    Bob Moriarty schreibt GEM in seiner gewohnt leutseligen Art hoch - und sofort zieht der Kurs wieder an. Wenn er damit nur halb so erfolgreich sein sollte wie mit dem jüngsten Volltreffer Southern Arc (SA.V), dürfte der Anstieg für die etwas ins Abseits geratene Pele Mountain noch ein wenig weitergehen:

    Here's what that means. Pele Mountain has a 33 million pound inferred 43-101 resource. Very few of the 450 or so "uranium" companies out there have any 43-101 resource. Many of them are no more than area plays bragging about the fact they are WITHIN 265,000 km of Cigar Lake in the Athabasca region. Or worse. There are perhaps 15 companies with a resource.

    Ganz nb. bin ich von der Aktie durchaus überzeugt.
    Hatte sie doch sehr früh aufgegriffen und hier vorgestellt.
    Dann mit Profit verkauft, und bin nun wieder dabei.


    Die hat sicher einiges an Potential.

    Dann hoffe ich, daß Du nicht so long in Gold und Silber /Aktien bist! ;)


    Denn dort findet heute ein Schlachtfest statt.


    Hab das schon woanders angemerkt: Wirklich berechtigt zittern darf der, wer hohes Margin hat oder gar Stillhalter ist.


    Persönliche Meinung : Bei dem hohen Investmentgrad der Anleger und Fonds werden viele liquidiert, und dann muß eben vieles dran glauben ....


    Der Markt kann grausig sein: Starke Hände, schwache Hände.....

    Der Markt ist langfristig eines: gerecht.


    Ungeduld, Gier und Dummheit werden langfristig stets bestraft.


    Sorgfältige Analyse, Geduld, Beharrlichkeit, Weitsicht, Umsicht und Risikobegrenzung auf das absolut unvermeidbare werden meist belohnt.


    Und mehr noch als bei der Justiz, bekommen die Menschen am Markt genau das, was sie verdienen.

    After 47 consecutive months without a drop in price, weekly spot U3O8 had a small hiccup.


    According to the month-ending edition of Nuclear Market Review (NMR), the spot uranium price registered at US$135/pound at the end of June – down by US$3/pound from the previous week.

    Ein Artikel, der sich mit der Situation des neuen Uranbooms in Colorado und Utah beschäftigt:


    Tom Pool, the president of International Nuclear Inc., speculates that the current stratospheric price of uranium will only last about two to three years as world production of uranium ramps up in response to current prices.


    "Prices will decline significantly after that, maybe to about $50 a pound," Pool says. "But even at those prices it will continue to be a strong uranium industry for about a decade. After all, nuclear power will be needed to keep the lights on."


    Most of the Canadian companies that hold mining claims in Colorado and Utah are exploring for uranium and re-examining old mines. Only a select few are in the position to actually mine. Denison and Energy Fuels (TSX: EFR) out of Toronto are the only companies fully permitted and licensed to mine in Colorado and Utah.

    operativ macht die Gesellschaft noch immer Verlust - 0.18 cents pro Aktie im 2006 - Durchschnittspreis etwa 55 USD pro Pfund verkauftes U3O8 im Jahre 2006 - da wird eine neue Übernahme das Erreichen der Gewinnzone verzögern, ist die erste Überlegung der Investoren. Muss zwar nicht sein, hängt von Omega ab.


    Wie gut ist wohl Omega? Habe nicht recherchiert.

    Denison erklärt, dass sie mit einem Aufkaufprogramm für ihre Uranmühle beginnen. Sie verfügen derzeit über die einzige konventionelle Uranmühle in den USA. Schon seit langem gibt es Gespräche z.B. mit der in der Nähe angesiedelten Energy Fuels (EFR), dass deren Urangestein dort verarbeitet werden sollte, was eigentlich logisch wäre. Dennoch erfährt man als Aktionär nichts Genaues ausser dem Kursverfall beider Gesellschaften. Diese Herrschaften, vor allem jene von EFR, nerven inzwischen gewaltig...


    Denison Initiates Ore Buying Program for White Mesa Mill

    Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison" or the "Company") (TSX: DML)(AMEX: DNN) is pleased to announce the start of a uranium ore buying program to supplement feed for the Company's 100% owned White Mesa Mill in Utah. The White Mesa Mill is a 2,000 ton per day dual circuit mill and is currently the only conventional uranium mill operating in the U.S. Ore from the Company's mining operations in the U.S. is currently being stockpiled at the Mill with processing scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2008. The addition of purchased ore from third parties will maximize the efficiency of this large capacity mill. The Company anticipates purchasing approximately 40,000 tons of uranium ore per year.     Is the Uranium Boom Close to an End?


    .....Greed or Fear?
    ......Looking at a number of recent acquisitions of gold mining companies, we found that dollars paid for the underground gold ounces varies from as little as 14% of gold price to as much as 44%. It appears that on average, gold mining companies are paying more for gold resources in relative terms than uranium companies are willing to pay for the uranium resources. This is despite the fact that uranium mining often requires less capital especially with a more widespread application of In Situ Recovery process (ISR).


    One explanation for the premium differences in the uranium sector compared to the gold sector is that the acquirers are not as bullish on the price of uranium as they are on gold. It appears that they are using a very conservative long term U3O8 price of around $75/lb in their internal calculations.


    What does this all mean? We believe there is a lot of fear in the uranium sector. As for greed, there is some, especially in the early stage exploration companies, but this is not a cause for alarm for the entire sector.


    This also means that the uranium industry has not yet entered into a manic blow-off phase of the bull market. Easy money may be over in the sector, but there is still a lot to be made by carefully selecting the stocks that will be the next acquisition targets.....


    ......Cameco Corp (CCJ), the biggest uranium producer in the world has not made any acquisitions thus far but definitely will in a not-too-distant future. We are certain that selective buying in the sector will continue to bring investors handsome profits.

    Denison lässt die Muskeln spielen als derzeit einzige operative Uranmühle (geplant: Januar 2008) in den USA - die drei anderen stehen auf Stand by. Das Teil von Denison war aber zuletzt auch schon 10 Jahre ausser Betrieb.
    Als Quasi-Monopolist wollen sie die Preise auf das Niveau der vergangenen Jahre drücken. Die potentiellen Lieferanten wie Energy Fuels und Blue Rock sind sauer und denken über den Bau eigener Mühlen nach, was natürlich sehr zeit-und kostenintensiv wäre. Wenig vorteilhaft äussert sich Energy Fuels über die Aussicht auf einen Knebelvertrag bei Denison: "The ore buying schedule shows the improbability of working with those guys,” Energy Fuels spokesman Gary Steele told StockInterview.com. “It clearly hurts our cash flow.”


    Denison hält hart dagegen: “After we buy the ore, it’s Denison’s, not someone else’s.”

    Hallo linar! Ganz schon heftig, aber anscheinend hat man mit der Dauer gerechnet. Einige Uranaktien haben schon vorher begonnen zu drehen. Meine Käufe haben sich gut entwickelt. Hoffe bei Euch siehts auch gut aus.
