I'm from Finland, and I have a problem with ordering coins from http://www.mp-edelmetalle.de
I wonder if anyone here can help me with contacting them, or solving the problem I have with their website.
When I try to order items, I get the following message:

Ihre Bestellung überschreitet den maximalen Bestellwert für den Versand nach Finnland.

So it seems that my order exceeds the maximum order value that can be dispatched to Finland. However, I get this message regardless of the value of my order. Even if I try to order a single silver coin, I still get that message.
I have sent mp-edelmetalle e-mails about this problem (both in English, and in German with the help of a friend) but they have not responded. I haven't called them, because I do not speak German 
At least to my knowledge mp-edelmetalle does send their products to Finland, so I don't understand why my orders are not working. Any ideas what could be the problem?
