Ecora (LSE:ECOR)(TSX:ECOR) announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a 0.85% Gross Revenue Royalty ("GRR") over the Phalaborwa Rare Earths Project ("Phalaborwa" or the "Project") located in South Africa for a total cash consideration of US$8.5 million.

In connection with the royalty acquisition and in addition to the cash consideration, Ecora has subscribed for 10,442,427 new ordinary shares in Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd ("Rainbow"), the majority owner of the Phalaborwa project, for US$1.5 million in cash. Rainbow is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: RBW).

Drüben im Forum von ceo.ca hatte vor Wochen jemand irgendeine KI (weiß nicht mehr ob chatgpt, perplexity oder was immer sonst) zu einem möglichen Crash im Oktober befragt.

Die KI hat basierend auf allen möglichen Daten ein Oktobertief für den 21.10. prognostiziert/berechnet.

Dieses Datum steht in meinem Kalender.

Es sieht aus wie ein Preisverfall, aber tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Finanzierungsverknappung.

Und die Ironie dabei? Eine solche Flut verschlimmert nur die nächste Verknappung. Wenn der Verkauf aufhört und echte Metallgebote zurückkehren, wird es weniger Leerverkäufe, weniger Liquidität und keinen Puffer mehr geben, um die Bewegung einzudämmen.
