Zitat von Ceo.caa clause in the deal specifies that the $80M Australian is split $70AUD cash and $10AUD KRR stocks. "The A$10 million in Karora share consideration will be satisfied by the issuance of shares based on a 20-day volume weighted average share price on the TSX and applicable currency exchange rates.". So, ignoring the AUD a d using $10M to keep the math simple the lower the average price the more shares Lakewood gets. At $4 they get 2.5M shares and at $5 they get 2M shares or 20% less. The future value of the shares is $10+ dollars easy so the 500K difference is worth $5M. Pretty good motive to hold things down if you could isn't it. We've seen stuff like this before. Haywood, Canaccord, etc would do this for a cut
