acton Gold to Acquire JV on Advanced Gold Project at Red Lake

VANCOUVER, Jan. 31, 2020 - Pacton Gold Inc. (TSXV: PAC, OTC: PACXF, FSE: 2NKN) (the "Company" or "Pacton") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding letter of intent (the "LOI") with TomaGold Corporation (TSXV: LOT) ("TomaGold"), whereby the Company will acquire all of TomaGold's interest, being 39.5%, in a joint venture it currently holds with Evolution Mining and Newmont Corporation (formerly GoldCorp when TomaGold entered into the joint venture) on the Sidace Lake Property (the "Property"). Located in the Red Lake District, Ontario, Sidace Lake is contiguous to Pacton's current claim package (Figures 1 and 2) and is an advanced gold project with over 81,600 meters if historic drilling. Pacton will enter the joint venture as project Operator and plans to aggressively expand the mineralized zones at the project with exploration drilling.
About the Sidace Lake Property
The Sidace Lake Property is located 28 km north east of the town of Red Lake, at the northern extent of the Red Lake Greenstone belt. Historic drilling highlights are summarized in Table 1. Pacton intends to commence a expansion drilling program at the Sidace Lake Property while continuing the ongoing exploration program at its current Red Lake properties.

Terms of the LOI
Under the terms of the LOI, which will be formalized by a definitive agreement to be entered into between the parties, the Company must pay and issue the following to TomaGold:- Upon final acceptance of the transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"), pay $250,000 and issue 10,000,000 common shares;
- Within six months of TSXV acceptance, pay $250,000 and issue $800,000 worth of common shares at a price per share equal to the greater of $0.16 and the 5-day VWAP of the Company's shares immediately preceding the date of issuance; and
- Upon the Company filing a National Instrument 43-101 technical report on the Property showing a gold resource estimate of 750,000 oz AU or greater, issue 4,166,666 common shares.
TomaGold must receive the written approval of Newmont Corporation to the acquisition prior to entering into the definitive agreement.
The transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSXV.

Sehe ich nicht, @Edelmetallgewitter, sehr unwahrscheinlich. Falls überhaupt, sollte 26 eine starke Unterstützung darstellen.

Die Optionsbezieher werden sich bestimmt nicht mit 10,20% zufrieden geben. -
Man darf aber auch nicht vergessen, es ist halt in der Branche so üblich und Gang und Gäbe. Es ändert auch auch nichts an fundamentalen Fakten. Daher bleibe ich hier dabei.

Nachdem die Goldminen kaum mitgestiegen sind, können sie ohnehin kaum korrigieren.
Die meisten trauen dem Braten offenbar noch nicht so recht. Politische Börsen haben bekanntlich kurze Beine.
Sollte sich jedoch der Goldpreis auf dem derzeitigen Niveau verfestigen, dann werden die Minen mittelfristig mitziehen.Mitziehen... Eigentlich müssten die richtig marschieren ala 2016. Geschweige denn die Explorer. Aber leider ist es wie es ist... Deppenmarkt halt!

Der ganze Aktien-Deppen-Markt schreit seit Tagen und Wochen nach einer Korrektur. Nichts passiert diesbezüglich!

Ich bin etwas überrascht, dass die Stimmung so schnell kippt - gerade unter uns Mineninvestoren müsste doch das Fell etwas dicker sein!
Naja. Ich rede jetzt von mir und so wird es wohl vielen ergehen:
Wir haben jetzt 3,5 Jahre gewartet und uns in diesen ausgemalt, wie schön das Leben wird mit vielen Minen im Depot, wenn gold >1400 ausbricht. Insgeheim hat man an ein noch besseres 2016 geglaubt. Und jetzt?
Gold war fast bei 1600$ und die meisten Minen stehen noch deutlich unter ihren 2016er Hochs. Bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen. -
Schaut mal auf den RSI, Jungs. Wir sind tatsächlich etwas heißgelaufen. Ich bin ab heute kurzfristig Short im POG, bei Silber sieht das Bild übrigens nicht anders aus. Die Minen gebe ich aufgrund des Spreads nicht aus der Hand. Lasst uns mal 5-10 Handelstage durchschnaufen, erste Unterstützungen testen, die vorher Widerstände waren - und dann wieder mit voller Kraft voraus. Bislang lief doch alles nach Plan, die Kursentwicklung seit Anfang Dezember so wie von uns allen im Oktober erträumt. Gold und Silber werden 2020 trotzdem nicht zu stoppen sein.

Das Problem was ich einfach habe ist, dass es die letzten Jahre immer so war, dass nach so einer Kerze wie heute, eine massive Abverkaufswelle folgte. Als Beispiel möchte ich die USA-Wahl 2016 anführen. Danach fogten 2,5 Jahre Elend, Leid und Selbstmordversuche in unseren Lager.

Alles in allem könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass die Minen aufgrund der nun doch schon sehr offensichtlichen Schwäche einen baldigen Rückgang der EM Preise vorwegnehmen.
Warum auch nicht? Warum sollte man wertloses Metall bzw. Minen kaufen, wenn man die Aktie des größten Lügenabrons, Elon Musk so günstig haben kann? Immerhin lacht Elon doch immer so nett, wie ein kleiner Bub. Das kann doch nur was werden!
Oder Apple, soooo cooooool diese Marke, Yea Man!
Oder SHOPIFY, Amazon 2.0. Yeaaaaa!!!Ich könte im strahl wieder kotzen heute. Ist das alles nur noch eine ekelhafte, elende betrügerische Verarsche!!!

Ich sehe es schon kommen, die verkünden ihre Bohrergebnisse wenn Gold wieder den Rückwärtsgang einlegt und egal wie gut oder schlecht diese sind, mit in den Sog gezogen werden.

Ich denke mal das die positiven Nachrichten bald folgen werden. Die ersten Bohrergebnisse dürften ja auch bald rauskommen / veröffentlicht, oder? Vielleicht läuft die Charttechnik auch vor und zeigt das die "besser informierten Kreise um Eric Sprott" schon ein- bzw. nachkaufen, was den Kurs nach Oben treibt. ...

Seit 02.12 ist der Abwärtstrend vom Alllzeithoch gebrochen (siehe Bild). Und der Ausbruch über 0,086 / 0,087 € ist vollzogen (aus einem aufsteigendes Dreieck heraus nach Oben). Eine Bodenbildung scheint also vollendet. Ich hatte ja schon letzten Mittwoch darauf hingewiesen, das sowas bevor zu stehen scheint. Dieser wird hoffentlich auf Wochenbasis bestätigt werden. Gestern lief es phantastisch bis 0,10 € mit über zwanzig Prozent Plus an einem Tag. Aber bei 0,102 € ist ein dicker Widerstand nach Oben. Horizonal, sowie GD 20 = Mittleres Bollingerband und GD 38 auf Wochenbasis. Mal sehen, was geht. Wenn es über 0,102 € auf Wochenschluss gehen sollte, dann wäre dies ein weiteres starkes Kaufsignal. Mal sehen was geht. Ich habe ja, wie beschrieben mich auf die Charttechnik verlassen und ordentlich nachgekauft und bin jetzt auch im Plus. Ich denke mal, das wir uns aktuell in eine entscheidende wegweisenden Phase bei Pacton befinden.
Dann kann ja, sofern gute News dazu kommen, nichts mehr schief gehen!

Und wo wir schon dabei sind. Bei Tudor Gold bin ich vor kurzer Zeit eingestiegen, bevor sich das charttechnische Kaufsignal gebildet hat. Und dies Investment hat sich danach gut entwickelt. Bestimmt auch so ein merkwürdiger Zufall, wo ich einfach nur Glück gehabt habe. ...
