Irgendwo muss ich das wieder reinholen und abschreiben als Erfahrung.

Reizen wuerde es mich schon morgen wieder andere Minen ausser IMA nachzuladen aber ich hab nicht mehr viel Luft bei dem margin.

As long as South Africa's economy continues to boom, immigrants from neighbouring states will continue to flood the country, Home Affairs Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula said on Thursday.

Addressing MPs during her Budget Vote debate, Mapisa-Nqakula said economic migration was an international phenomenon confronting every region of the globe.

"There is not a country in the world which does not face an influx from its neighbours if it is economically more stable.

"It is logical that our economy would be a magnet for economic migrants from the region," she said.

Mapisa-Nqakula, who was speaking against the backdrop of mounting concerns on the growing number of refugees in the country, particularly Zimbabwean citizens, reminded MPs about the important role played by migrant workers in the development of the country's economy.

"South Africa has long relied on those workers to help build our economy," she said.

However, Mapisa-Nqakula said this did not mean the department was absolving itself from the responsibility to enforce the country's immigration laws. "That is not to say that we should invite or even tolerate a free for all.

"As Home Affairs we have a role in regulating the status of those who come from other countries looking for work and in administering the protection the law offers to genuine asylum seekers."

The backlog in the processing of asylum seekers' permanent residence applications, Mapisa-Nqakula said, would soon be a thing of the past.

"Already, we are able to report that since our last budget debate we have been able to clear the backlog of 13 000 applications for permanent residences," she said.

Navidad Appeal Judgment Against IMA Exploration

(IMR-AMEX, IMR-TSX.V) announces that the British Columbia Court of Appeal has delivered its judgment in the litigation regarding the Navidad project (Court of Appeal File No. CA034280). The Court has upheld the judgment delivered on July 14, 2006, and has not granted IMA a new trial before the Supreme Court of British Columbia or any of the other remedies sought on appeal.

IMA will seek leave to appeal the judgment to the Supreme Court of Canada.

The Navidad project will continue be operated under the terms of the Interim Project Development Agreement during any appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Du hast Recht was du schreibst, mich wuerde interessieren welche Vermutung du hast was mit Gold und den PM Aktien passiert wenn der andere Markt einbricht.

Ich habe ein Problem das Gold und die PM Aktien im fast gleichen Schritt mitfallen wenn ich mir die Charts anschaue die sowieso schon dreimal kraeftig attakiert wurde beim HUI und POG z.B.

Vielleicht hauen die den erstmal so richtig eine drauf wie jetzt vor dem Crash und vorbereiten den Bullrun von Gold und deren Aktien und die fallen gar nicht was auch moeglich ist beim Crash am DJ z.B.

Wie lange kann das dauern das die unten bleiben falls sie mitbaden gehen ist eine andere Frage.

Wenn ich mir anschaue was Ende Dezeber und Januar war sind die PM Aktien schon einmal voll ausgewaschen worden als Geld vom Markt via Yen carry trade abgezogen wurde.

Die Flucht ins Cash oder Gold was kommt als erstes und was kommt spaeter ?

Falls die PM Aktien und der POG fallen sollte braucht man einen gesunden puffer um die zwischenzeit auszusitzen.

Wie gross soll der sein ..10 -20 - 30 % ?

Ich hoffe wir brauchen keinen nach dem letzten washout.

Der PM Markt ist bestimmt nicht ueberhitzt eher eiskalt, was soll da noch fuer eine Panik aufkommen wenn fast jeder weiss das Gold steigen wird nach dem Crash und Inflation.

SMS crimeline launched

Johannesburg

A safe way for the public to report suspected crime - anonymously by SMS - was announced in Johannesburg on Thursday.
Citizens suspecting crime can send an SMS from their cellphones to the number 32211 and remain anonymous.

Police Commissioner Jackie Selebi said police would do everything in their power to make this initiative - called "Crime Line" - work.

"I think the crime we need to concentrate on is housebreaking, because [that crime is associated with] a number of other offences, such as murder, rape and crime."

Crime Line was a joint venture between the SA Police Service and Primedia.

Last year the public was asked to SMS a Johannesburg radio station if they suspected criminal activities taking place. This led to many arrests.

Sixty finger print identification scanners, costing R45 000 each, were also presented to the police at Thursday's launch. The money was raised by radio listeners.

The scanner allows the police to identify people with their thumb prints, and gives access to information such as criminal records.

Safety and Security Minister Charles Nqakula, who was also present, said he was very optimistic about the venture.

"We have to deal with the criminals in this country and through this initiative, I see a much brighter country."

Primedia's project co-ordinator Yusuf Abramjee said the idea came about because the public were becoming too scared to report any crime.

"We need to break the silence in order to make the country a safer place to live in. I am a hundred percent confident that this will work."

A data centre was opened in Sandton, and the captured information will be sent directly to the police.

The service is available 24 hours a day and each SMS cost R1.

The warning signs are there

I could list another 3 or 4 times the examples - as above - of why I am sure that we are at the peak of the world financial/stock bubbles. In particular, any weakening of the US/China industrial / trade economy will lead to rapid unwinding of stock and commodity markets, because speculative froth will flee, among other things.

My subscribers have been following these trends for months. They are major reasons why I have stated that commodities are going to be at risk of big falls, and that gold will be associated.

Stocks in general will be hit badly if a crash happens and is not contained. There are always risks of some major geopolitical event that can spike gold, in particular, but overall, the macro environment is clearly looking to peak in commodity and financial markets - probably this year.

It is my belief that the world is going to see major stock sell offs this year. The latest drops in February, and China's stock weakness, are only the first stages. As I said, there are many reasons - not just looks at the stock indexes.

White staff want to leave Eskom

In a damning report on Eskom's skills situation, trade union Solidarity on Thursday revealed that 75% of Eskom's 5 000 white staff are considering quitting the company.

In an attempt to stop the skills rot, Solidarity called for a moratorium on affirmative action for five years at the state power utility.

Solidarity's deputy general secretary Dirk Hermann said Eskom can impose the affirmative action moratorium without abandoning its commitment to transformation.

He said Eskom already achieved in March 2006 the 2014 black economic empowerment targets of 64% black managerial representation.

In addition, Eskom is close to reaching its own 64% black managerial representation target by 2010.

Findings from his Phd in the alienation of the non-designated group, Hermann found that:

Workers show understanding for affirmative action, but 80% feel that it is not being implemented correctly.

93% feel that promotion through hard work is out of the question.

73% feel that affirmative action prevent them from achieving their personal goals.

99% feel that they cannot influence Eskom's affirmative action policy.

95% feel that promotion is not based on merit.

93% feel that promotion is determined by affirmative action.

77% feel that there is no future for them in Eskom.

74% do not feel that they are part of Eskom.

85% feel that they do not form part of Eskom's future plans.

75% feel that they cannot determine their own career path.

75% are thinking of leaving the company.

64% feel that their relationship with black colleagues has deteriorated.

Ich sehe das auch so, die Rohstoff Hausse kann bis 2020 gehen.

Mein Bauchgefuehl sagt mir auch das erst ab 2008 der Markt fuer viele Investoren interessant wird und der erste Pfeffer reinkommt.

800 - 900 USD koennte die Bandbreite werden, je nach Inflation, Weltpolitik, Zinsen und Wirtschaftslage.

IMO in 2015 spaetestens ist dann der groesste Dampf raus, wobei ich persoenlich in Deckung gehe ab 2012.

Die ersten Profitmitnahmen mache ich schon ab 2010, das ratet mir mein Horoskop.

Gute Idee ist wenn man verdoppelt hat dann ein drittel oder die haelfte weg und einen Freilauf mit dem Rest bis weiss ich wie lang.

Das Geld wird wieder umgewandelt in physischen Gold und Immobilien die erstmal fallen werden wenn die ersten pleite sind durch Inflation.

Laut Aussagen von Astrologen befindet sich Amerika mitte 2009 im grossen Krieg im nahen Osten der fast drei Jahre dauern kann.

Wenn die Russen oder Chinesen mitmischen dann werden es besonders harte Zeiten.

Amerika verliert den Krieg und das Imperium bricht auseinander, China wird Welt und neue Wirtschaftsmacht.

Ob es uns dann besser geht als unter den Amis steht in den Sternen.

Also geduldig sein, besser so als eine POG Explosion und dann der grosse Fall nach unten.

Wer sich jetzt eindeckt wird verdoppeln wenn er solange warten kann.

Eine Werterhaltung ist es auf jeden Fall, niemals mit Cash in der Bank oder unter der Matratze.

Eine Rezession, Hyperinflation und Krieg kommt wenn man die Zeichen an der Wand anschaut.

Leider ....siehe 1930 und was danach kam.
