The Mandate sets forth a US$75 million senior project debt facility (the "Facility") with a targeted financial close in the fourth quarter of 2014....

Demnach sollte mit der gefunden Finanzierung diese komplett sein, es stehen zudem auch zahlreiche Warrants zur Einlösung aus, S.28 der Präsentation.

Ausserordentlich wissenswert, daß Doward höhere Resourcen einschätzt und die Anlage für die doppelte Kapazität ausgelegt ist. Daneben wird auf die sehr niedrigen AISC von 590 $ / oz hingewiesen

The mine plan currently dives to a depth of 430 metres, although the deposit remains open at depths well below 900 metres; the upside.

“In our current mine plan, we only mine halfway down the known deposit. We will drill underground to increase our confidence, but we believe the deposit is capable of a longer mine life than is currently estimated in the Feasibility Study,” Mr. Dorward says.

The mine plan was designed to allow for an expanded production capacity. This includes the development of twin declines which will open up 4 to 6 mineable faces (only 2 to 3 faces are needed to achieve nameplate capacity of 750tpd) as well as a mill that can be easily expanded.

Given the project’s relatively small footprint (750tpd), capex is also modest. On a capex per annual life-of-mine production metric, the $106.5 million in initial capital required equates to $145 per ounce (putting it in line with comparably sized heap leach projects which are typically considered much more cost effective than their underground counterparts).

ROGThis low capital intensity is combined with lowest quartile all-in sustaining costs per ounce of $590....“

Richtig, war vielleicht die letzte Gelegenheit zu günstigem Einstieg, es gab sogar noch bessere zuvor....
Der Dip war moderat, bei 0.89 C$ habe ich sogar Teilverkauf ausgeübt, weil mir ROG zu schwer wurde mit über 10 %, ist immer noch mit 7,8 % Depotschwerstgewicht.

Aber zugegebenermaßen halte ich ROG für so gut, daß ich permanent mit Rückkauf rang... Falls wider Erwarten noch ein stärkerer Rückgang erfolgt, erhöhe ich...
Sie ist nb. eine der wenigen PM Aktien bei Zacks mit 5 *.

Ohne Zweifel; Roxgold ist ja eine der wenigen Explorer, aber richtigerweise near-term repoducer, die Brent Cook überzeugen (auch mich )

Seit dem letzten Teilverkauf ist ROG ein Freiläufer mit immer noch sehr hohem Depotanteil, schwergewichtig.

Eine ähnliche Korrektur wie jetzt durchlief ROG bereits im Juli, ist inzwischen überverkauft und sollte diese demnächst abgeschlossen haben (sh. auch ADX).

Danke, ebenfalls, u.a beim richtigen Zugriff zu ROG . Von den erwähnten anderen liegt KGI friedlich im Depot.

That said, I think Roxgold Inc. has a solid high margin deposit."

Mit 30 Mio C$ neuen Aktien zu 0,65 C$ und Warrants zu 0,90 C$. Wird vom Markt gut aufgenommen; Der zuletzt gedrückte Kurs erholte sich um + 12,3 % auf 0,73 C$.
Hier ein gutes Update:

This is positive news as it means the company now has all of the required funds to get Yaramoko to production.

Sprott stellt einige Eindrücke und Einschätzungen zusammen. ROG ist weiterhin Depotbestandteil, nach starkem Einbruch erholt sich der Kurs zügig.

Tja, gutso... Burkina Faso galt als relativ sicher..... Schade besonders um dieses sehr gute Projekt, das nun unter heftigen Kursverfall leidet.

Es ist aber so vielversprechend, daß ich es zähneknirschend durchzog im Gegensatz zu TGM, wo ich seit geraumer Zeit heraus bin, gottlob vor deren starkem Kursverlust.
Hier bei ROG zeigt sich zum wiederholten male, daß Freiläufer auch Nachteile haben, wenn man kein StopLoss setzt.....

ROG dürfte sicher wieder lohnenswert werden...
