Frage: Der Wert ist nun am unteren Ende des Bollinger Bandes und hat es Ende November oben durchbrochen. Nun hast Du @Edel Man am unteren Bollinger Band nachgekauft. Nutzt Ihr diesen Indikator für Käufe und Verkäufe? Falls ja wie intensiv setzt ihr es ein? Wie gut kann man damit die Extreme handeln, weil im letzten Bullrun bei Uran wäre ein Verkauf beim Durchstoßen des oberen Bollinger Bandes eine gute Idee gewesen. Und falls nun mal der massive Bullrun in unseren Edelmetallen kommt, ist es dann ja auch ganz wichtig Kauf, Nachkauf und Verkauf gut zu timen, als dann wieder mal alle Gewinne wieder abzugeben. Bei GBRR war der Anstieg ja eine richtige Explosion innerhalb eines Monates.

Bin hier noch relativ neu und lerne von Euch täglich. Wäre schön Input hierzu von Euch zu bekommen - Danke!

Bei Wertpapierüberträgen von/zu DEGIRO wird statt der Anschaffungsdaten stets der Schlußkurs vom Vortag (genannt Settlement Day) des Übertrags herangezogen.
Wertpapierüberträge, die einen Gläubigerwechsel beinhalten, sind ausgeschlossen.

VANCOUVER, BC, May 13, 2022 /CNW/ - Great Bear Royalties Corp. (the "Company" or "Great Bear Royalties" (TSXV: GBRR) today announced changes to the composition of the Company's board of directors and senior team. The board of directors has appointed John Robins as Chair of the Board of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Robins has been a sitting board member since early 2020 as well as Chief Executive Officer. Concurrent with this appointment, Mr. Robins has resigned from the role of Chief Executive Officer and Calum Morrison, President, has been appointed to an expanded role of President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Additionally, the Company is pleased to provide an update on the Great Bear Project located in Northwestern Ontario (the "Great Bear Project") which was acquired by Kinross Gold Corporation ("Kinross") in February 2022 for $1.8 billion, where the Company holds a 2% net smelter royalty. Kinross has disclosed plans to declare an initial inferred mineral resource estimate on the Great Bear Project as part of its 2022 year-end results and to commence a pre-feasibility study in 2023. A budget of $75 million of expenditures is expected in 2022. This will include critical fieldwork including metallurgy, hydrology, geotechnical drilling and test work, and permitting baseline studies. Drilling is expected to total approximately 200,000 metres in 2022 using approximately 8 diamond drill rigs, focusing on the LP Fault zone, the most significant and highest-grade portion of the Great Bear Project (the "LP Fault")¹.

Royal Gold Announces Agreement to Acquire Great Bear Royalties Corp. to Gain Royalty Exposure to the Emerging World-Class Great Bear Project

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Royal Gold, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGLD) (together with its subsidiaries, “Royal Gold” or the “Company,” “we” or “our”) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, International Royalty Corporation (“IRC”), has entered into a definitive agreement (the “Arrangement Agreement”) with Great Bear Royalties Corp. (“GBR”) to acquire (the “Acquisition”) all of the issued and outstanding common shares of GBR for cash consideration of C$6.65 per common share (the “Acquisition Price”) pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and subject to the conditions set out in the Arrangement Agreement. The Acquisition Price represents a 43% premium over GBR’s 20-day volume weighted average trading price on the TSXV up to and including July 8, and values GBR at approximately C$199.5 million on a fully diluted basis.
The Acquisition has been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both Royal Gold, Inc. and GBR, and the Board of Directors of GBR has resolved to recommend that the shareholders of GBR approve the Acquisition. All of the directors and officers of GBR have entered into support agreements (the “Support Agreements”) to vote their shares in support of the Acquisition representing, in aggregate, approximately 10.5% of GBR shareholders.
GBR’s sole material asset is a 2.0% net smelter return royalty (the “Royalty”) that covers the entirety of the Great Bear Project in the Red Lake district of Ontario, Canada, indirectly owned and operated by Kinross Gold Corporation (“Kinross”). As part of IRC’s due diligence, IRC entered into a co-operation agreement with Kinross (the “Co-operation Agreement”) that provided IRC access to Kinross personnel and certain non-public information pertaining to the Great Bear Project. In exchange, IRC agreed to amend certain terms of the royalty agreement upon closing of the Acquisition, including providing an option to Kinross to purchase a 25% interest in the Royalty for an amount equal to 25% of IRC’s purchase price of GBR, adjusted for inflation, at any time from the transaction closing date until the earlier of a construction decision for the Great Bear Project and 10 years after the transaction closing date.
