"Effective August 8, 2024, the Company adopted a minimum share ownership policy applicable to directors and officers of the Company in order to further align the financial interest of Metalla's leadership with the Company's shareholders. The policy requires, subject to various provisions, that: (i) the CEO own Common Shares with a fair market value equal to five times his annual base salary; (ii) the CFO and other officers own Common Shares with a fair market value equal to two times their annual base salary; and (iii) non-executive directors own Common Shares with a fair market value equal to two times their annual cash retainer. Directors and officers will have three years to ensure they are in compliance with the newly adopted policy."

Brett Heath, CEO und Director von Metalla Royalty & Streaming, ist der Ansicht, dass Gold erst am Anfang seines aktuellen Zyklus steht und in diesem Jahr 2.600 bis 3.000 US-Dollar pro Unze erreicht werden könnten. "Wir haben einen der größten Ausbrüche gesehen, die wir je bei Gold gesehen haben, und es gibt nur sehr, sehr wenige Leute, die in diesem Markt sind", sagte er in einem Interview mit dem Investing News Network.
Dies ändert sich jedoch allmählich, da einige Anleger, sowohl Kleinanleger als auch institutionelle Investoren, Interesse zeigen. "Was wir sehen, ist, dass einige von ihnen beginnen, in physische Anlagen zu investieren, insbesondere in physische börsengehandelte Fonds (ETFs)", stellte er fest. "Wir sehen [...] Zuflüsse (in GLD) in den letzten drei Monaten – ich glaube, es war etwas mehr als eine Milliarde Dollar. Und in die anderen großen Gold-ETFs, was ein guter Indikator dafür ist, wohin das Kapital fließt."
Heath ist der Ansicht, dass ein stärkeres Engagement Gold und Goldaktien noch weiter nach oben treiben könnte. "Wir haben einen so unglaublichen Ausbruch gesehen, ein so unglaubliches Setup – und die Öffentlichkeit ist einfach noch nicht dabei", betonte er. "Wenn sie wieder einsteigen, werden diese Kapitalströme meiner Meinung nach nicht nur Gold, sondern auch Aktien, bei denen wir bisher noch keine nennenswerten Zuflüsse gesehen haben, stark beflügeln."

Seit kurzen erst börsennotiert, bzw. bisher an der CBOE und seit heute in Frankfurt ist die SILVER CROWN ROYALTIES, ein Royalty mit Schwerpunkt Silber bzw. wollen die ausschließlich Silber.
Ein kleines Portfolio besteht bereits. Darunter auch Pilar Gold bzw. Tucano Gold, die auch bald an der Börse gelistet werden und quasi als Junior Producer direkt starten und zeitnah Cashflow bringen sollten.
Es handelt sich um ein sehr kleines Unternehmen, mit geringer Marktkapitalisierung und entspechend Risiko. Ich dachte ich ergänze das Unternehmen hier mal.
Erste Royalties sind auch schon geflossen.
