Kinross Gold Corporation announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with the Highland Gold Mining group to sell 100% of its Russian assets for total consideration of $680 million in cash.
1. Kupol mine (produzierend, auslaufend)
2021: 481koz Au, 2022: 350koz Au, LoM bis 2025 (noch 4 Jahre), Reserves 1.2moz
2. Udinsk project in Khabarovsk Krai (FS in Bearbeitung per 2022)
4.2moz Resources, resp. 2moz Resrves, Produktionsbeginn 2025, 7 Jahre, knapp 300koz p.a.
Polymetal International
Basis: In 2021, Kazakhstan operations generated 43% of the Group’s Adjusted EBITDA and 48% of its net earnings. Kazakhstan operations represent 40% (12 Moz) of Polymetal’s gold equivalent reserves.
Dies bedeutet rund 18moz Reserves ohne Explorationpotenzial. Ohne POX2.
