    Der Fall gehört nach Argentinien IMO.
    Ich persoenlich waere mit einen breakeven zufrieden,selbst wenn es jahre dauert.


    Die Zukunft wird es zeigen wie die Geschichte ausgeht,bis dort hin heisst es geduldig abwarten aber nicht paniken.


    Wer im Endeffekt in Navidad Silber rausholt werden wir ebenso sehen,vielleicht bleibt es durch geopolitische probleme auch im Boden.

    Das stimmt! Für mich ist es aber von Anfang an nur ein Spiel bei IMA. Und daher investiere ich auch nur Spielgeld. Im Moment stehen nach meiner Einschätzung die Chancen bei 20:80. Einfach wegen der Präjudiz. IMA müsste schon neue, harte Fakten in der Revision einbringen. Altes aufkochen wird nicht viel nützen. Ich habe etwas Erfahrung mit solchen Dingen, denn ich war auch schon mal in Karlsruhe. Recht und Gerechtigkeit, das sind 2 verschiedenen Dinge. Und logisch geht es da schon gar nicht zu. ;(


    Naja, ich drück uns die Daumen, wir werden sehen. Die Aktien können ja liegen bleiben, die schimmeln nicht. Panik war noch nie gut. Das werden wohl auch die Aktionäre erleben, die jetzt verkauft haben. Am aussichtsreichsten halte ich einen Vergleich, der ja auch immer noch möglich ist.

    Die Behauptung, daß die Vertraulichkeitserklärung nur im Umkreis von 2 km gilt, hat die Richterin ausführlich widerlegt.


    Wer dennoch behauptet, daß dem so sei, muß sich schon mit den Argumenten des Urteils auseinandersetzen. Das Gleiche gilt für die Wischiwaschi-Behauptung, daß das Minenrecht auf den Kopf gestellt worden sei. Handfeste Gründe, warum das Urteil falsch sei, habe ich bislang noch nicht gesehen.


    Ein Knackpunkt ist womöglich die Zuständigkeit von kanadischem od. argentinischem Recht. Aber wer hat so viel Durchblick, daß er darüber eine profunde Aussage machen könnte?

    IMA Announces Legal Team Update for Navidad Appeal


    IMA Exploration Inc. (IMR-AMEX , IMR-TSX.V) wishes to announce that it has retained Leonard T. Doust, Q.C. of McCarthy Tétrault LLP, to lead the Company's legal team in its appeal of the recent Supreme Court of British Columbia decision concerning its ownership of Navidad. Mr. Doust has nearly 40 years of experience in a wide variety of litigation, and is one of the most sought-after and respected litigators in the country. He has appeared frequently before every level of court in British Columbia, as well as in the Supreme Court of Canada. On several occasions, Mr. Doust has acted as a Special Prosecutor for the government of British Columbia, and as counsel to judges of British Columbia's courts. Mr. Doust is a Life Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

    IMA Plans New Acquisitions While Taking Steps to Safeguard the Navidad Project Pending the Appeals Process


    IMA Exploration Inc. (IMR-AMEX , IMR-TSX.V) (“IMA”) will focus on pursuing a strong court appeal to regain ownership of Navidad and concurrently it is implementing an aggressive acquisition plan to seek new mining projects financed using IMA’s strong financial position consisting of $10 million in the treasury plus the costs to be recovered that have been incurred to develop Navidad to date. The Company’s extensive network of contacts throughout South America provides IMA with an outstanding opportunity to establish a multi-project company with minimum dilution in order to grow shareholder value. IMA will remain operative in Argentina.


    IMA and Aquiline Resources Inc. (“Aquiline”) have reached agreement in principle to co-operate in the orderly conduct of the Navidad Project pending the determination of the appeal by IMA against the judgment of the trial court. These arrangements are subject to the negotiation and completion of a definitive agreement detailing the terms and conditions upon which:


    • Control of the Navidad project will be transferred to Aquiline in trust for the ultimately successful party in the appeal;
    • Aquiline will pay to IMA the funds that IMA has spent to date developing the Navidad Project; and
    • Pending the finalization of the appeal process, neither party will attempt a hostile takeover of the other.


    IMA is well known in Argentina where it joined in the pioneering of the revival of the local mining industry in 1993. An enviable track record has resulted in strong relations in many communities in which it has been involved. IMA will maintain its excellent relations with the Navidad stakeholders and will cooperate with Aquiline to ensure that the Navidad Project proceeds to development. We are inviting the company managers and staff as well as the mining and government authorities, members of the first nations and all stakeholders to join us to continue their cooperation to see Navidad a successful reality for the benefit of the whole province of Chubut. We also extend the invitation to Aquiline to restrict our differences to the courts and cooperate fully for the benefit of the community and the project.

    IMA and Aquiline Enter Discussions on the Navidad Project Pending the Appeals Process

    IMA Exploration Inc. (IMR-AMEX , IMR-TSX.V) ("IMA") and Aquiline Resources Inc. ("Aquiline") have entered discussions to co-operate in the orderly conduct of the Navidad Project pending the determination of the appeal by IMA against the judgment of the trial court. The order of the trial court requires that the Navidad claims be transferred to Aquiline within 60 days of the order and that Aquiline pay IMA's costs of acquisition and development of Navidad. The parties are discussing the manner in which the Navidad Project would be transferred to Aquiline on trust conditions pending completion of IMA's appeal of the judgment. One of the trust conditions would be that the Navidad Project would be transferred back to IMA if it is ultimately successful in its appeal of the judgment. These discussions are subject to the negotiation and completion of a definitive agreement, and there can be no assurances that such an agreement will be completed. If an agreement is not reached, IMA will be required to transfer the Navidad properties in accordance with the terms of the order of the trial court, unless it obtains a stay of the order from the British Columbia Court of Appeal.


    IMA will maintain its excellent relations with the Navidad stakeholders and will cooperate with Aquiline to ensure that the Navidad Project proceeds to development. IMA are inviting the company managers and staff as well as the mining and government authorities, members of the first nations and all stakeholders to join the Company to continue their cooperation to see Navidad a successful reality for the benefit of the whole province of Chubut.

    Just what my doc ordered ...


    Jay Taylor in the Aug. 16, 2006, edition of Gold & Technology Stocks says hold Joseph Grosso's IMA Exploration Inc. at 56 cents. Mr. Taylor first told subscribers to buy the stock on Feb. 5, 2000, at 40 cents. He said buy again on Dec. 31, 2005, at $2.99. A $1,000 investment each time is now worth $2,587. Mr. Taylor said IMA would emerge victorious from a court battle with Aquiline Resources Inc. over the Navidad deposit in Argentina. Yet Madam Justice Koenigsberg decided otherwise. IMA is now preparing to appeal the decision. Mr. Taylor says that IMA has suffered from "the stunning and seemingly irrational contempt for the law on the part of Madam Justice Koenigsberg." He admits that no one can tell for sure what will happen in the appeals court, but recommends investors hold on. If a judge dismisses the appeal, IMA will still have cash to buy other properties in Argentina. Mr. Taylor adds that if Canadian judges continue to disregard contracts, Canada will go the way of Venezuela. Fellow newsletter writer Brien Lundin was the latecomer here. He said buy at $1.33 in July, 2003, at $2.34 in August, 2004, then at $4.66 in December, 2004. Mr. Lundin wisely sold a portion in April, 2005, at $3.77.

    Taylor,der viel Verdienste für das Gebiet Rohstoffe hat,dramatisiert hier etwas mE.


    Soweit ich mich erinnere,zieht Kanada weltweit mit Abstand das größte Kapital für die PM Exploration an.
    Gut zu sehen an der riesigen Zahl der Minengesellschaften in Kanada,auch wenn die Explorationsgebiete oder Minen weltweit verstreut liegen.


    Kann mir aber tatsächlich schwer vorstellen,daß ein derartiges --zumindest umstrittenes-- Urteil einer Einzelrichterin das Vertrauen der investoren erschüttert.


    Aber davon abgesehen,sollte tatsächlich Grosso zugetraut werden,so oder so erfolgreich weiterzumachen.

    Wenn alles schief gehen sollte dann gibt es ein wenig Cash fuer IMA oder man macht evtl. eine Joint Venture mit Aqualin in Navidad.
    Interessant wie IMA sich in den letzten Tagen gehalten hat so um die 65 cents mit wenig Volumen. Ich deckte mich nochmals ein soweit ich konnte, ist eh schon Wurst. :D Mir reichen nun 450t Aktien zum halben Preis den ich vor dem grossen Sturz hatte.
    Alles oder nichts, mich kann nichts mehr erschuettern und nur ueberrascht werden wie die Sache ausgeht.
    Im schlimmsten Fall kann es Totalverlust geben oder lange lange warten bis die wieder was finden.
    Bei IMA habe ich das groesste Kissen daruntergelegt das ich jemals bei einen Aktie gemacht habe. Mal schaun wie der heisse Zock nun ausgeht.

    Bei mir aber auch 2,4 % aller Wertpapiere,oder 1,6 % des Depots....


    Ulkig,immer wenn was wackelte,kam am Ende großer Profit heraus. 8)
    ZB. bei Crystallex,bei der ich ganz raus bin.


    Andererseits traue ich dem Grossoclub soviel zu, daß noch 2 weitere von ihm im Depot:
    Golden Arrows /GRG-- und nicht wenig--und Gold Point Energy / GPE.


    Bin absolut überzeugt, daß das bei IMR kein Totalverlust wird.
    Der Instinkt bewahrte mich bislang stets vor dem Schlimmsten.
