Jim Sinclair platzt der Kragen angesichts der immensen Short-Aktivitäten von Hedge-Fonds und anderen Short-Pools, die mit nackten Leerverkäufen die Kurse von so vielen Junior-Werten in den letzten Monaten gewaltig gedrückt haben. Er schlägt nun so etwas wie die Gründung einer Handelskammer für Explorer- und Juniors vor, deren erste Aufgabe es sein müsste, die Spuren der illegalen Shortpositionen zu verfolgen und öffentlich zu machen. Er ersucht darum, dass Investoren von Explorern/Juniors sich mit einer diesbezüglichen Bitte ( siehe untenstehenden Text) an die Unternehmensführung ihrer Minenwerte richten. Die Sache würde in einer Mitteilung an das Management der Juniors bestehen, sich an ihn bzw. an seinen Mitarbeiter zu wenden, um eine solche gemeinsame Anstrengung voranzubringen.
Ich selbst halte die Sache für richtig und werde dies auch tun, auch weil ich ihm insoweit vertraue, als er davon überzeugt ist, dass die nun im Verborgenen stattfindenden Aktionen sehr wohl irgendwie mit legalen Mitteln (Rückverfolgung aller verdächtigen Trades) ans Licht gebracht werden könnten.
Was er nicht sagt, was aber hingegen meine Ansicht darstellt, ist, dass es auch Hedgefonds und entsprechende Long-Pools waren, die zuvor über Jahre hinweg fleissig mitgeholfen haben, die Kurse nach oben zu bringen. Nun spielen sie das Spiel mit ihren schwachen, weil kapitalbedürftigen Manipulationsobjekten in die andere Richtung.Sinclair meint inzwischen, dass es sich bei diesen Figuren um gefährliche Soziopathen handelt, die die Märkte vollkommen ruinieren wollen. Wie es scheint, steckt er nun seine volle Energie in diese Aufgabe.

The junior producer and exploration and development companies need to consider the formation of a Chamber of Mines for this section of the industry.

There are close to 2000 companies in this part of the industry, many of which are experiencing the same extreme nuisances.
The naked gold short seller is an entity engaged in a criminal act with a goal of doing serious injury for the purpose of profit and is therefore a major target in terms of civil liability. The short and naked short pool operations are exactly the same but more apt to be a conspiracy to injure slightly then become subject to RICO statutes.
The job of this working Chamber of Mines as a singular unit is to pull these criminals out of the shadows into the light of day.
No matter how well they feel they are hidden there is always a paper trail going back to the perpetrator in this financial world.
Certain financial areas of secrecy in many cases do not protect the spoils of criminal activities. This may be proven soon at UBS where an officer is under arrest in the USA and is due to go to court shortly.
It does not mean anything that neither regulators nor exchanges care about the naked short or short selling pools, regardless of whether they are naked or not. If the stockholders and the company who’s values have been injured initiate civil proceedings, discovery will be full of legal opportunity. You cannot erase the paper trail that exists to every transaction.
My request is simple:
Contact the management of every junior precious metals producer, exploration and developer, asking them to contact Editor Dan at information@jsmineset.com so that the Chamber can take form.
There is no hidden agenda, no money to be collected, and no desire to stroke egos and no desire for private corporate information. I do not wish to be anything but a member. Let the organization elect its officers so we can act as one. We can speak as one. We can win as one, but we are weak when scattered as the industry is now. Organize and we are a legion. Expose the perpetrators and then it is all over. The data is there. It can be organized and it can be dissected, yielding the evidence trail of those who wish to hurt, sometime simply because they are mean, sometimes for illicit profits.
Add to that that sociopaths mistreat their associates and employees by nature. No looking may be required. It might just happen to come over the transom, even though we do not invite that.
You stockholders must push your management hard. Personally there is nothing that I will NOT do in order to protect both my and my investors’ interests.

Those sociopaths that take joy by inflicting severe injury for profit by conspiracy and the use of dirty tricks must be the hunted of nearly 2000 company’s determined managements and their more than 500,000 very angry stockholders.
There is only one way to defend stockholders, which is through the organization and strategy of a major offensive. Forget attorneys at this point. Regulators are of no help. A Chamber of Mines acting together can prevail.

Gute Idee von Sinclair, jetzt laeuft naehmlich das Fass ueber.
Was sollte hier nun der Vorteil sein diese Juniors kursmaessig zu ruinieren ?
Uebernahmen von Seniors, oder Vorbereitung fuer einen riesen Bullenmarkt wie damals bei der dot.com Blase ?
Ich bin mir sicher diese Gangster haben auch Rueckendeckung vom PPT der diesen Markt hasst und locker mit ein paar billion USD in den Boden stampfen kann.
Soweit ich weiss ist der gerade ein Marketcap von 30 billion USD, wenn da mal Geld reinfliesst dann gehen die Kurse ab wie eine Rakete.
Ich nehme mal an wir sind in der Vorstufe wo man erstmal alles in den Keller haut und spaeter locker die Manipulationsgebuehren reinholt. -

Auratico, der gute Hommel hat die Idee auch sofort aufgenommen (es ist ja nicht alles schlecht, was er macht...). Die Vorstände anzuschreiben kann aber recht viel Arbeit für den Einzelnen sein.

Man muesste nur den Steckbrief siehe oben, und die email von ihm an 2000 Juniors schicken behaupten man ist Shareholder.
Egal sie wissen man ist ihnen auf der Spur und irgendwann geht der Betrug auch zu ende.
Wie Jim schon sagt entweder ein verrueckter der die juniors so shorted oder ein ganz raffinierter der den letzten Auswasch vor dem Einlass macht.
Der Zock mit CG.TO haette sich gelohnt, war leider nicht dabei und halte brav gegen die Mongolen.

MEXICO ON VERGE OF FAILED STATE
The situation in Mexico continues to deteriorate. As their nation falls further into outright chaos, three key questions arise. 1) What happens to the reliable supply of crude oil to the United States, even as Cantarell sees further decline in oil output? 2) What happens to the plans for implementation of the North American Alliance, the economic merger of the US, Canada, and Mexico? 3)
What happens to foreign mining rights to Mexican properties, under possible threat of confiscation or hiked royalty demands?
These are central questions. The underlying problems are too many to cite. The wealth of the nation is too concentrated with the oligarchs, where a small group controls up to 40% of the national wealth. See Carlos Slim, the multi-billionaire, now ranked #1 by Forbes Magazine among global wealthiest, the first time a Latino has registered that distinction.As a group the Mexican oligarchs exert great control over the politicians, using the system to sustain power and wealth. Also, the PEMEX oil revenue is on the decline, a factor which forces change from huge strain to national finances. A shrinking pie always causes chaos. Their national oil industry is grossly mismanaged, suffers from inadequate investment, is seen predominantly as a government revenue source (cash cow), and is subject to intense control by labor unions. Lastly, PEMEX is forbidden to enter contracts with any foreign business entity as partner, consultant, or exploration agent. Mismanagement accusations by me are kind and soft lobs.
Violence has spread widely across Mexico. Murders and attempts of police officials are increasing, especially in the northern state of Nuevo Leon. Cease fires between warring drug lord groups are being violated, such as between the Gulf and Sinaloa cartels. Kidnap rings are in operation, with successful tactics. High value targets to date in the Baja and Tijuana have only involved Mexican citizens. A splinter group from the Peoples Revolutionary Army has attacked oil pipeline explosions in the past. That represented a change in tactics, shifting from online anti-government manifestos to actual bomb attacks. They have successfully hit multiple energy targets. Numerous incidents were reported in past months of dead bodies found along roads and in fields, arms tied behind the back, shot in the head. Police have in several cases found stolen police and army uniforms. Even US journalists have been threatened.
A failed nation state is the likely outcome south of the US border. Energy network attacks, growing poverty and inequality, inadequate government services, growing power of organized crime, corruption & desertion of police forces, assassination of judges and officials without consequences, and growing farmer bankruptcy are contributing to a failed system in Mexico. The current farm product price changes have resulted in tremendous additional disruption, losses, and disruption to Mexican agriculture businesses. Needs of people, upheld laws, tax structures, allegiance to authority, and sense of urgency all seem to be in breakdown mode, and have been for several months. Remarkably, the US press networks refuse to cover the stories that form long links in an ugly chain. The division between rich and poor is stark, and growing worse. Furthermore, the system is geared to aggravate that division. The failed state of Mexico will be evident from the top down, from the financial deterioration of its federal government, from the decline in their squandered energy business. Gigantic federal deficits will be the next major story coming from Mexico, along with energy strangulation by labor unions and drug lords who will continue to hold oil pipelines hostage. One must wonder if, amidst growing chaos, whether an external attack might occur of suspicious origin. Many believe autumn in 2001 saw such an event in New York City. When half the US population harbors suspicion, the doubt no longer qualifies as quackery. Mexico could ‘benefit’ from conjured disinformation to keep the nation together.
The leaders and oligarchs manage to exploit the situation further for personal gain, in both nations. -

Ich wuenschte ich haette nur 4 gekauft dann waere ich bereits saniert und in Rente.CS.TO OK.V JIN.TO QMM ...die 4 alleine im Depot sprengen deine gelobten Aktien.
Ich behalte noch 25 k Grundeinsatz pro Aktie als Erinnerung und mehrmaliger Freilaeufer.Von wegen Juniors sind Schrott

Sterling ist eben eine Zockaktie,das sollte jeder wissen, die kann man jetzt kaufen.
Du kennst ja meine Meinung, Gutso ist das grosse Opfer, ich bestimmt nicht, ich warnte ihn genuegend mit seinen LSD Aktien vom Silbervalley.
So einen Run wie 2006 haben wir hoffentlich in 2009 wieder, abwarten der Herbst ist noch nicht da. -

Geht mal auf deren Webseite und schaut ob ihr einen Wurm drin findet, ich finde keinen und denke das die ein grosses Opfer von naked shorts sind.
