    Wenn ich mal überschlage, haben die in HJ 1 Verkaufspreise von ca $1250 realisiert.
    Aktuell stehen wir beim POG bei $1550. D.h. die Marge könnte sich wenn es so weiter geht für das 2. HJ um ca $300 / oz erhöhen. Bei rund 150k oz/ HJ würde das den Gewinn im 2 HJ um ca $45 Mio fast verdoppeln. Ich gehe in dem Fall auch von einer Erhöhung der Dividende aus, was HGM im Rentendepot als langfristig Invest weiterhin interessant macht.

    Highland Gold: Gewinnanstieg und Dividendenanhebung

    Highland Gold hat seine Einnahmen im ersten Halbjahr um 18,9 Prozent auf 174,7 Mio. Dollar erhöht. Hauptgrund: Man konnte insgesamt 142.600 Unzen Goldäquivalent verkaufen. Dabei profitierte man von der jüngsten Akquisition der Valunisty-Mine und einer höheren Produktion bei MNV. Das EBITDA lag bei 86,5 Mio. Dollar (+21%), die AISC betrugen 778 (Vj.: 697) Dollar je Unze. Zudem konnte Highland seine Nettoschulden leicht auf 216,9 Mio. Dollar reduzieren. Für die Aktionäre gibt es eine Dividende von 5 Pence je Aktie. Für 2019 rechnet das Management der an der AIM in London gelisteten Gesellschaft mit einer Produktion von 290.000 bis 300.000 Unzen Goldäquivalent.
    Im zweiten Halbjahr rechnet man nach diesen robusten Zahlen mit einem starken Anstieg der Erlöse aufgrund eines höheren Goldpreises und einer höheren Produktion.

    Wer die Freiheit aufgibt, um Sicherheit zu gewinnen, wird am Ende beides verlieren.


    Die Menschen glauben viel leichter eine Lüge, die sie schon hundertmal gehört haben, als eine Wahrheit, die ihnen völlig neu ist.

    Vielleicht liegt es neben dem Goldpreisrückgang auch am seit Anfang September wieder stärker gewordenen Rubel.

    Ex-Dividende war ja bereits letzte Woche Donnerstag.
    Ich habe allerdings schon öfters beobachtet, daß ein Aktienkurs ein~zwei Wochen vor dem Ex-Divi-Termin
    ohne (für mich persönlich) erkennbaren Grund steigt bzw 'hochgezogen' wird.
    Was dann danach auch oft wieder abgebaut wird, wie auch immer.

    HighGold Mining Receives Conditional Approval for Stock Exchange Listing (TSXV: HIGH) and Investment by Rob McEwen and a Senior Gold Producer in C$7.65M Private Placement


    Vancouver, September 16, 2019 - HighGold Mining Inc. ("HighGold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for a public listing ("Listing") of its common shares (the "Shares") on the Exchange. As a result, the Company will be listed as a Tier 2 issuer on the Exchange under the symbol "TSXV: HIGH". Subject to fulfillment of customary conditions, listing and trading of the Shares is expected to occur in mid-September.
    In connection with Listing, the Company expects to close its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 17,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.45 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$7,650,000. Each Unit will consist of one Share and one half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), with each Warrant exercisable to purchase one Share at a price of $0.70 for a period of two years from the issue date. Upon Listing and completion of the Private Placement, HighGold will have 33,118,075 Shares issued and outstanding.
    Major participants in the Private Placement include:


    • Mr. Rob McEwen, with a purchase of 2,222,200 Units (C$1 million) of the Private Placement through his wholly-owned company, Evanachan Limited, for 10.1% of HighGold on a partially diluted basis
    • A senior North American gold producer, with a purchase of 2,190,000 Units (C$0.99 million) of the Private Placement for 9.9% of HighGold on a partially diluted basis
    • A partnership managed by an affiliate of the Sprott Group ("Sprott"), with a purchase of 3,175,555 Units (C$1.4 million) of the Private Placement for 14.4% of HighGold on a partially diluted basis

    Following Listing, HighGold will issue replacement certificates to the holders of stock options and warrants of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd. ("Constantine"), representing the entitlements of such holders to options and warrants of HighGold ("Replacement Options and Warrants") pursuant to the adjustment provisions of the Constantine options and warrants following completion of the plan of arrangement between HighGold and Constantine on August 1, 2019. Pricing of the Replacement Options and Warrants will be set based on the five-day average closing price of the Shares following Listing, as more particularly set out in the Listing Application.
    HighGold also announces the issuance of 1,600,000 stock options on September 16, 2019 to consultants, officers and directors of HighGold.     Da sind schon einige sehr konkrete Aussagen dabei.
    HGM soll also im GDXJ geringer gewichtet werden, was einen Mittelabfluss von 8 Mio. USD zur Folge haben soll.
    Bei einer derzeiten Marktkapitalisierung von 973 Mio. USD. sind das gerade mal 0,8% und das ist auch sicher schon eingepreist.
    Vielleicht erklärt auch das die relative Schwäche der letzten Zeit?


    In dem Artikel steht übrigens auch was Interessantes zu Polymetal.
    Die Aktie soll in in den FTSE mit aufgenommen werden!
    Hierbei wird mit einem Mittelzufluss von 70 Mio. USD gerechnet.
    Bei der derzeitigen Marktkapitalisierung von 6.693 Mio. USD entspricht das 1,0%.
    Wobei man das so einfach nicht rechnen kann, der Börsenkurs steigt mit erhöhter Nachfrage eher überproportional an.


    Auf Wochensicht hat POLY relativ zu HGM ca. 2,8% aufgeholt.
    Wenn man das Top vom 03./05.09. betrachtet, dann hat POLY sogar schon 11% relativ zu HGM aufgewertet.
    Die o.g. beiden Index-Maßnahmen könnten das erklären.


    Mir solls Recht sein, beide Aktien sind in meinem Depot Schwergewichte und HGM habe ich bei der Gelegenheit aufgestockt. :thumbup:
