So, the gold is gone, and the public will not find out that the gold is gone. The gold is nevertheless gone. Gone in the sense of outside of control by central banks. It is inside the dowries of women in India and a small handful of goldbug investors.....

CONCLUSION

Who is going to win the gold wars? Holders of gold. The big winners will be Indian wives whose fathers gave them a lot of gold as a dowry. The rest of us gold bugs will also do well. The general public will never catch on in time, and by the time that it occurs to even 10% or 20% of investors that they better by gold, it will cost them so much to get into the market that they will not make the kinds of profits that today's gold investors are going to make.

Jason Honmmel, eigentlich bekannter Silberspezi, mit einigen Überlegungen zu Bewertungsansätzen Gold.

Nicht unbedingt neu, aber immer wieder interessant und mit Vergleichszahlen.

Bei dieser Gelegenheit wird stets deutlich, warum die Golddeckung aufgegeben wurde: Fiatsintflut ohne Ende....

"World production of silver is 600 million oz./year.
World production of gold is 80 million oz./year.
World production of platinum is 8 million oz./year.
World production of palladium is 7 million oz./year.....

n sum, we have several ideas on where gold will go:

If the Trade Deficit were paid by 26% of the world's mined precious metals, which is clearly an undersatement: $18,099/oz.

If the US Gross Domestic Product were equal to 26% of the world's mined precious metals, an overstatement: $316,742/oz.

If the Annual Budget of the USA were equal to 26% of the world's mined precious metals: $67,873/oz.

If M3, money in US Banks, were equal to the official US gold held in Ft. Knox, etc.: $53,639/oz.

The last two figures are much more realistic, and surprisingly close to each other...."

Wenn die Stimmung / das Sentiment am Tiefpunkt ist, ist der Umschwung nahe.
"Ist das Licht am dunkelsten, naht der Morgen."

Sogar schön in der Grafik zu erkennen, einer der besten (Kontra)Indikatoren.
"Die Mehrheit hat immer unrecht."

Leider gibt es keinen aktuellen Hulbert Gold Sentiment Indikator, der seit Jahren das gleiche nachweist.

Ja, so gut dies auch klingt: Diese Medaille hat 2 Seiten :
------ Gut, daß offensichtlich Gold immer weiteres Anlageinteresse findet und somit das Gegengewicht gegen Papiergold steigt. Immerhin finden viele Anleger relativ einfach und schnell Zugang zu Gold.
------ Schlecht hingegen, daß es kumuliert als ETF exitiert, und nicht in physischer Form bei Einzelpersonen / Gruppen.Wie schon öfter diskutiert, sind Vorbehalte nicht unberechtigt.... Wer schließt aus, daß und unter welchen Umständen auch immer, dieses Gold teilverkauft--wie geschehen-- verliehen oder in diskreter Weise mit dem Goldkartell darüber verfügt wird !!?? Wie hoch überhaupt Gold dort physisch existitiert, ist ein anderes Thema....

Da mag ich nicht den Teufel an die Wand malen, jedenfalls sind diese kumulierenden ETF viel leichter angreifbar als Individuen!
