When the general stock markets are bullish and positive, so is gold
Yes, but again not always. Other fundamentals and technicals can create an inverse situation. Normally, after general stock markets sell, base and settle down, precious metals will bull if they suspect further losses in future stock markets.
When general stock markets become weak and sell, precious metals stocks do the same.
Ordinarily this is true for 2-4 weeks during a cycle completion but then PM stocks can go bullish with the others bearish and failing.
wir können ja sehen ob das stimmt beim nächsten stock market sell-off
The gold and silver rallies are over as gold touched $700+ and silver hit $15.20strong.We disagree based upon several factors. Inflation adjusted gold today should be priced at roughly $2,000 per ounce. Silver should be inflation adjusted at roughly $23.50 an ounce. The inflation adjusted Dow Jones Industrial Average should be near 4,000 to 5,000 points. We would not be surprised to see the Dow move toward the 18,000 level in future years but gold would then be trading in the $3,000 to $4,000 range and silver between $200-$300 an ounce. In our view, the gold and silver rally has years to go.
