Tatsächlich eine Untersuchung aufgrund unüblicher Handelsaktivitäten - "PRETIVM INITIATES INQUIRY INTO TRADING OF ITS SHARES".

GSilver Completes First Sale of Precious Metals Concentrate, Accesses US$1.5m from Ocean Partners Facility

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / October 28, 2021 / Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (the "Company"or "GSilver") (TSXV:GSVR)(OTCQX:GSVRF) is pleased to announce that its first shipment of precious metals concentrate from its newly refurbished El Cubo mill has been delivered and sold as per the Company's previously announced concentrate sales agreement with Ocean Partners UK Ltd. (see Sept. 23, 2021 news release).
    Concentrate Sales:
A total of approximately 75 tonnes of bulk silver and gold concentrate worth approximately US$480,000.00 was delivered and sold during the week of October 18. The concentrate graded approximately 200 ounces per tonne silver and 2 ounces per tonne gold and was milled and produced at the Company's newly refurbished El Cubo processing plant from silver and gold bearing material currently stockpiled at the El Cubo storage yard (see Oct. 12, 2021 news release). GSilver has received an initial provisional payment for the concentrate, representing 90% of its payable value. The additional 10% payment will be paid when remaining details regarding this initial shipment are finalized. Future shipments are anticipated to be larger and of higher grade as the Company ramps-up production to its planned mineral processing levels of ~ 22,500 tonnes per month by the end of January 2022.
"With this first sale of concentrate, we have completed the transition to the status of a silver and gold producer and established a new precious metals company in the heart of Mexico," said GSilver Chairman and CEO James Anderson. The success of the El Cubo Mine re-start is due to the technical excellence of our Mexican operations team. It highlights a company focused on business execution, while honouring social and environmental obligations and I applaud everyone at Guanajuato Silver as we work to complete the ramp-up phase at El Cubo with the same level of efficiency that has defined our progress to date."
    Production Ramp-Up:
In the first few weeks of production, GSilver has achieved several important milestones. Silver recoveries have averaged 82% with gold recoveries averaging approximately 74%. The Company anticipates that recoveries will improve over the next several weeks as the ramp-up continues. Also, during the ramp-up, the number of tonnes put through the plant on a daily basis had continued to increase. Starting with an average of approximately 600 tonnes per day of throughput, on October 17ththe Company achieved daily throughput of over 1000 tonnes for the first time - another important achievement.
    Financial Liquidity:
The Company has received the provisional proceeds of its first sale of concentrate from El Cubo and contemporaneously received an additional US$1,500,000 from Ocean Partners UK Ltd., as part of an 18-month financing facility described in the Company's Sept. 23rd news release. The Company currently has over US$5.0m in cash, with additional silver and gold concentrate sales now ongoing.
    About Guanajuato Silver Co. Ltd.:
GSilver is a precious metals producer engaged in reactivating past producing silver and gold mines near the city of Guanajuato, Mexico. The Company is currently producing silver and gold at its 100% owned El Cubo Mine, while simultaneously advancing the nearby El Pinguico Mine to restart. Both projects are located within 11km of the city of Guanajuato, which has an established 480-year mining history.

President Pedro Castillo and Corani Communities Express Support for Bear Creek Mining and the Corani Silver Project

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 20, 2021) - Bear Creek Mining Corporation (TSXV: BCM) (OTCQX: BCEKF) (BVL: BCM) ("Bear Creek" or the "Company") is extremely pleased to announce that representatives from the towns and villages of the Corani District were received by the President of Peru, Pedro Castillo Terrones at the Presidential Palace on Friday, October 15, 2021. During the meeting community representatives formally and unequivocally expressed their support for Bear Creek Mining's development, construction and operation of the Corani silver deposit. President Castillo in turn welcomed their statement of support, declared that, "investment with responsible companies" is welcome in Peru, and committed to the delegation that he and the Peruvian government will support development of the Corani project in order to bring the project to fruition, stating he "will take Corani as an example for future investment desires."
Edmundo Cáceres Guerra, mayor of the town of Corani, led the delegation that included the district president of the communities, leaders of the local villages of the area, and representatives from the Rondas Campasinas, and stated on behalf of the group, "The entire people of the province of Carabaya, of approximately 10,000 families, will be happy because a better future awaits them."
"We are very appreciative of the support we have received from the leaders and residents of communities surrounding our Corani project," states Anthony Hawkshaw, President and CEO of Bear Creek Mining. "We will develop the Corani project in a manner that protects the environment and contributes to the sustainable development, growth and quality of life of local communities, with respect for the traditions, customs and ancestral relationships of the indigenous people of the area. We take great pride in working hand in hand with local communities and celebrate the accomplishments achieved to ensure a brighter future for the people of the Corani District. We are also grateful to President Castillo for his support of the Corani District communities and are honored by his recognition that Bear Creek and the Corani project exemplify the ideals of responsible mining and social benefit."
Amongst the many examples of community benefit generated by the Corani project is Bear Creek's recently completed construction of the Antapata electrical substation. As part of the Company's early works program and in consultation with local communities this project was initiated in 2018. The substation, connected to the Peruvian national energy grid, will transform 138 kilovolts ("kV") energy to 22.9kV energy for distribution to Macusani and numerous villages in the Corani District by an electrical transmission line under construction by the Company. This will alleviate the regular power brownouts these people experience. The transmission line will also deliver high tension power to the Corani site and link to high-speed internet service. For decades to come consistent and reliable electrical supply and modern internet accessibility will be vitally important for the region's well-being.
Corani is one of the largest yet-to-be developed silver deposits in the world. The project has been granted all key permits including an approved ESIA, construction permits and accreditation of water availability. It was also the first industrial project in Peru to undergo the state-run Consulta Previaprocess for which it received 100% community support.

Gerade massive Umsätze in Galane Gold.

Genesis Metals Signs Exploration Agreements with First Nations and Further Expands October Gold Project, Ontario to 26,430 ha

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 28, 2021) - Genesis Metals Corp. (TSXV: GIS) ("Genesis" or the "Company") today reports it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with two First Nations regarding exploration activities on its 100% owned October Gold project in the Swayze greenstone belt, Ontario. In addition, it has further expanded the size of the property by an additional 46 claims and 1,000 hectares; the October Gold project now totals 1,276 claims covering 26,430 hectares (264.3 square kilometres).
The Company has signed MOU's with both the Flying Post First Nation, part of the Wabun Tribal Council, and the Chapleau Cree First Nation. The MOU sets out a framework to facilitate Genesis Metals' exploration activities on the October Gold project. As a part of these agreements the Company has issued a total of 100,000 units consisting of 100,000 common shares and 100,000 common share purchase warrants which allow the holder to acquire an additional common share for $0.30 for a period of two years.
"We are very pleased to have this opportunity to establish a strong working relationship with the Flying Post and Chapleau Cree First Nations. Their support will be a key factor in being able to advance our exploration priorities on the October Gold project for the benefit of all stakeholders," stated David Terry, CEO.
Genesis has acquired by staking an additional 46 claims covering 1,000 hectares along the properties southwestern boundary to cover an area with outcropping quartz-carbonate veining and stockwork hosted by highly strained mafic volcanic rocks. This brings the project to 1,276 claims covering 26,430 hectares, or 264 square kilometres. This recent expansion of the October Gold project is in addition to the claims acquired along the projects northern boundary that was announced on June 30, 2021 that included an additional 81 claims; 1,758 hectares. In addition, the Company has now successfully consolidated title to all (100%) of the claims comprising the property.
The October Gold project is located in the southern Swayze greenstone belt in eastern Ontario which represents the southwestern extension of the Abitibi greenstone belt, considered to be one of the most well-endowed mineral belts in the world for precious and base metal deposits. Despite being underexplored, the property has prospective geology, structural setting, and is located in a belt with significant regional gold endowment. The property covers an ~15 kilometre extent of the Ridout deformation zone (RDZ), a major structural break believed to represent the western extension of the renowned Kirkland Lake break. The RDZ is associated with the Cote Gold and Jerome gold deposits, 35 and 8 kilometres to the southeast of October Gold, respectively, owned by IAMGOLD Corporation and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. Ltd. The Company will be carrying out a multifaceted exploration program over the remainder of 2021 and into 2022 to refine and identify prospective gold targets on the large strategically located property.
The Company will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and intends to comply with all government directives. Genesis Metals Corp. has enacted protocols designed to inhibit the spread of the COVID-19 virus to safeguard the health and safety of local communities and its workforce.

    @PatroneLupo und @warum

    Hi @Magor

Great Bear Resources -> 33 Mio Can$ bis zu 17 Can$ pro Aktie
    https://ceo.ca/@newswire/great…l-private-placement-b804e

    Vizsla (Resources) Silver -> 30 Mio Can$ 1,87 Can$ und Warrants zu 2,40 Can$
    https://ceo.ca/@newswire/vizsl…ribed-c30-million-private
