    First Majestic:

First Majestic Silver Corp.: Purchasing of the La Encantada Complete
Tuesday March 27, 11:36 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 27, 2007 -- FIRST MAJESTIC SILVER CORP. (CDNX:FR.V - News)(Other OTC:FRMSF.PK - News)(Frankfurt:FMV.F - News)(WKN: A0LHKJ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated December 21, 2006 the Company has now completed the purchase of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Minera La Encantada S.A. de C. V. ("La Encantada"), a Mexican mining company previously owned by Minas Penoles SA de CV and Industrias Penoles SA de CV (collectively "Penoles").
    ANZEIGE

La Encantada's primary asset is the La Encantada Silver Mine located in northern part of Mexico in the Coahuila State. This mine has at least 50 years of mining history and has been operated by Penoles from the early 1970's to 2003 after which time the mine was operated by Desmin S.A. de C. V. ("Desmin") until October 31, 2006. First Majestic purchased Desmin last year and thus took over operations of the La Encantada Silver Mine on November 1, 2006.

The La Encantada Silver Mine for the calendar year 2006 produced 950,000 ounces of silver. The mill, which has a total capacity of 800 tpd is presently running at only approximately 50% capacity. The Company anticipates production numbers will be improved significantly over the coming months.

In addition to the main mine and mill installations, La Encantada owns; 985 hectares of surrounding mining claims; surface rights to 2272 hectares of land covering the local landing strip, and all town facilities and buildings which include 180? single family dwellings, recreation facilities, school house, hospital and a variety of other structures.

The regional development and exploration potential of the current land holdings is considered excellent with several advanced areas of immediate interest. In order to secure additional land holdings, the company has recently acquired through staking an additional 3,100 hectares of mining claims surrounding the property which covers additional areas of geological interest.

The Company agreed to pay the total purchase price of US$3,250,000 and a NSR royalty of 4%. An initial payment of US$1,000,000.00 was paid on signing of the original Letter Agreement, leaving a balance of US$2,250,000 which has now been paid in full.

As part of the original Letter Agreement, the Company had also agreed to buy-out the 4% royalty to zero at an additional cost of US$1,500,000 in common shares and warrants. The shares and warrants were priced on the date of signing which called for the issuance of 382,582 shares and 191,291 two year warrants priced at $6.81. The shares and warrants have now been issued and delivered to Penoles resulting in no further royalty's payable after March 19th, 2007.

First Majestic is a producing silver company focused in Mexico and is aggressively pursuing its business plan to become a senior silver producer through development of its existing assets and the pursuit through acquisition of additional assets that make sense to achieving its corporate objective.

    Hallo gutso,

    Mission Update – Q4 2006

Welcome to Azteca Gold Corp. (AZG on the TSX-V), your newest reason to invest in the “Commodity Super Cycle”. We hope you invested for the same reason Randy and I invested over $775,000 in the birth of Azteca on December 1, 2006--
to make money through acquisition, exploration, and development of highly prospective gold and silver properties in Mexico and Nevada.
My name is Matt Russell, your President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Randy Squires is your Chief Financial Officer. Call us. We are in this investment together and want to hear your ideas.

There is a misperception by some investors and many mining professionals that the “good properties” are already taken, that there cannot be any more world class or even highly prospective properties “just lying around”-- then we came upon Guerra al Tirano(GAT) and Tres de Mayo(TDM) in the thick of the Sierra Madre gold belt of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Randy and I recall investing in 2004 and 2005 in my last venture, Idaho General Mines, Inc. (GMO on the AMEX). We had just begun and had no properties-- then we ferreted out Mt Hope and Hall-Tonopah, two of the largest world class molybdenum deposits in the world, just “lying about” in Nevada.

Although we would embrace the luck of stumbling upon a world class gold deposit, we are underway on a methodical plan to seek out the same. And in our quest we are employing some of the best geological minds from the Mexican and Nevada gold belts. Specifically, we look for those successful mining districts from the “old days” which have been overlooked or misunderstood. We also look for those prospects which will have a relatively low cost to determine if there is a large upside potential. GAT and TDM are perfect examples of this approach to acquisitions and exploration.

As a new investor you will want to read our quarterly updates of Mission Azteca because we intend to continue to show you why we invested heavily in ourselves. You might think about telling a friend about Azteca… but be sure to tell them why we stand out: We not only believe the best prospects are yet to be found, we are out finding them and intend to explore them to their full potential at lowest cost and highest return.

    Your fellow investor and President,

    Matthew F. Russell

Die Azteca ist schon sehr interessant. Siehe dort!

OK.V: da gab´s heute eine Empfehlung in D. Darum dort Kursauswuchs.

FCO.TO, ebenfalls Idaho, mit dieser Meldung.
Da geht´s eindutig Richtung Mine, was ja richtungsweisend ist für idaho.

Formation Capital Corporation: Public Shows Support at Forest Service Public Meetings on Idaho Cobalt Project's Draft Environmental Impact Statement
Monday March 26, 8:30 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 26, 2007) - Formation Capital Corporation (Formation) (the Company) (TSX:FCO - News) today reported the public meetings held by the United States Forest Service (USFS) on the Company's proposed Idaho Cobalt Project (ICP) produced a broad display of public support for the project and the jobs it will create at recent hearings conducted in Salmon and Challis, ID, on the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the project.

According to Bill Scales, president of Formation Capital Corporation, U.S., the economic contributions of the environmentally sound mine are projected to include over US $8 million in annual local, state and Federal taxes generated from the mine and result in the creation of 157 well paying jobs in Lemhi & Custer counties.

"A large number of local citizens showed up at our hearing to testify in support of our project and the economic opportunities it will create for both Lemhi & Custer counties," said Bill Scales. "We want to further encourage all those who attended to submit their comments in writing to ensure the Forest Service's record of decision reflects their thoughts," he said, noting that, "The deadline to submit comments is April 24, 2007." Scales added the Company was pleased by the turnouts in both Salmon and Challis at the Company's two informational meetings as well as the USFS hearing. He pointed out that while the USFS prefers specific comments or issues relating to the Draft EIS, it nonetheless accepts generic comments.

"The facts are there and it is easy for all to see. Not only will this mine add a much needed boost to the local economies, but it will do so in an environmentally sound manner while producing a metal vital to many environmental applications," Scales stated, adding, "We are gratified to see the public backing the project first hand, further supporting the views of the public that were outlined in a previous opinion poll."

In December of 2005, Moore Information of Portland, Oregon conducted a telephone survey opinion poll that consisted of 300 interviews among a representative sample of Lemhi county residents 18 years and older. The poll revealed that the economy and jobs were the most important issues on the mind of Lemhi county residents. The survey indicated that after being read a set of facts about the cobalt project, those favoring the project jumped to 84% from 73% with opposition dropping to 6% from 9%.

Formation Capital Corporation is dedicated to the principles of environmentally sound mining and refining practices, and believes that environmental stewardship and mining can co-exist.

Formation Capital Corporation trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol FCO.

CORRECTION Hochschild Mining FY adjusted EBITDA jumps 52 pct UPDATE
    (Corrects attribution in 9th paragraph)

LONDON (AFX) - Hochschild Mining PLC, (Nachrichten) a Peru-based silver and gold mining company, posted a 52 pct rise in full-year results as higher precious metal prices outweighed lower production.

Adjusted EBITDA increased to 107.6 mln usd, from 70.7 mln usd in 2005. House brokers Cazenove had forecast EBITDA of 106 mln usd and Goldman Sachs estimated EBITDA of 115 mln usd.

Attributable after-tax profit from continuing operations surged 89 pct to 46.7 mln usd.

Revenue grew 31 pct to 211.2 mln usd as a 5 pct drop in overall production, announced in January, was more than offset by higher gold and silver prices and a 2 pct decline in costs per tonne.

It plans to pay a final dividend of 0.740 cents per share.

Hochschild forecasts 2007 output of more than 26 mln silver equivalent ounces, up 12 pct from the figure reported in 2006.

The company, which listed on the London main market last November, said it remains on course to deliver its target for organic growth of 50 mln silver equivalent ounces by 2011.

'The listing proceeds, together with our strong yearly cash flow, provide us the necessary resources to expand our existing operations, develop our pipeline of projects, and consider potential acquisitions,' chairman Eduardo Hochschild said in a statement.

'We are looking at precious metal projects throughout the Americas,' said deputy chairman Roberto Danino on a conference call with reporters, adding that the group is looking at investing in both projects and companies.

The company plans to invest 100 mln usd on developing projects this year, up from 60 mln in 2006, and about 250 mln usd on acquisitions, it said on the conference call.

Overall output in 2006 fell to 23.35 mln ounces of silver equivalent from 24.54 mln the previous year due to the anticipated grade decline at its Ares mine.

'We expect this decline to continue into the first quarter of this year as we continue to extract lower grades at Ares, but to be more than fully reversed over the course of the year as we ramp-up throughput at our three operating mines and as we bring three new mines into production starting at the end of the second quarter,' chairman Eduardo Hochschild said.

The company completed the planned expansion of the plant at Ares in 2006, taking its capacity from 280,000 tonnes a year to 325,000 tonnes, and said it is currently producing at the 325,000 tonne-a-year rate.

The company expects to more than double its overall production capacity in 2007.

'The benefits of increasing the number of producing mines from three to six in 2007 will be fully reflected, both operationally and financially, in 2008,' Hochschild said.

Gold production in 2006 declined to 196,000 oz from 232,000 oz, outweighing a rise in silver output to 11.6 mln oz from 10.6 mln.

Current operations for the group are in three mines Peru but it has a number of other projects in development.

Of the existing mines, Arcata's processing capacity will be increased to 420,000 tonnes per year in the second quarter of 2007 and Hochschild anticipates a further expansion to 530,000 tonnes a year in 2009.

A timing difference between production and sale of concentrate, means the group anticipates a shipment of about 692,000 oz of silver and 1,700 oz of gold mined in 2006 to be recognized as revenue in 2007.

Meanwhile, at Selene, the capacity at the concentrator will be expanded to 700,000 tonnes a year in the third quarter of 2007 to accommodate for the extension of the mine and for the start of production from the Pallancata project.

In the first half of 2007, Selene will produce about 424,000 tonnes a year and in the second half 75 pct of plant capacity will be used to treat ore from Selene, while the remaining 25 pct will be used to treat ore from Pallancata.

The mine suffered from the same timing issues as Arcata, resulting in about 635,000 ounces of silver and 3,500 ounces of gold remaining in inventory and expected to add to revenue in 2007.

The company also has three advanced projects: San Jose in Argentina, Pallancata in Peru, and Mina Moris in Mexico, as well as an early stage development in San Felipe in Mexico.

Initial production from Pallancata, where it is operator with a 60 pct interest, is set to begin in the third quarter of 2007 and will amount to about 175,000 tonnes a year.

At San Jose, where it is also operator with a 51 pct stake, it expects to start production in the second quarter of 2007. It has budgeted capital expenditure of 64.7 mln usd on the project this year.

Output at Mina Moris, where it holds 70 pct, is expected to start in the third quarter at an initial capacity of 1.06 mln tonnes a year.
The company said it continues to favour precious metals and believes the silver price trend is set to continue into 2007 on investment and industrial demand. Silver prices jumped 45 pct last year.

    Hallo edel,
(siehe Bericht)

Also da gibt´s vielleicht einiges zum Nachdenken.

Mexico Penoles sees silver output rising
    Wed Mar 21, 2007 7:21PM EDT

By Frank Jack Daniel and Monica Medel

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican miner Penoles (PENOLES.MX: Quote, Profile, Research), the world's top silver refiner, will see output rise gradually for the next few years, then jump by about 10 million ounces in 2010 or 2011 as new projects start up.

Chief Executive Jaime Lomelin, speaking at the Reuters Latin American Investment Summit in Mexico City on Wednesday, said the company had no plans to expand through acquisitions but was increasing its exploration budget to $80 million in 2007 from $60 million in 2006.

"In these boom times for metals it is very difficult to buy companies or well-advanced projects, so we have focused basically on exploration," he said.

Penoles (PENOLES.MX: Quote, Profile, Research), which celebrates its 120th anniversary this year, is known as a cautious company that invests in exploration even when metals prices are low.

"The growth is a little slower, more organic, but in the end it is often cleaner growth," he said.

The company plans to produce 52 million ounces of silver this year, up from 49 million ounces in 2006, Lomelin said.

He said the silver company would increase production by 3 percent to 4 percent in 2008 and 2009 and predicted high metals prices would hold in that period.

"This bubble could last for some years yet, two or three years more," said Lomelin.

He said geopolitical worries were a factor supporting the recent boom and that demand from China and India would mean tight supplies even if the U.S. economy slows this year.

Silver touched a 25-year high of $15.17 in May last year. Futures contracts for May 2007 silver closed down 5.0 cents at $13.32 an ounce on New York's COMEX exchange on Wednesday.

Lomelin said the scramble among mining companies to take advantage of the price surge had caused high cost inflation for everything from tires to skilled personnel.

"The cost of fuel is no longer the same, the cost of labor is no longer the same," he said.

Costs for mining consumables in Mexico rose by about 13 percent last year, he said. Workers won pay raises of about 6 percent in 2006 and will get about the same this year, he said.

Penoles stock gained 3 percent to 118.95 pesos in late trading on Wednesday.

    FRESNILLO
Penoles' production will jump by around 10 million ounces in 2010 or 2011 when projects in the Fresnillo district in central Mexico come on line, he said.

Fresnillo is considered the world's richest silver deposit, and Penoles is investing heavily in new projects in the zone.

Penoles is also investing about $200 million to expand the zinc capacity at its mammoth Metmex multi-metal refinery to 320,000 tonnes from its current 240,000 tonnes over eight years.

The firm refined about 91 million ounces of silver at Metmex last year and said that would not increase significantly in 2007.

    Lupo,
    das ist aber einfach. :D
    Antwort: 10 Maple

Penoles will nächstes Jahr 50 mille oz. produzieren.

    BSG hält 74% an Palmarejo:

    Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corp. (PJO – TSX-v - Cdn$9.40; Target Cdn$11.30; BUY) – 91.0 M Shares Outstanding

Further drilling at Guadalupe continues to demonstrate new mine potential Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corp. reported some additional holes at the Guadalupe target, located approximately 6.5
kilometers from its Palmarejo-Trogan development project, in Mexico.
Highlights are the following three wide, high-grade holes:
    TGDH108D: 11.5 M @ 3.15 g/t Au and 56 g/t Ag (4.1 g/t AuEq)
    TGDH109D: 11.5 M @ 2.45 g/t Au and 194 g/t Ag (5.7 g/t AuEq)
    TGDH110D: 10.5 M @ 7.10 g/t Au and 292 g/t Ag (12.0 g/t AuEq)
1 Our suggestion was prompted by the observation that the International Lead and Zinc Study Group had revised up its
inventory figures, leading us to conclude that Western world zinc markets were in surplus in December and not, as we
    previously thought, in deficit

These holes compare favorably to the average total resource grade of the Palmarejo-Trogan project of 1.92 g/t Au and 180
g/t Ag and average grades of the initial inferred resource estimate at Guadalupe of 0.83 g/t Au and 106 g/t Ag.
Exploration results continue to indicate the intersection of the top of a silver-gold epithermal system.
We are encouraged by the potential of the Guadalupe target, but continue to assign no value to it until such time that
sufficient tonnage is demonstrated to justify a new mining operation. Palmarejo continues to be valued in the market at
1.3x our 0%-discounted estimate of NAV, making it a potentially accretive acquisition target for either a senior silver
producer or an intermediate gold producer. Given that the Palmarejo-Trogan project is fully permitted and near-fully
financed with significant exploration upside, we believe a take-over bid would likely occur prior to the achievement of
    commercial production.
We maintain our BUY recommendation and target price of Cdn$11.30 per share, based on a multiple of 2.0x our 5%-
discounted NPV estimate of the Palmarejo project, plus net non-mining assets. We expect the Palmarejo-Trogan project to
produce 11.7 million ounces of silver and 100,000 ounces of gold per year at an average total cash cost of US$(0.24) per
ounce of silver, over an 8-year mine-life, beginning in 2008.

    Grüße
