    Das Problem (augenblicklich) an den Beteiligungen ist, schau mal was die ganzen Explorer so machen. Kursmäßig gesehen. Scheint als wäre in diesen Zeiten Substanz angesagt. Spekulation ist aktuell nicht hoch im Kurs, scheint mir :D


    Sieht man auch zB daran, welche EM-Royalty-Firmen aktuell performen. Nicht die, deren Portfolios hauptsächlich aus Explorationsprojekten bestehen...

    ich hänge mal G + V sowie Bilanz rann. Vllt. kann ein Experte ja mal mal dazu agen, so richtig schlau werde ich auf die Schnelle nicht draus. In der letzten Präsi planten die ja was von 10 Mio Revenue, da liegen die ja gute 15 % drunter.

    EPS von 9 ct. bei Kurs von 0.65 macht ca. KGV von 7, sowohl für ne EM wie auch Softwarebude recht niedrig.



    In Bilanz fält Goodwill mit 9 Mio auf - sowas finde ich immer bedenklich, für mich eigentl. nur heisse Luft (lasse mich belehren). Allerdings dessen Anteil im Verhältbnis zum EK auch nur ca. 15 %.

    Haben sich am Anfang eventuell Unternehmen an Goldspot gewandt, deren Kassen leer waren und die deshalb mit Eigenkapital bezahlt haben (= Risiko teilen)? Ob die Royaltys mal was wert werden, weiß ja auch zu dem Zeitpunkt niemand.


    Aber mittlerweile hat sich das eine oder andere Geschäft als werthaltig erwiesen und ich könnte mir vorstellen, wenn man den Wert der gehaltenen Aktien und der Royaltys zusammenzählt, dass Goldspot unter dem Wert des Eigenkapitals notiert oder hat SPOT Schulden?


    Ende 2021 beschäftigte das Unternehmen 30 Geologen, zwei Geochemiker, sechs Geophysiker, 9 Geodaten-Wissenschaftler, 6 Datenwissenschaftler und 3 ML-Ingenieure sowie 12+ operative Mitarbeiter, was einem Anstieg von 124% gegenüber 2020 entspricht. = 68 Angestellte. - Sind die Leute aus der Übernahme von Ridgeline Exploration Services schon dabei?



    Abschluss einer Buy-Deal-Finanzierung in Höhe von 11,5 Mio. $ zu 0,80 $ und einer anschließenden strategischen Finanzierung in Höhe von 9,15 Mio. $ mit Eric Sprott zu 0,975 $ pro Aktie.


    Vermutlich kommen die Aktien für Sprott noch dazu. ??? Er wäre dann mit unter 20% an SPOT beteiligt.


    Sprott hält dutzende Beteiligungen an Minen. Was wird er wohl tun, wenn er an Goldspot beteiligt ist?
    Das könnte der Investment-Case sein.


    Mit mindestens 68 Angestellten, haben sie mehr Mitarbeiter als große Royaltys. Das ist der größte Kostenfaktor.
    FNV hat angeblich nur 35 Mitarbeiter und WPM 44.


    Das Profil der Mitarbeiter bei FNV und WPM ist ähnlich. Gute Leute bekommst Du nur für gutes Geld. Also sind die Personalkosten ungefähr gleich hoch wie bei FNV und WPM, die höhere Gehälter zahlen dürften.


    Für die (kleineren?) Minen ist es attraktiv die geologischen Arbeiten an Goldspot auszulagern. Das macht sie
    finanziell flexibler. Bei leerer Kasse gibt es keine Aufträge an Goldspot, während man fest Angestellte immer bezahlen muss. Die geologische Arbeit ist der Kern des Bergbaus. Die Daten aus den Messungen sind u. U. Gold wert.


    Erhält SPOT für seine Leistung außer Aktien und Royaltys eine Vergütung? Sonst hätten sie das Risiko für Lau zu arbeiten.
