Erfahrungsgemäß rennt einem der Kurs während des pp ja nicht davon, die 0.9 wirken in der Zeit magnetisch und die begleitenden Agents sind im Markt. Ansonsten gelassen an schwachen Tagen einsammeln und in Tranchen kaufen und wenn man bei Explorern denkt, dass man den tiefsten Kurs erwischt hat...gibt es meistens noch tiefere...zumindest ausserhalb des pp

Aurion Announces that Kinross Gold Corporation Agrees to Purchase Additional Shares to Maintain 9.98% Ownership Position

ST. JOHN'S, NL, Nov. 19, 2021 /CNW/ - Aurion Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AU) (OTCQX: AIRRF) ("Aurion" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of common shares (the "Kinross Private Placement") by Kinross Gold Corporation ("Kinross") which, on closing, will enable Kinross to maintain its ownership position of 9.98% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
By news releases dated November 4, 2021 and November 5, 2021, the Company announced a brokered private placement of 15,000,000 Common Shares at a price of C$0.90 per Common Share (the "Brokered Offering") through a syndicate of agents led by Red Cloud Securities Inc. (collectively, the "Agents").
The Company has also granted the Agents an option (the "Agents' Option"), exercisable at any time up to 48 hours prior to the closing of the Brokered Offering, to purchase up to an additional 1,666,667 common shares issuable under the Brokered Offering on the same terms and conditions.
Kinross initially purchased 6,853,500 common shares of the Company by way of private placement in September 2017, thus acquiring 9.98% of the then issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Kinross has the right to maintain its pro rata interest in the Company for so long as it owns at least 5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company from time to time. The Kinross Private Placement is expected to comprise the sale of a minimum of 1,669,769 common shares and a maximum of 1,881,542 common shares at a price of C$0.90 per common share, with the final amount to be determined by the extent to which the Agents' Option is exercised.

Aurion Resources hat auf den ersten Blick die Kapitalerhöhung um 18,8% gut weggesteckt, was nach dem fulminanten Anstieg erstaunlich ist. Das Management hat geliefert und die gute Situation für eine Kapitalerhöhung ausgenutzt.

Ich vermute/hoffe, dass nach dem steilen Anstieg doch noch eine Korrektur bis zum Ausübungspreis der neuen Shares bei 0,90 C$ kommt. Das Gap wird vermutlich nicht mehr geschlossen - wer weiß? Beides wäre eine Chance zum Einstieg bzw. Aufstocken.

Aurion's JV partner, B2Gold, drilled broad zones of gold mineralization, starting near surface, with intercepts including:

• 0.87 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) over 36.32 metres (m) from 75.78 m, including 1.29 g/t Au over 19.90 m, and 0.64 grams g/t Au over 13.45 m from 51.45 m in drill hole IKK21004, located approximately 250 m northwest of drill hole IKK21003.
• 0.71 g/t Au over 36.00 m from 32.10 m, including 3.08 g/t Au over 3.85 m, and 1.62 g/t Au over 9.66 m from 220.04 m in drill hole KUE21008, located approximately 800 m west of drill hole IKK21003. 5.50 m of core loss within the upper mineralized zone was assigned a value of zero.
