Hi Tschonko, auf das Buch warte ich noch immer, wer weiss ob es hier ankommt. Die klauen hier bei Post und Zoll das glaubst du nicht.
Aber was wollen sie schon gross mit dem Buch anfangen

EPZ habe ich kurz vor Weihnachten ums doppelte aufgestockt, die news heute passen mir.
Ich habe die im Schnitt bei 1.60 CAD gekauft und schon vorher die haelfte mit 380% verkauft.
Sie ist eine der ersten Juniors die ich gekauft habe in 2004.

Ich habe vorhin meine GLD streettrackshares bei 64 USD alle verkauft (gut erwischt) und kaufte im Gegenzug schon Weihnachten fuer den selben Betrag physical mit 614 USD. So, das Papiergold bin ich los, die SLV lasse ich noch und CEF bleibt noch lange im Depot.

Kurzes Aufatmen bei 645 und dann hauten sie wieder drauf weil alle Goldbugs zu laut Hurrah schreien.

Ich traue dem Frieden nicht , ich mache nichts ausser die Aktien zu halten.

Das ganze ist eine Kombination vom Neujahrskonzert des PPT und der Vollmondphase die ueber Tage geht.
Schaut am besten gar nicht hin bis zum 15.Januar das ganze ist doch nur kurzfristig.
Vielleicht gibt es eine gute Ueberraschung ?, warten wir mal ab was bis Freitag passiert.
Um die 627-630 und HUI 330 kann man wieder nachladen im Fall es faellt in den Bereich.
Zwei Schritte vorraus und einen zurueck ist normal fuer Gold und Silber.

Other than the overdue drastic price increase, I suspect the next item silver investors are intent on watching, is the fate of users, naked shorts, exchange officials and so-called CFTC regulators (and the members of Congress who sponsored their appointments!) This rightfully includes all CFTC and COMEX personalities who were previously with those organizations, especially from the start of leasing. They have some squirming to do, and let's use Trevor Howard's line as Captain Bligh in "Mutiny on the Bounty" (1962), on them---

While at the annual San Francisco Hard Assets Investment Conference, we hosted James Turk, founder and chairman of GoldMoney.com and coauthor of The Coming Collapse of the Dollar, Roger Wiegand, editor of the Trader Tracks a newsletter that publishes information about gold, silver, and energy, and Ben Johnson, the owner and operator of First Securities Northwest, a prestigious investment management and stock brokerage firm. Ben has been working with mining stocks for over three decades. We gathered these experts together for a lively debate on the future of the gold and silver markets.

James started by saying that investors are now considering the possession of stocks and commodities to be a more secure way to save their money than physically saving their money. As a result there are more investors in the stock market, which includes the precious metals market, and so the demand is driving the various share prices up. Highlighting a similar exodus from the U.S. dollar between nineteen sixty-eight and nineteen eighty-two, James says that the markets for gold and silver are due to rise for several more years.

Ben countered by pointing out because of a titanic amount of “liquidity unleashed the world over” all markets have risen over the last three to four years. This seems to say, in his mind, that there is a lot more money chasing assets.

It is a result of the current monetary crisis that the gold markets are rising, James said. People are evacuating the U.S. dollar by buying gold and silver, commodities that are acting as a safe haven from the lowering value of the dollar.

Ben didn't feel that it's necessary to consider the U.S. dollar as in a state of “crisis”. There are several reasons for it to be weak at the moment, but he doesn't foresee any long term crippling. Roger disagreed, saying that the U.S. dollar is being devalued. The value will keep dropping and doesn't look to rise in the near future.

James responded to Roger's comment by indicating that a low valued U.S. dollar in combination with a four digit gold price, both of which he feels are real possibilities, will be very significant for the financial markets. When that happens, there's going to be a real panic in the U.S. dollar and a flight from that currency. Even now, he continued, people who trade in products denominated by the U.S. dollar are refusing to hold their dollars, converting them to other currencies. As a result, foreign banks are starting to diversify out of the U.S. dollar and are starting to rely more heavily on alternative currencies.

Roger seemed to think that the major foreign banks who we were talking about, Russia, India, China, and those who deal in the petro dollars, would like to shed the US dollar but won't do so rapidly because they would end up setting the market on it's head and “shooting themselves in the foot”.

What's happening is that these people are spending their money on commodities like gold and silver in an effort to evacuate the dollar.

Ben agreed. China, for example, is taking a lot of the dollars that they have accrued to buy real assets. In order to protect yourself in the coming economic shift, he said, you should think about owning gold rather than gold stocks if you're aiming at security. The price of gold tends not to fluctuate during volatile market periods. They hold steady, they stay safe.

James chimed in, saying that, at this point, we are in a period where it becomes profitable to own real things, like gold and silver, rather than ones that are denominated by currency. Gold and the dollar share a related value. As the dollar wanes, gold gains strength. There is an opportunity here for people to buy gold for potentially less than it's worth. The price of gold will only continue to rise. As long as it’s under a thousand U.S. dollars then gold is relatively cheap.

'SA doubly dangerous for kids

It's official - South Africa is a dangerous place for children.

Children here have double the chance of dying an unnatural death compared with kids elsewhere in the world.

And, nearly 8 000 a year are treated for trauma at Red Cross Children's hospital in Cape Town.

These shocking statistics have come to light in a study by Professor Sebastian van As, head of the Children Accident Prevention Foundation South Africa (Capfsa) and also head of the trauma unit of Red Cross Hospital.

Van As is a world authority on paediatric surgery and child-trauma cases.

He and co-author Sudishni Naidoo examine the underlying causes in their recent publication, Paediatric Trauma & Child Abuse

Unnatural causes kill 1 238

Their book reveals that at least 1 128 children were murdered between April 1 2004 and March 31 2005. 22 486 were raped.

In 2003, 1 238 children died of unnatural causes.

The biggest cause of unnatural deaths among children is motor vehicle accidents, says Van As.

Statistics show that in 28% of unnatural deaths in 2003, the victims were pedestrians and in 8% they were passengers in vehicles.

Hospital and Capfsa records show the ages of the nearly 8 000 children admitted to the Red Cross Children's Hospital each year for trauma treatment, vary from less than a year to 14.

More than 1 000 of the injuries to children under 14 each year relate to vehicle accidents.

About 500 children a year are treated for burns and 200 are admitted for child abuse or sexual assault.

Accidents in the home also claim a large number. About 2 000 a year are treated for falls: off beds, down stairs and in playgrounds.

Doctors also treat 800 cases of choking and asphyxiation a year.

Burn wounds and dog bites usually happen near home, and this is where most of the choking cases happen as well.

Van As says the home is regarded as the most-dangerous place for childhood accidents.

In 2003, 14% of children who died unnatural deaths drowned, and 13% because of burns.

The Red Cross hospital treats more than 500 cases of accidental consumption of medication (such as antibiotics and heart pills that are prescribed for other family members) as well as household cleansing agents, rat and other poisons.

Van As said many trauma-related cases involving children were linked to social and economic circumstances.

Altogether, 73% of the children from the Khayelitsha area who were admitted to the Red Cross for treatment, had been hit by cars.

Parents warned

"Children play in the street rather than in playgrounds, and there is insufficient supervision over them.

"The chances of a child from Cape Town having to go to hospital for treatment of violent injuries, is 25 times as high as that of a child in Birmingham, England."

He said children under eight years often did not have the capacity to identify situations that could present danger.

"Parents should be more alert and take more responsibility for the actions of their children," he said.

UFO crashes in SA

Pretoria - A UFO was sighted at Lephalale, where it was described as a strange object "on an orange cloud, singing like a million turbines" - hitting the earth with a bang at 04:33 on Saturday.

That's according to Leonie Ras, the administrative manager of Lephalale (Ellisras) who witnessed the spectacle at her daughter's farm just east of the town on Saturday morning.

"I was lying on my bed reading SMS-messages when I heard a noise like an Airbus aircraft firing up its motors."

"It was raining but there was no thunder or lightning. The noise grew louder and eventually it sounded like a million turbines screaming in unison," Ras said.

She walked to the bedroom window and saw the clouds taking on a bright orange-red colour.

"Suddenly, a bright object plunged from the clouds to the earth, at a terrible speed, and hit the ground with an almighty bang."

"It looked like Haley's comet, round in the front and with an orange-red tail following behind."

When the UFO hit the ground the low-lying clouds went orange.

"It was so exceptional that I started crying. I wished my children and grandchildren could have seen it. I had not been drinking and I was in full control of my faculties," she said.

She calculated that the object must have hit the ground near Beauty, between the Tambotie and Palele rivers.

Cobus Nel, her son-in-law, who was also in the house, woke up from the commotion.

"I woke up to a terrible rumbling, followed by a sound like an explosion. I woke my wife up, so that she could also listen, because the rumbling lasted more than a minute, becoming louder, then we heard the bang," Nel said.

Lephlale's fire service, police and disaster control centres seemed to have slept through the commotion.

"I want someone to go and have a look. The farms here are big, and it could have fallen somewhere, where the farmer doesn't even know about it," Ras said.

Ich moechte mal Euren Bauch sehen mit 50 Jahren.
Das hat man davon wenn man zu oft auf den Goldseiten Forum schreibt anstatt zu joggen.
Es gab mal eine Untersuchung wo man die aeltesten Menschen befragt hat wie sie das Alter erreicht haben. Die meisten lebten in Asien, die rauchten, tranken Alkohol, viel Fleisch und faul wie die Sau.
Nur nicht zu viel die Gelenke und Muskel in Anspruch nehmen man braucht sie fuer das Alter. :D..(die haben auch ihren Verschleiss),klar die Genetik spielt auch eine Rolle.
Ich sah schon einige Sportskanonen die rauchten und tranken nicht viel, rannten 7 km am Tag und vielen um mit 50 Jahren.
Man muss sich nur selber im Spiegel betrachten koennen.
Hmmm, eine gute Runde und ein Orgasmus ist gleich 4 km rennen heisst es. ...Ja, der Blutdruck .... auf den muss man auch aufpassen.
Besonders die Gold und Silber Rookies.

Das mit dem Rueckgang der Silberproduktion in Mexico habe ich auch gelesen, es wird immer knapper und der PoS wird deswegen explodieren.

Zu den Thema wuerde ich sagen das Haus ist min 50 meter ueber den Meeresspiegel gebaut sonst ist das weg in 50 Jahren.
Irgendwann ist das Beachfront Property und steigt vielleicht im Wert.

Ich glaube ich halte es nirgendwo laenger aus als 3-4 Monate auf einen Platz.
Ich strebe mehere Wohnsitze an bis man das gefunden hat wo man endgueltig bleibt. Eine sicheren Zufluchtsort zu haben ist wichtig.
Wer hat schon Bock im Paradise zu sitzen und die Bomben gehen hoch.
Ist schon komisch viele gehen wieder dort zurueck wo sie herkamen, Heimat ist doch Heimat.
Egal ob man z.B. in einen Buddistischen oder Hinduland lebt wenn es darauf ankommt ist und bleibt man doch der ""Auslaender"" und zieht dabei den kuerzeren.
Meistens wie auch wo anders wollen die Leute nur das Beste von Dir..... dein Geld.
Sprache, Mentalitaet, Essen, Ordnung, ein gutes Krankenhaus, Flughafen in der Naehe machen viel aus bei so einer Entscheidung den Wohnort zu wechseln.
Oft hat man das aber die Leute sind komisch, dann ist man auch nicht happy, you know what I mean.
Sich dann abkapseln mit ein paar wenigen Freunden die noch da sind und mit seinen Lebenspartner eine eigene Welt zu fuehren ist auch nicht das wahre.

Wegen Arbeit umziehen brauche ich nicht mehr mit dem Portfolio das ich habe, das soll mal fuer mich arbeiten. 10 Jahre in dem Boot.
Ein IMA Surprise reicht mir zum Start, das ist fuer mich das groesste Pokerspiel in 2007. ..der Koenigsbergerklopse Poker.
Ich mag Vancouver, Phuket , Sydney und im Juli nehme ich mir Kaernten unter die Lupe das wahrscheinlich ein kleines Kanada ist und fuer Europa noch ziemlich sauber ist bei den Landeshauptmann dort wurde mir gesagt.
In Deutschland will ich nicht mehr leben das steht fest trotz seiner guten Seiten die noch da sind.
Ich lese ja was ihr ueber D schreibt, das reicht mir einfach Nein zu sagen und wenn ich an Angela Merkel denke wird mir gleich schlecht.
In Kaernten rennt noch wenig Gesindel rum und ist landschaftlich sowie klimamaessig gut sowie man ist schnell ueberall in Europa.
Keine Ahnung wie die Mentalitaet und Vibes dort sind, wie gesagt es ist nur eine Idee von mir.
Auf alle Faelle habe ich keinen Bock wieder viele Neger und andere Konsorten zu sehen dann kann ich gleich hier bleiben
Wenn man sich ein wenig bewegt ist die Gefahr geringer das man verstumpft durch das immer selbe Umfeld.
Obwohl das lange Fliegen auch keinen Spass mehr macht, hin und wieder wo anders hinschaun ist gut, oft freut man sich wieder was man hat und wo man lebt.
Neuseeland oder Tasmanien mag zwar landschaftlich schoen sein aber bis auf viele Schafe und konservativen Britisch Lifestyle mit eigentlich kalten Klima die meiste Zeit ist es mir zu weit weg vom Schuss. Das Eremitenleben ist nichts fuer mich, einmal war ich in Chile und Argentinien wo es so schoen war das man nach einiger Zeit mit sich selber redet. Wenn man ein gewisse Alter erreicht hat dann hat man keinen Bock in der Wildnis lange zu sitzen mit einer Campingausruestung ohne Telefon bzw. Internet oben drauf.
Eine Mallorca oder Ibiza Insel kannst du mir schenken, das ist das grasse Gegenteil, dort braucht man eine Yacht dann kann man es aushalten fuer einige Zeit :D...selbst dass kann fad werden.
