A regular theme on my site has been the end of the "Rule of Law" in the U.S. - as it rapidly transforms itself into a "Third World" country. The following commentary is another example of that devolution.

Standard & Poors wants to continue ratings FRAUD
One of the leading criminal accomplices in the massive, global fraud perpetrated by the U.S. financial crime syndicate thinks the “system” is just fine as it is.
So-called “credit rating” agency, Standard & Poors is arguing it should be allowed to continue its fraudulent, ratings scam. The way the scam has operated is that when Wall Street banksters wanted to flog some “toxic” securities on their victims, they went to Standard & Poors (as well as the other two, largest agencies) told them how to “value” securities, told how they should be “rated”, and then paid S&P for their “AAA” rubber-stamp.
These fraudulent accomplices have already admitted that they have NEVER even hired sufficient staff to independently evaluate the financial products which they “rate”. In other words, by their own admission, their “ratings” process is a complete sham!
