    - Das US-amerikanische Unternehmen Paramount Gold Mining Corp. (ISIN US69924P1021/ WKN A0HGKQ) schließt mit dem Unternehmen Teck Cominco Ltd. und dessen Tochtergesellschaften in Chile, Peru und Argentinien einen Vertrag zur Gründung einer Allianz mit dem Titel Andean Gold Alliance (AGA).


    Laut den Vertragsklauseln kann Paramount Gold Mining in die AGA übergehen, wenn es Ausgaben in einer Mindesthöhe von 3 Mio. USD über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren übernimmt.
    Zusätzlich müsste Paramount Gold Mining zu diesem Zweck insgesamt 360.000 Wertpapiereinheiten an Teck Cominco emittieren, wovon 210.000 bei Vertragsabschluss und je 50.0000 Wertpapiereinheiten jährlich fällig wären. Jede Wertpapiereinheit umfasst eine Paramount Gold Mining-Aktie sowie einen Warrant, dessen Inhaber innerhalb von zwei Jahren zum Erwerb einer weiteren Aktie berechtigt ist.

    Es kann einen nur wundern das bei höheren Oilpreis alle Kohle,Oil , Gas und sogar Solaraktien in den Keller gingen.


    Die Kurse im moment sind attraktiv für besonderns für Neueinsteiger.


    Auf der anderen Seite gehört ja die Kohle in den Keller... :D

    Der Fall gehört nach Argentinien IMO.
    Ich persoenlich waere mit einen breakeven zufrieden,selbst wenn es jahre dauert.


    Die Zukunft wird es zeigen wie die Geschichte ausgeht,bis dort hin heisst es geduldig abwarten aber nicht paniken.


    Wer im Endeffekt in Navidad Silber rausholt werden wir ebenso sehen,vielleicht bleibt es durch geopolitische probleme auch im Boden.


    Wer weiss ?


    ....Wenn du entdeckst, dass du ein totes Pferd reitest, steig ab.

    Granted my limited knowledge of Canadian law, the verdict is problematic in my view. By extending the "confidential material" to beyond the 2km circumference clause (specified in the Confidentiality Agreement as defining the "Project") it nulifies the clause. This in in contrast to the spirit of the recent Anglogold - Novawest decision which states that a Confidentiality Agreement should offer protection also to the receiving party and should not be interpreted loosely and beyond the area specified by it. The BLEG A data was given only to IMA and could therefore not be considered part of the "Project" as also defined by the 2 km clause. That it was "confidential" in some loose meaning of the term does not infer that it should therefore be covered by the specific CA in question.


    I think there are certainly grounds for an appeal.

    So genau habe ich den Wert von IMA nicht berechnet,das könnt ihr besser. Eure bedenken stimmen zwar aber ich banke nun auf den überraschungseffekt, somit ist IMA eine aktie für spieler. Mir ist es wie schon erwaehnt nun wurst, der depotverlust ist bis jetzt der selbe,nur der ausstieg ist leichter bei 1.85 im vergleich zu 3.30 CAD.
    Die meisten denken so wie ihr,das macht das spiel nun interessant und sicherlich sehr risikoreich.
    Wenn alle so denken wie ihr dann wäre der Kurs noch tiefer als jetzt.
    Tatsache ist das IMA momentan am Schrottplatz liegt, der Aktienwert ist nun relativ schwer zu einzuschätzen.

    Warum brauchte die Richterin so lange für den Urteilsspruch wenn der Fall so klar ist bzw.war ?
    Die Revision kann zwei Gründe haben, einmal um die Aktionäre zu beruhigen oder man hat in dem Fall etwas übersehen.
    Die Revision wird nicht so lange dauern um eine endgültige Entscheidung zu erzielen schätze ich mal.


    Der Haken liegt bei Newmont,die haben die Daten,bzw.deren Geologe der für sie arbeitet an IMA weitergegeben bzw.gezeigt und danach an AQI verkauft.
    Vertrauliche Daten gibt man nicht einer anderen Firma und verkauft die später dann an AQI die dann vor Gericht ziehen.
    Bis dort hin haben alle zugeschaut wie IMA das Gebiet gestaked hat.
    Ich bin kein Jurist aber irgendwo ist da ein Haken bei der Sache,gerade den wird man in der Revision auf den Tisch legen.
    Man sollte eigentlich Newmont verklagen,die haben den Fehler gemacht.
    ...no Newmont officials said anything to IMA like "Here's the BLEG A data you requested, but it is part of the CA and just for your use in evaluating Calcatreau."


    Warum wurde der Fall nicht in Argentinien abgehandelt sondern in Canada ?

    There are several strange things that happened and make me think that this judgement is not against ima it is against joe grosso. ?(


    Die Richterin könnte befangen sein, es ist besser wenn jemand anders nun entscheidet IMO.
    "Eventuell" gibt es einen Kompromiss mit AQI und der sollte eine Kurssteigerung zur folge haben.
    Der kleinste Hoffnungsschimmer genügt,ebenso eine neue Einschätzung von irgend einen "Analysten".
    Es kann sicherlich auch so ausgehen wie Saccard meint,.. ja mei dann eben ein totalverlust den ich in kauf nehme und mit einkalkuliert habe...All or nothing,that´s it !


    We´ll see......wenn nicht verklage ich dann IMA !! :D

    Is IMA a dead cat bounce ?????


    Ulfur das gibt mir zu denken, ich reagiere nun Contrian.
    Ich sagte zwar ich kaufe nicht nach,nichtmal für 10 cents.
    Nach einigen nachdenken gehe ich ein neues risiko ein und kaufte in den letzten Tagen als ich die Kursbewegung und Volumen beobachtet habe.
    IMA hat 60 millionen Aktien, am schwarzen Montag sind 6-8 millionen in die Schlucht geworfen worden und viele Schafe sprangen gleich mit in den Abgrund. Wo sind die anderen 52 millionen ??????
    Selbst wenn 20% der Schafe in den Abgrund gesprungen sind,da sind noch welche die überlegen was sie tun sollen.
    Irgendwie kommt mir vor das IMA nun ausgebombt ist und das volumen hält sich nun in Grenzen,kommt sogar fast auf den Durchschnitt wie vor dem Urteil....Sogar der TT kauft ! :D
    IMA ist immer noch 54 cents wert was sie in der Kasse an Cash haben,so nun gibt es einen neuen Salsa wie damals bei Apollo und ich verdoppelte meine Stückzahl,... weil es eh schon Wurst ist.
    Mein neuer Schnitt ist nun 1.85 CAD. Der Wertverlust in CAD ist der selbe wie an den schwarzen Montag, jedoch meine Stueckzahl hat sich halt verdoppelt.
    Bei Apollo und Tumi hat es geklappt, vielleicht auch mit IMA ?..mal schaun. :rolleyes:
    So nun lege ich den Stock in die Abteilung Depotleichen und lasse mich überraschen wie es weiter geht. Eventuell braucht AQI dann IMA oder umgekehrt,irgend etwas wird sich schon passieren,selbst wenn es Jahre dauert.


    Hopp oder Tropp ....maybe there is a happy ending und die Katze überlebt das ganze :rolleyes:...who knows ?

    After IMA announced their discovery of Navidad, Newmont didn't complain or jump up and down and accuse IMA of using the BLEG A data to find and stake Navidad or demand a 50% part of it.



    :rolleyes:Then, Newmont inexplicably turned around and sold the BLEG A data to AQI, literally handing them this lawsuit, which allowed AQI to hijack Navidad, apparently all very neat and legal.


    At the trial, I believe Newmont officials testified that they felt it was understood that the BLEG A data was part of the CA. They did not let IMA off the hook by testifying that they somehow gave IMA the friendly impression or the okay to go ahead and use it and see what you can find.


    Did Newmont not recognize that IMA used the BLEG A data to find and stake Navidad?


    If they did, why would they turn around and sell the data to AQI knowing the trouble that could cause?... $$$$$$$$$


    Newmont must not have recognized what IMA did or if someone at Newmont did notice what IMA did, they didn't convey that to the powers that be who made the decision to sell it to AQI and set up this lawsuit. The right hand wasn't communicating to the left hand.


    ....makes me think , ones they give the data to IMA, later NEM sells it to AQI,and suddenly claim the data was confidential ???


    Fact is that NEM gave IMA the Bleg data, confidential or not confidential !


    The whole thing stinks somehow, does´nt it ?...... good dog NEM.

    Take a fresh look at Massey Energy (MEE)....I think they are trading at a bargain today.
    An analyst rating caused a sell off but if you look at their website and look at the report from 27th July I feel this rating is overdone.
    I loaded up cheap coal, how about you ?

  • Wie geht es auf dem Goldmarkt weiter

    Ich komme gerade wieder mal von USA zurück,es gibt da drei Schichten.
    Die in der mitte des Landes sind eigentlich die richtigen Amerikaner,denn die Unterschiede zu denen die an der Ost oder Westküste leben sind schon enorm.
    Die Bush Administration ist das Problem, es gibt viele die gegen sie sind.
    Diese Menschen halte ich für vernünftig denn sie sehen welches Chaos dieser Raubritter schafft.
