend ist aber nicht was ich (oder Du?) denkst, sondern was der Markt 'spielt'. (denkt)

neee, entscheidend für meine investitionen, also mich, ist was ich denke, und wenn der markt falsch liegt, was er hier tut ergeben sich daraus wunderbare investments zu noch supprimierten preisen. siehe meine signatur :)

Global price gauge hits new high as input cost inflation accelerates sharply

    • Global PMI signals fastest rise in firms' input costs since2008
    • Charges for goods and services both rise at steepest rates inPMI survey history
    • US sees sharpest price hikes, led by rising prices for consumergoods

Inflationary pressures have risen worldwide to the highest forat least a decade as a surge in demand is accompanied by widespreadsupply constraints in the provision of goods and services. Thesurvey data point to a steep rise in consumer price inflationacross the world in coming months, most notably in the US, whereprices charged for consumer goods rose especially sharply.
    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938204_1.0.PNG]
    Steepest cost pressures since 2008
The input prices index from the JPMorgan Global Composite PMI,compiled by IHS Markit from its proprietary business surveys, roseto its highest since August 2008 in March, indicating by far thesteepest rate of input cost inflation seen since the globalfinancial crisis. Costs have now risen globally over the past tenmonths, having fallen sharply in April and May 2020 as demandcollapsed amid the initial lockdowns due to the coronavirus disease2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, with the rate of inflation risingmarkedly since the turn of the year.
The increase in costs has fed through to the steepest increasein average selling prices for goods and services for over a decade, the recent rate of increase greatly exceeding anything seen sincecomparable data were first available in late-2009.
    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938203_1.0.PNG]
Record price hikes for services and goods
Upward price pressures showed signs of spreading frommanufacturing through to services, and also to consumers.Manufacturers' material prices rose at a pace not exceeded sinceApril 2011, the rate of increase accelerating markedly on February, while service sector costs (which includes wages, rents and othercosts as well as materials and fuel) registered the largest gainsince September 2008.
    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938202_1.0.PNG]
Both manufacturing selling prices and average rates levied forservices meanwhile rose at survey record rates, data for which werefirst produced in 2009.
    Near-record supply shortages
Factories again reported that higher costs reflected risingcommodity prices as demand revived and economies recover fromlockdowns, often exacerbated by supply shortages. Supplier leadtimes lengthened at a near-record rate in March, due to both a lackof production capacity and logistics delays. The latter resulted inhigher shipping costs for many goods.

    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938201_1.0.PNG]
It was not surprising to therefore see that the highest pricepressures were recorded for intermediate goods - products sold asinputs to other companies, such as electrical and electronicscomponents - as companies not only sought to ensure adequate supplyfor current production, but also often sought to build additionalstocks to safeguard against future supply issues. Average sellingprices for intermediate goods consequently rose at the fastest rateyet recorded since data were first available in October 2009.
A survey high was also recorded for prices charged forinvestment goods, such as machinery and equipment, while consumergoods prices increased at the steepest rate for a decade, mainlyreflecting the pass-through of these higher intermediate goodsprices to final products, as well as greater shipping costs.
However, in one of the strongest indications that the upturn inprice pressures is filtering beyond manufacturing, a survey highwas also recorded for rates charged for business-to-businessservices.
    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938200_1.0.PNG]
Offsetting some of the upward pressure on overall prices was afall in charges for financial services - the first such declinesince last October - and only a muted rise in the cost of consumerservices, which remain hard-hit by the pandemic.
Margins squeezed amid record cost increases
Looking into the sector data in more detail, only banking andtransportation charges fell during March, with the latter down onlyvery marginally. However, while the banking sector also reportedlower costs during the month, meaning its margin squeeze was thelowest of all sectors covered by the PMIs, the latter saw a surveyrecord rise in costs, pointing to heavily squeezed margins.
    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938189_0.1.PNG]
Record cost increases were also seen in tourism &recreation, tech equipment, other machinery & equipment, general industrials and paper & forest products, all of whichalso saw their PMI margin indicators squeezed to especially markedextents.

    US reports sharpest price pressures
Price trends also varied markedly among the world's majoreconomies, especially in terms of consumer goods.
The steepest increase in average prices charged for goods andservices was seen in the US, where the latest rise was the steepestrecorded since survey data for the US were first available in 2009.Especially steep increases were also seen in the UK, which saw thelargest monthly rise since November 2017, as well as in Brazil andRussia, where increases were among the highest recorded by thesurveys.
Selling price inflation meanwhile hit the highest since thestart of 2019 in the eurozone and the highest since November 2016in China.
In contrast, only a muted rise in average goods and servicesprices was seen in India, and Japan reported a marginal decline, albeit registering the weakest fall since the pandemic began.
    [Blockierte Grafik: https://cdn.ihsmarkit.com/www/blog/3938211_3938206_1.0.PNG]
One of the most important drivers of the above-average rise inselling price inflation in the US was an especially steep hike inprices charged for consumer goods. Not only did US consumer goodsproducers report the largest rise of all major goods and servicesproduct sectors ever recorded by IHS Markit's US survey, but therate of increase far exceeded that reported in Europe and Asia, hinting at an especially marked pass-through to consumer priceinflation in the US.

@Bumerang ich sehe die gesamtentwicklung ähnlich, habe dazu ja auch oft genug gepostet.
aber die zahlen zu china stimmen leider nicht.

ich habe dir hier extra mal den chart über chinas treasury holdings vom us departmend of the treasury
rausgesucht, was dich selbst kaum 5 minuten gekostet hätte die zahlen zu verifizieren!

ps.

KELOWNA, BC,April 7, 2021/CNW/ -FISSION URANIUM CORP.("Fission" or "the Company") is pleased to announce results from the first of its 2021 drill programs on the R780E zone of the high-grade Triple R deposit at its' PLS project, in theAthabascaBasin region ofSaskatchewan, Canada. Twenty holes were completed in7,147.8m, including 1 hole restarted due to excessive deviation. All twenty holes hit wide mineralization in multiple stacked intervals, with thirteen intercepting significant intervals of >10,000 cps radioactivity. The goal of the winter program was to upgrade key sections of the Triple R deposit's R780E zone to "indicated" category by increasing drill hole density where the resource is largely classified as Inferred. These recently completed holes have the potential to increase the Indicated category resource which may positively impact the planned feasibility study. The holes include PLS21-606 (line 900E), which intersected118.0mof total composite mineralization, including1.35mof total composite radioactivity >10,000 cps (with a peak of 23,400 cps) and PLS21-597 (line 900E) with92.0mtotal composite mineralization, including4.80mtotal >10,000 cps (with a peak of 51,400 cps).
