Keine Verwässerung für Exploration bis 27!
Dear Shareholders, Stakeholders, and Community Members,As we welcome 2026, I want to reflect on Banyan Gold Corp.’s (“Banyan” or the “Company”) accomplishments in 2025 and share our vision for the year ahead. We respectfully acknowledge that we work within the traditional territory of the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun (“FNNND”).2025 HighlightsDrilling Success: We completed over 42,700 meters of diamond drilling across the AurMac Project, expanding known mineralization and discovering new high-grade zones, including significant silver mineralization (up to 14 kg/t Ag in select intercepts).
District Consolidation: Banyan strategically acquired additional claims, growing our land package to approximately 720 square kilometers in the prolific Mayo Mining District, Yukon.
Metallurgical Advancements: Test work confirmed excellent gold recoveries (up to 93%) using conventional gravity and CIL processing, supporting a shift toward a milling scenario for future development.
Strong Treasury: Through two successful financings, including a strategic investment from the Alpayana family (experienced Peruvian mine operators), we ended the year with nearly $40 million in cash, fully funding our aggressive 2026 exploration program without dilution risk through 2027.
Community and ESG Focus: We continued strong engagement with FNNND and local communities, including wildfire support, career fairs, and diversity initiatives. Our charity, Every Student Every Day, distributed a record $400,000 in funding for Yukon student attendance projects in 2024–2025 and is preparing applications for the 2025–2026 school year.
Team Strengthening: We welcomed Henry Marsden as a Technical Advisor, bringing over 40 years of exploration and mine development expertise.
Looking Ahead to 2026With a fully funded treasury and an expanded technical understanding of AurMac, 2026 will be a pivotal year:Exploration Program: We plan >50,000 meters of drilling focused on resource expansion at Powerline and Airstrip deposits, follow-up on high-grade silver discoveries, and testing new targets across our consolidated district.
Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA): Targeted for the second half of 2026, incorporating 2025–2026 drilling results and optimized milling flowsheet.
Ongoing Assay Results: Final assays from late 2025 drilling are expected into Q1 2026, providing near-term catalysts.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our shareholders, stakeholders, and community members for their continued support. I also want to recognize the incredible dedication of our staff and contractors, whose hard work and expertise have been instrumental in achieving our goals. We are excited about AurMac’s potential to become Yukon’s next major gold mine and look forward to delivering value in 2026.Sincerely, Tara Christie
